This lovely Canary Islands white is generously fruit forward on both nose and palate. Pear, apple and nectarine aromas combine with very light floral notes and a sense of freshness. In the mouth, this is medium plus in weight with rounded flavors of apple and ripe yellow pear, a touch of baking spice, savory herb and grilled peach. We love that it has a creamy mouthfeel, yet is crisp and refreshing. 

Ripe and fragrant on the nose with white peach and juicy pear aromas.  The palate is concentrated and fresh with loads of stone fruit, especially apricot, while touches of lemon linger on the finish.

We are impressed with box chardonnay because it is crisp, clean and has a lot of fresh flavors like lemon zest, yellow apple and honeydew melon. It is is medium acidity and medium bodied with a finish of pear and minerality.

Deep yellow flecked with gold. The wine evokes sunshine and ripe tropical fruit such as mango and papaya, carefully balanced by a marked acidity which makes it suitable for long bottle aging. Rich, ample and lingering on the palate with light floral and spicy notes. Hallmarked by its pronounced acidity and zesty tang. A long finish.

This white offers bright lemon and pear aromas on the nose. It has great concentration for Beaujolais Blanc and is succulent and delicious. The citrus, pear, saline, mineral, and lees notes expand on the palate with lively acidity providing structure and freshness.

This bright and fresh wine opens with aromas of light orchard fruit and alpine herbs on the nose. It follows with quince, apple, pear, dried thyme, and a touch of sweet-tart on the palate. This is a great example of high quality Riesling from Alsace. It's medium plus in body, dense, slightly tropical, aromatic and creamy. Generous enough to drink today, but cellar worthy for those who are patient.

This 100% Albariño comes from a single vineyard in the Juanico subregion of Canelones, Uruguay. Fresh apricot, honeydew melon, white peach, and spring flowers jump out on the nose. Highlighted by lemon zest, the bright acidity and medium body is all held together by a crisp and mineral driven backbone with notes of salinity. This light and refreshing wine is great on its own or pairs well with salads and seafood driven meals.

This wine is made from grapes with very low yields in a warm vintage. It tastes of high quality Chardonnay--creamy with vaniilla, candied pear, orange, and creamsickle notes with a fine minerality. It is dry, complex and impeccably balanced.

This Finger Lakes wine combines fruity notes of apple and pear with lightly savory, nutty and mineral flavors. It is medium to more in body, and bone dry with moderate acidity.

This orange wine immediately greets the nose with a ton of complexity and goes through many changes in its time being open. Honeyed floral and sherry-adjacent aromas waft out of the glass, as well as oregano, garrigue, roasted orange peel, clove, and other gently oxidative notes. This medium bodied Chardonnay from the south of France offers aromas of baked apples, yellow pear and wild herbs. It has similar orchard fruit flavors on the palate along with hints of coconut, a rounded texture and succulent acidity.

Floral aromatics that deliver a perfumed nose of sweet pear, asian pear, and yellow plum. The entrance is off dry which buffers some flavors of concentrated tropical aromas, dense stone fruit, and baking spice. This wine will work well with meals with complexity and a range of spices.

An exciting new varietal for the Finger Lakes region. One of the oldest vinifera varieties. DNA research shows that prominent varieties such as Riesling and chardonnay trace their roots back to Savagnin.

Enticing floral and lychee notes lend way to a fuller-bodied, fruit-forward style of Riesling. This is round with good density, well-integrated acidity, and bright, juicy, fruit flavors of peach and pineapple and complementary mineral notes; a great value!

Aromas of apple, pear, vanilla and butterscotch are present on the nose. The  palate delivers notes of apples, baked apples, poached pears, lemon curd and vanilla bean, along with butterscotch. This wine shines consistently year after year. You'll find the aromatics of both grapes in this wine--melon and citrus from the Sauvignon Blanc, apricot and flowers from the Viognier. It stays crisp and energetic, driving you back for more.

Fresh orchard fruit on the nose with touches of white flower and herb.  The palate is expressive and clean with refreshing acidity, and soft pear flavors, simply delicious!

The acidity is medium plus with a medium bodied frame that tastes riper than the aromas suggest.

Stone, honeydew melon, citrus and white pepper aromas lead to kiwi and citrus peel with touches of white pepper along with classic Finger Lakes minerality and more melon notes. Clean with moderate acidity and nice roundness, lemon-lime flavors persist on the finish.

Refreshing aromas of lemon curd, lime zest and a distinctive chalk-like minerality on the nose. Juicy and concentrated on the palate with pear and citrus noted supported by fresh acidity and a touch of rain-soaked shale on the longer finish.

From the producer: Generously fruit-forward and refreshingly light, the Riesling Semi-Dry displays our signature varietal's natural verve. Sourced from early picks in vineyard blocks surrounding Seneca Lake, it offers aromas of wildflower and orchard fruit against a lean, citrus backbone.

Lightly floral aromas include orange blossom, lime and saline-like minerality. Flavors echo the aromas over juicy acid and an almost waxy texture with pleasant bitterness reminiscent of almond skin.

From the Producer: 01/2024: Bright pale yellow colour. The nose is impressive, precise, showing wet stones aromas typical from granitic soils, still tighter and leaner than the Riesling Roche Granitique (the younger vines) but eventually opens up with aeration and revealing white fruit aromas. The palate has a mineral density, voluptuous with tension. The finish is dry and long, showing a reassuring richness. The absence of stress in the vineyard can be seen in this harmonious wine that will be capable of good ageing.

From the producer:  Pale yellow colour. The nose is still on its reserve but the signature of the limestone marls is very present: citrus fruits, wet stone and opens towards the flower of acacia, even lime blossom over time. Both discreet and at the same time seductive. The energy of the wine felt on the nose is found on the palate. The attack is ample, the wine coats the mouth with harmony and power, opening on a beautiful aromatic complexity of ripe fruit. The typical acidity of this cru is found on the finish, tense and salivating, broad and caressing, under the influence of the clay which brings power and delicacy to the wine. It is a wine that has a very long aging potential!

From the producer: 01/2024: Pale yellow colour. Restraint nose, profoundly influenced by the volcanic soil: smoke, flint, earthy, which eventually opens to more fruity aromas after a long aeration. Very complex nose but a strong originality and identity. The palate at first appears to have a medium power but builds up to a long dry aftertaste. As often in the past, the Rangen Riesling always manages to hide its power in his youth. Harmonious structure, vivacious acidity which finishes with strong salty flavours, adding to the length of the wine. This wine appears to be delicately chiselled and full of energy in a solar and warm vintage. To keep!

From the producer: Pale yellow colour. The nose shows the strong limestone influence: mineral, stone driven, citrus fruits and some white fruits (peach) after some aeration. The wine fermented in a large recent oak cask (foudre) and was on full lees until bottling. The palate is quite strict, bone dry, with a racy sapid acidity that gives a juicy texture on the finish. The wine has a nice concentration, but because it is bone dry with a ripe acidity, it feels elegant and delicate.

Quite aromatic with black cherry, plum, light smoke, cassis and some spice. On the palate it is dry and juicy with flavors of cherry, plum, iron, and campfire. It is medium- bodied with medium acidity and soft tannins.

A balanced wine with blueberry compote, cola spice, and a touch of campfire. More smokey flavors on the palate are balanced by plum, cola, dried fig, baking spice, and black cherry notes. The oak influence is noticeable but is framed around smooth, plush tannins and medium acidity.

The wine has a deep red color and offers aromas of dark berries, blackcurrant, and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with a velvety texture and smooth tannins. The flavors are similar to the aroma, with dark fruit notes, a hint of black pepper, and a touch of minerality.

This lovely Gamay-Pinot Noir blend is a great value as it tastes like an Old World Pinot Noir at a reasonable price. It has wild raspberry, raspberry seeds, mixed cherry, bramble, earth, and seed/stem flavors. The fineness of texture is incredibly appealing and just-right acidity keeps it fresh.

Semi-sweet, fruity and refreshing. Notes of cherry cola, red cherry juice and a touch of milk chocolate with a very smooth and easy drinking texture. We recommend serving Tony's Red chilled.

This wine begins with aromas of earth, brown spice, and exhuberant fruit (cherries galore). On the palate, it is medium bodied with plums and mixed cherries, touches of barn, integrated acidity and ultra-soft tannins, ending with a silky finish. This is fine, satisfying and versatile with food!

This Ciliegiolo stands out for its fruity and fresh profile, with notes of cherry, red fruits and savory herbs. The tannins are soft and the acid is unobtrusive, offering a highly drinkable experience. A light to medium-bodied, balanced red wine, perfect to be enjoyed chilled. Elegant and contemporary.

An aromatic wine with lots of complexity, floral with pressed roses, spiced plum, licorice and blackberry. The palate shows come baking spice notes such as clove, licorice, and black pepper. More toast and macerated red cherries to finish. It is medium plus and drinking well now.  This is a classic, example of Chateauneuf. 

This delicious red opens with deep aromas of smoke, tobacco, raspberry and blackberry with chocolate and coffee. Plush flavors of blackberry, black cherry, and fruit leather lend a touch of cola sweetness that is a nice counterpoint to the soft, fine tannins.

This interesting blend of red and white grapes offers a nice marriage of fruit and floral aromas and flavors.  Red berries and plums are accompanied by touches of spice, dried flowers and tea notes.

This Canary Island red benefits from some decanting to get the fruity nose to open up, then black currant, wet leaves, smoke, cocoa, volcanic minerality, and dark fruit emerge. The palate is complex and rustic with black cherry, coconut husk, whole black peppercorn, and concentrated red fruits. Lively medium plus acidity and fine tannins make this a joy to sip with dinner.

Aromas of blackberry, blueberry and a hint of spice nicely integrated with the new oak. The palate is medium-bodied and very well balanced. Flavors of blueberries, blackberries and roasted tomatoes alongside pencil shavings and Christmas spices. It has supporting acidity and fine tannins towards the finish.

Aromas are complex, with smoke, raspberry compote, red currant candy, chocolate, and spice. The palate offers a variety of red berry fruit, lightly cooked so it releases juice. Deeply colored and expressive, this Aglianico offers aromas of blueberry, black currant, black plum, and black licorice. The palate is harmonious, balancing dark fruit and graphite with enticing texture, drying tannins, and moderate acidity. The wine's depth and structure are complemented by a beautifully balanced finish.

The nose gives aromas of red and black cherry, baked raspberry pie, cranberry, meat, garrigue and smoke. It smells Italian! The palate is medium weight with strawberries, berry seeds, violets, mineral and camp fire. It has a softer structure than you might expect from Nebbiolo, with integrated acidity and tannins. A long, balsamic finish completes the package.

The nose offers dried strawberries and cooked cherries with dried flowers and herbs. The medium-bodied palate is similar to the nose, with dried cranberries, cherries, and dried flowers. The texture is silky with very fine tannins; acidity is lifted. The wine is ripe but not overripe; it’s lightly savoury like an Italian wine but with New World fruit.

The aromas are earthy and smoky with red fruits such as plum and raspberry, along with a touch of florality. The palate is midweight with a complex combination of coffee, black olive, barrel spice and well balanced jammy, juicy red currants and plums.

Organically farmed vineyards deliver minimally intervened yet clean wines with plum, fresh and cooked strawberry with black pepper and a mix of dried herbs.

This 100% Syrah shows classic elements of black cherry, red plum, and garrigue on the nose. It is terroir-driven with sandalwood, licorice, light smoke, garrigue and amaro-esque medicinal herbs. The palate is medium weight with just-right acidity, rendering it a pleasant and easy drinking wine with nice complexity. Try with braises of root vegetables or with beans or lentils, chicken, lamb and beef dishes, or sautéed mushrooms. Add rosemary and thyme to pick up the wine’s herbal profile.

This wine has exceptional balance to it! It is dark fruited with black currant and blackberry mingling perfectly with a stony earthiness. There are some dried rose petals and enticing wild side. The palate delivers a great balance; supple texture and harmony between the just ripe fruit and the earthy minerality. The finish is long with some tobacco, black pepper and ripe black cherry. 

Vibrant aromas of cooked red berries like strawberry-rhubarb jam and freeze-dried raspberries can be found on the nose. The texture is plush and velvety with more juicy red and black berries supported by fresh acidity and touches of smoke on the longer finish.

This co-fermented Chateauneuf is complex and appealing with scents reminiscent of potpourri, spiced plum, cassis and pressed flowers. There is a seduction about the aromas, like fine chocolate and wild animal; think truffle. It offers an opulent palate that is lovely, with blueberry, black currant, cooked plums, spice box, black tea, violets and forest floor. There are also hints of minerality and light toast joining with the ripe fruit. This full-bodied, flavorful red still offers "relief" and a sense of freshness which creates balance in the wine. It is texturally attractive and structurally balanced with medium acidity, well managed tannins and a long finish. 

Beautiful dark fruit notes waft from the glass, think of blackberry patch, blackcap jam and wild blueberries with earthy minerality. The palate offers medium acidity and tannins with a touch of bramble and rustic berry flavors. It’s ripe and succulent with lingering minerality.

Aromas of walking through the woods and picking blackberries. The nose has dark plum, blackberry and cassis fruit with mocha, slight dusty earth and some black pepper. The palate is integrated with a long finish, delivering flavors of dark fruits, graphite, savory earth, leather and dark chocolate. This is medium to full with a lovely balannce between blue fruits and secondary characteristics like sassafras. Slightly aged and drinking in its prime!

Ripe aromas include blackberry, black cherry, black currants and savory herbs. The medium-bodied palate is also ripely fruited with dark berries, leather, smoke and violets with a generous amount of attractive tannins.

This is a softly rounded and well-integrated sake that is fruit forward. In addition to the lemon custard, black pepper and papaya described by the sake brewery, you'll also find flavors of green tropical fruit, lime, white miso, jerk, kombu, tofu skin and salinity. 

This light cider highlights the red fleshed color of Redfield apples with its pinkish color, and the acidity of Wickson crab apples. Fruity tasting notes of cranberry, fresh apple and mulberries. On the palate juicy with mouth watering acidity, a bit off-dry and refreshing. Perfect picnic cider!

Sparkling and semi sweet cider with aromas of bosc pear, peach cherry blossom and nectarine. This is a burst of juicy and round ripe fruit with some minerality on the back end. 

This cider is elegant and surprising with pear, nut skin, toasted raisen and quince paste. The aromas are clean with a bit of salinity. The flavors have nice concentration with yellow apple, white pepper and toasted bread. The bead is consistent and the flavor is crushable with medium acidity and some bitterness on the finish.

Vibrant and enticing aromas of ripe kiwi, cherry, and subtle notes of honeysuckle.  The mouthfeel is round with delicate bubbles. A touch of almond and sweet peach linger on the finish.  

Distilled in Kagoshima, Japan by Hamada Shuzo from 84% imo (sweet potato) and 16% kome koji (rice koji). Daiyame is made from sweet potatoes that have been aged using a unique aging method to fully extract their aroma. This very dry wine shows some structure and unique flavors such as parmesan cheese rind, chamomile, orange zest and roasted nuts. The palate has some deeper fruit like peach, cantaloup, smoke and burnt orange. The finish is creamy and almost leesy with a nutty finish.
