The weather was great in Paso this vintage. What we got was a Big, Smooth, velvety Syrah that we’re excited to share – total powerhouse. Fermented in the timeless tradition of Redwood tanks and aged in American Oak Barrels for 9 months.With pronounced flavours of dried fig and plum, cola, Crème Brûlée and toasted oak + aromas of Raspberry and Black Cherry - creating a multi-layered experience. This is classic Paso.

Grapes come from the healthy, sustainable and organic certified soils of the Estrella District’s East Side Vineyard, and the Creston District’s Vititech Vinyard in Paso Robles California, all powered by solar energy
