Inferno Rosso Vermouth is made with a blend of Dolcetto & Cortese grapes and 27 botanicals. A ruby red color and fruity nose with hints of red berries, cherry and orange, cardamom and a slightly bitter finish. Enjoy it over ice with a twist of orange or try it in your Negroni or Manhattan.

Dried fig and raisin, birch beer, and red wine aromas with sumptuous fruit on the palate and very slight bitter notes.

Created from a treasured family recipe, this wine uses 41 botanicals, producing something like a cross between Oloroso sherry and sweet red vermouth—it is tasty and satisfying with sweet, bitter, floral and oxidative flavors that you’ll find complex and well-balanced.

Aromas of cinnamon and gingerbread cookies mix with orange and apple. This is nicely round and viscous in the mouth without being heavy. The palate is reminiscent of molasses-ginger cookies with darker, cooked apple and burnt orange fruits blending with baking spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Lightly sweet with a kiss of pleasant bitterness. YUM!

From the producer:   Gentle aromas of fruit compote, of prunes and walnuts with grassy notes, tempered by spicy aromas like Szechwan pepper, then aromas of almond, citrus, pear and cinnamon with gingerbread, tobacco, oregano and hyssop notes. This very rich bouquet is tempered by a subtle bitter base wine.

Floral and slightly sweet like honeysuckle with aromas of candied oranges, honey, pine resin & exotic fruits.

This vermouth is balanced between a dry and a white in its sweetness level making this a very versatile white vermouth. There are aromas of citrus and teaberry with floral chamomile and Mediterranean herbs. The palate shows similar flavors to the aromas but adds orange, clove, marmalade and apricot with a faint melon rind quality that makes this irresistible.

This sweet vermouth is halfway to amaro territory, offering lovely brown spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove) along with medicinal and menthol notes, cherry candy, orange and sage. There is a pleasant but notable bitterness, reminiscent of a light, sweet amaro. You'll find this nice for sipping or enjoying in cocktails that need a bit of bitterness.
