Aromas of walking through the woods and picking blackberries. The nose has dark plum, blackberry and cassis fruit with mocha, slight dusty earth and some black pepper. The palate is integrated with a long finish, delivering flavors of dark fruits, graphite, savory earth, leather and dark chocolate. This is medium to full with a lovely balannce between blue fruits and secondary characteristics like sassafras. Slightly aged and drinking in its prime!
