An aromatic wine with lots of complexity, floral with pressed roses, spiced plum, licorice and blackberry. The palate shows come baking spice notes such as clove, licorice, and black pepper. More toast and macerated red cherries to finish. It is medium plus and drinking well now.  This is a classic, example of Chateauneuf. 

This wine is certificed organic and biodynamic since 2010. All grapes are hand picked and had sorted. Blend of 13 different varietals.
