A balanced wine with blueberry compote, cola spice, and a touch of campfire.  More smokey flavors on the palate are balanced by plum, cola, dried fig, baking spice, and black cherry notes. The oak influence is noticeable but is framed around smooth, plush tannins and medium acidity.
