This silky white Burgundy is just over medium weight. It's extremely textural with attractive, bright yellow apple and pear flesh, almond, anise and finishing with lemon zest notes. The acidity is beautifully wrapped into the wine with no oakiness or strong butteriness disturbing the purity of the fruit and minerality. Yet it feels creamy, round and perfectly seamless.
