Palate: Pomegranate Juice, Underripe Strawberry, Freshly Milled Wood, Straw Mushroom

The Fableist is a collaboration between winemakers Curt Schalchin of Sans Liege and Andrew Jones of Field Recordings. The nine wines that make up the collection look to the fables of Aesop and La Fontaine, as well as more modern ones, for their inspiration.  The wine ages for nine months in American oak, 10% new.
