This 2016 special library release is loaded with aromas of red plum, rose, cranberry, cherry, cured meat, baking spice, and an iron like minerality. The wine drinks beautifully with dusty earthy tannins, dried herbs, red peppercorn, and dried red fruit. The finish is long with herbs and cedar; this could easily be cellared for another five years and is drinking beautifully now.
