The weather was great in Paso this vintage. What we got was a Big, Smooth, velvety Syrah that we’re excited to share – total powerhouse. Fermented in the timeless tradition of Redwood tanks and aged in American Oak Barrels for 9 months.With pronounced flavours of dried fig and plum, cola, Crème Brûlée and toasted oak + aromas of Raspberry and Black Cherry - creating a multi-layered experience. This is classic Paso.
