Medium-plus aromas of tangerine, dried apricot, chalk, chamomile flowers and certain salinity. Medium in body with round texture and refreshing acidity. The aromas translate onto flavors with the addition of pear, ginger skin, white flowers and a lot more minerality. Medium-plus on the finish.

Green, herbal aromas lead to flavors of pear, melon, lime, gooseberry and and fresh cut grass. It's tart and crisp with a clean, stony/mineral finish.

Fruity, floral aromas and flavors of opal apples, cherry blossoms and apricot, with a supple, tangy, medium body and a polished and engaging long finish with shades of golden kiwi, ripe peach, pineapple, sultry with a long finish. The flavors seem honeyed with ugly fruit, cantaloupe and starfruit that is juicy sweet and very drinkable.

This wine is fragrant and clean with exotic melon, apricot, yellow plum and nectarine with floral and beeswax aromas rounding it out. The palate continues with floral notes and a honeyed quality with touches of chamomile and almond skin. This is weighty with spice notes reminiscent of gewürztraminer yet it remains restrained with plenty of acidity and a long finish. This wine is delicious and worth appreciation.

Aromas include baked apricot, yellow apple and meadow/hay notes. Complex and elegant, the wine’s roundness is matched with fresh peach and apple flavors with touches of lanolin and almond. The finish reveals subtle notes of aniseed.

Aromas of baked apple, honey, pineapple, citrus and toasty oak. On the palate this wine is well-balanced with enough acidity to carry its weight. This wine is full body and elegant and the oak use is just right.

This lovely Gewurztraminer gives aromas of lychee, ginger skin, rosewater and honeysuckle following on to a bright and flavorful palate where lychee, jasmine, ginger, pear, and lime zest add complexity. It is medium plus in body, with good ripeness, integrated acidity and a round texture, finishing with citrusy notes.

The nose offers notes of chalk, salt, minerals and subtle quince fruit . The palate is similar, adding clean and crisp apple notes and very refreshing acidity. This medium-weight wine is more about minerality and food friendliness, while the fruit takes a back seat. Explore if you like Sancerre or Assyrtiko.

Fresh citrus and meadow flowers with touches of peach and grapefruit on the nose. Refreshing acidity on the palate with more citrus and stone fruit flavors and a lingering minerality.

Freshly grated lime zest greet the taster with pear, apple and wet stone minerality. The magic occurs on the palate with almost off-dry flavors of ripe peach, apricot, sundew melon, marzipan and yellow plum. The acidity is medium plus with a medium bodied frame that tastes riper than the aromas suggest.

This wine shows light floral aromas and citrus notes on the nose. It is medium bodied with nice concentration of nectarine and ripe citrus along with plenty of minerality and fresh acidity. This unoaked Chardonnay offers fresh flavors of pineapple and grilled peaches with nice acidity to keep the palate lifted. The texture is attractive with both freshness and a broad mouthfeel. It finishes with glazed citrus and sweet snap pea.

This succulent and unique Greek wine opens on the nose with light florality and honeysuckle, grapefruit, green tropical fruits and nectarine, followed by a round palate where mellow tropical fruits of candied pineapple, kumquat, mangosteen are balanced with white peach and a refreshing minerality. The texture and concentration of this North-West Macedonian white is matched with a lifted acidity, a well-balanced finesse, and an exquisite finish with the subtle bitterness of fruit peel and almond skin. 

Apples, apricots, and white peach on the nose. The palate follows with white stone fruits, some barrel and lees but not oak, white flowers and lilacs, finishing with fresh lemon zest.

Light aromas of wet stone/talc, stone fruits and white flowers on the nose. The medium-bodied palate offer peach and nectarine, minerals, and a touch of bitterness to balance the ripe fruit.

This wine smells clean and crisp with citrus and confectioner sugar. The flavors are more complex with lemon, quince, apple and honey or beeswax. The acidity is medium with good ripeness of fruit and some herbal notes of hay.

From the Producer: Gianfranco Kozlovic's Malvasia is one of the most classic and authentic examples of Istrian Malvasias. An extremely fragrant nose of acacia flowers, banana, peach, apple pears and citrus with some herbal. The acidity leaves your palate with mouthwatering freshness and fruitiness, intense minerality spiced with slight saltiness and citrus fruit acidity.

Playful and appealing tropical fruit and flowers flow through a smooth, layered structure. Before its lingering, spicy finish, your palate is treated to kiwi, papaya, persimmon and crisp apple.

Richer aromas include pears and tree fruits; the richness is balanced on the palate by fresh acid, more orchard fruit and a kiss of citrus and florality.

A bigger and rounder style for a wine from the Basque Country. Clean aromatics that smell like the ocean with citrus, apricot, beeswax, and fresh herbs. The palate is like fresh lime juice, parsley from the garden and a rounder mouthfeel that reminds you of stonefruit and minerality. This could be drunk by itself or with food.

This bright yellow wine has a beautiful bouquet of floral aromas. The palate has notes of melon, guava, and citrus fruits. Overall, this is a well balanced wine can be enjoyed on a warm summer day.

This wine is rich and dense without being heavy or overbearing. There are notes of lychee and tropical fruit, it's bright and clean, and the texture is rounded. The wine is dry with enough minerality to keep it lifted and balanced. Enjoy with highly seasoned food such as Thai, Indian or Moroccan dishes.

This wine presents aromas of peach, orange and pineapple with beeswax and sage notes. It has a medium plus body with moderate acid, a rounded mouthfeel, a touch of sweetness and fruit of apples, apricot, cantaloupe and yellow pear flesh. Nice richness and density while remaining balanced and food friendly.

An alluring wine with aromas of lemon zest, nectarine, and apple. The palate has slight creaminess that is in balance with ripe apricot, baking spice and citrus flavors. This wine has lots of personality, just enough acidity and is medium-plus in weight.

This classic Txakoli is fresh and crisp with a light spritz.  Lightly floral on the nose with nectarine, citrus, and lingering minerality on the palate. This high acid wine is perfect for shellfish, cheese, appetizers, fish and light foods.

Aromas are driven by the Gewürztraminer with notes of blossoms, lychee, and underripe pineapple. The palate has a creamy texture with moderate acidity on a medium plus body frame. The finish is very mineral-driven.

This wine is fresh and crisp with aromas of citrus, green pear, golden delicious apple, and nectarine. The rocky minerality and herby/grassy notes underscore the fruitiness, and the wine is well balanced with zingy acidity and a medium body. A great wine for food or enjoying in the afternoon.

Ripe and fragrant on the nose with white peach and juicy pear aromas.  The palate is concentrated and fresh with loads of stone fruit, especially apricot, while touches of lemon linger on the finish.

Aromas of apple, sage and jasmine follow through onto the palate along with hints of Asian pear, fennel and wild herbs. This is slightly more than medium weight with moderate acidity and a unique and appealing flavor ending with a touch of beeswax and baked apple. This lighter red opens with aromas of cherry, macerated cherry, raspberry, smoke and tea. It is medium weight at most with crisp acidity and fine tannins. The flavors are clean with red cherry and raspberry notes joining mineral and tea flavors to create a fresh and energetic, summer red.

MC² is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon and is our fan-favorite red blend meant for everyday consumption. Each variety and vineyard are picked, fermented, and aged separately and combined after 10 months of ageing in barrel before bottling. In 2023, this blend was 63% sourced from east Seneca Lake and 37% sourced from west Cayuga Lake, with 51% of the blend being from our estate vineyards. With the varying topographies, soils, vineyard age, and varieties planted, the blend truly encapsulates the season from mid-September through the end of October.

Aromas of cherry, crushed raspberries, minerals and flowers, show good typicity for Pinot. The dry palate is elegant, with more cherry fruit, a bit of toast, tea leaves, smoke and meatiness. Smooth and medium-bodied, the wine has moderate acidity that complements rather than obscures the abundant cherry and black currant fruit.

From the producer: Blackberry, bacon, graphite, blueberry, rose. With the 2021 vintage, I have reverted to the intrinsic character of my first Côtes du Rhône from 1997 to 2000. This intense, energetic Syrah with its crimson hue is fresh with ‘espressivo cantabile’ aromas of red berry fruits and a rounded palate.

Complex aromas of dark cherry, black olives, and graphite-esque minerality on the nose. Fresh acidity leads to bright red berries, cassis and tart cranberries. Lighter tannins and secondary notes of frankincense, brambly forest floor and baking spice add complexity. This wine is refreshing and interesting for this price point.

This medium-plus bodied red from Uruguay offers brooding dark fruit, integrated smoke, espresso, graphite and light earth flavors. The texture is velvety with fresh acidity. This wine is elegant, unique and well made.

This bold red features rich, smoky black fruits such as currants and blackberries along with graphite, dark chocolate, toast, black pepper and singed herbs. It is full-bodied with velvety tannins and integrated acidity.

Notes of stewed and dried raspberry, plum, Provençal herbs, tomato leaf and balsamic can be found on the nose. The palate offers fresh red fruit and raspberry jam with supple tannins, good lift and wonderful integration. This is an immensely pleasurable and quaffable wine.

Deep flavors of blackberry pie, brambly fruits of the forest, and touches of spice box and clove. The palate echoes the nose on a medium-bodied frame.

Medium aromatics offering fresh and dried herbs, cigar box, dates and dried cherries. The palate is medium bodied with very rounded but quite there tannins. Fruits are purple to black --cherries, plums, and black currant skin with light toast, earth and tobacco.

This wine begins with light earth and raspberry-cherry notes mixing with garrigue. On the palate, it is midweight with fine tannins and chalky acidity. The fruit is reddish--dried strawberry, pomegranate, red raspberry and red cherry, joining with lightly savory forest notes. This is a good options for lovers of Pinot Noir, even though the grapes are different. There's a fineness and delicacy to it.

Dark fruit aromas arise from this appealing Piedmont red, boysenberry, black currants, blueberry, and some floral notes. Medium weigh in body, loaded with red and purple fruits, plums, blueberries, rose pedals, fine tannins, and crisp acidity.

Spicy, fruity aromas of red cherry and currant with a bit of darker fruit. While fleshy and red-fruited, the palate offers the acidity and bitterness typical of many Italian reds as well as some pepper and figs.

Aromas of warm earth, black currant, and dark cherries invite you in to this Rhone classic. Fuller-bodied with refreshing acidity to balance on the palate. More ripe dark fruit notes include cooked berries and some savory warm earth flavors with touches of dark chocolate and smoke.

This wine is dominated by Pinot noir which comes through on the nose with forest floor, button mushrooms, black pepper and spiced red cherry. The palate opens with riper raspberry, cranberry and pomegranate and nice density. Secondary notes of tobacco, black pepper and earth follow. Tannins are round, acidity is moderate and the finish is earthy.

Aromas of Morello cherries, cherry candy, ripe strawberry, tomato leaf/tobacco, and plum. The fruit is backed up by an array of savory components--earth, white pepper, herb stems--in the mouth alongside Birch beer and cola notes. It is medium weight with soft tannins; acidity provides most of the structure.

This wine is complex with tertiary notes that layer with wood spice, touches of earth, dried mushrooms, plums and black cherries. The palate echoes the aromas with savory flavors that support its structure making it a lovely wine for just sipping or pairing with food. This wine has medium acidity on its medium frame and it plush without being rich. 

Rustic aromas of warm earth, barn, worn leather, and herbs complement ripe red fruits (cranberry, red currant and cooked strawberry) on the nose. More red fruit on the palate is supported by fresh acid and integrated tannins providing a pleasing mouthfeel. Touches of spice and earthy minerals round out the finish.

This may remind you of a Cotes-du-Rhone in that it has wonderful, ripe Mediterranean fruit balanced by freshness and round tannins. However, there is a mineral character that also provides cut to the wine. It is medium plus in body with juicy acid and notes of dried herbs complementing the mixed berry fruit.

Deep, rich color and a classic Cabernet Franc nose of cherry, spice, earth, and black pepper. Fresh black berry, blueberry, black cherry fruits with black pepper, potting soil, and light smoke are the dominant flavors. Medium to medium plus in body, tannin, and acidity.

This does not use carbonic maceration or added sulfur, yet it remains fragrant, clean, and juicy. Aromatically there are lightly smoky cherries and raspberry tea notes. The palate is medium bodied with medium plus acidity and integrated tannins giving a soft mouthfeel. There are flavors of red raspberries, plums and cherries, along with minerality.

A rich garnet red in color. The nose offers blackcurrant and blueberry with hints of green pepper and balsamic flavors. Fluid with a full flavor, it’s juicy in the mouth with firm, finely grained tannins and a relatively solid character.

Vibrant aromas include cassis, menthol/eucalyptus, sundried tomato, and baking spice. Concentrated flavors echo the aromas with more rich black fruit and menthol supported by supple, integrated tannins; warm spices linger on the longer finish.

An abundance of aromatics in this wine such as tobacco, blueberries, blackberries and light tobacco leaf. The juicy acidity is refreshing with the black raspberry, black cherry and smokiness that is supported by a medium frame and moderate and fine tannin structure. There is some flint and lingering savoriness on the finish.

From the producer Barry Family Cellars' 2023 Cab Franc is a wine you can put next to any good Chinon or Anjou Rouge. It's deeply spicy, savory and especially dark-fruited...giving the wine a more serious profile than many FLX Cab Francs.

Wine Advocate 90 “The grapey and juicy 2022 5/4 is a co-fermentation of 40% Cencibel and 20% each Garnacha Tintorera, Airén and Malvar in stainless steel and four used barrels with indigenous yeasts and matured in concrete for nine months. It’s medium-bodied with 13% alcohol, good freshness (a pH of 3.4) and some dusty tannins that call for food.”

This wine develops with air and the texture becomes more soft and plush. The fruit is ripe but still has some tang, like fresh raspberries. The palate delivers earthy elements like beets and pomegranate juice and seeds. The acidity is completely wrapped around the texture of the wine and overall this wine is interesting.

Aromas of blue and black fruit, rich and ripe. The palate follows with rounded texture, soft tannins, light baking spice, black berries and cherries, this pinot is succulent and well balanced.

Fresh and juicy berry aromas, blackberries and leather on the nose. The medium weight palate follows with blackberries, blackberry seed, leather, earthy medium tannins, and juicy acidity.

From the producer "Two grapes that grow well in the Finger Lakes also blend well here. Leading to flavors of cherries and pepper. This medium-bodied blend pairs well with any occasion. Aged 14 months in French oak barrels. Dry."

Grown on high elevation, this old vine, small production wine delivers a real sense of liquid geography. Aromas that are meaty, smoky and red fruited make this wine decadent. The palate offers brambly fruit, blackberry coulis, vanilla and complex oak spice while the texture remains velvety.

A Finger Lakes Lemberger that smells of plush smoke, dense black cherry, chocolate, candied red fruits, and cola. The palate is a juicy medium weight with nice concentration, medium tannins, and flavors of smoke, black raspberry, black cherry, and black currant.

This Austrian red is fresh with red and black cherry and raspberry fruit. It is lightly smoky, earthy and even a touch funky. The wine is just over medium weight with moderate acidity and soft tannins. You'll find it a delicious example of Blaufrankisch that's beautifully balanced.

Rich, dark berry aromas jump from the glass with touches of floral, dusty/earthy notes. Juicy and light to medium in body on the palate; flavors include more earthy-mineral notes and raspberry coulis. This could take a light chill on its way to a picnic.

Need a lighter red wine? This smooth and fine red blend from the Italian Alps offers attractive mixed cherry/blackberry fruit with plenty of minerality and a hint of savory herbs. It is just under medium weight, fresh, lifted, and silky-- a wonderful foil for spicy foods or lighter dishes when you're craving a red wine. Enjoy with a slight chill.

Aromatic, sweet and fruity with strawberry preserves, grapes, and minerality. The texture is balanced and restrained for Rasteau with potpourri, minerality and red cherries.  This wine’s restraint and supple tannins make it an ideal food partner.

the nose opens savoury earthiness – truffled mushroom powder and coffee. Sour cherry pops on the palate alongside a darker berry feel. There is tannin and structure – a meaty savouriness – but it is still effortlessly light and refreshing, and takes a chill

This blend of mostly Croatina makes an ideal food partner with fragrant aromas of oregano, dried thyme and black fruit. The palate has nice ripe dark cherry, blackberry, plums and oregano on a medium-bodied frame.

Here's your savory minerally red, that's medium weight flexible and balanced between fruit, earth and texture assets. Wild raspberry, blackberry, mixed cherries, plums, along with light barn and bark elements can be found here. Juicy acid, a touch of spice, its just about perfect with tomatoes!

This earthy Italian red offers aromas of dark chocolate, black berries, prunes, and smoke. The medium bodied wine is structured with nice acidity to balance, rich with strawberries, dark fruits, leather, cedar, and velvety tannins. A good wine for food or the cellar!

Classic Syrah aromas include notes of licorice, cola and blackberries. It is concentrated and ripe without being too heavy on the palate; more dark berries, raisin, baking spice and vanilla are supported by supple tannins.

This Paso Robles Syrah is big and velvety. Loaded on the nose and palate with plum, cola, dried fig, baking spice, and black cherry. Exceptionally smooth and plush, the cold weather doesn't stand a chance with this cozy Syrah on the table!

This South African Cab Suav smells smoky, oaky, and rich with black fruits. The palate has a lovely smooth texture with blackberries, black currants, tobacco, and smoke, finishing with fine tannins and lifted acidity.

Dense tones of purple fruit, plum skin, raisins and black cherry combine with aromas of clay-like minerality. The palate offers mulberry jam, bright cherry and raspberry coulis with mulling spices, light florals and soft tannin structure. This ripe, attractive Pinot Noir is a great Oregon value.

This wine excites us in every vintage; it offers black raspberry, tart cherry, and brambly fruits supported by a distinctive iron-like minerality and forest floor. It’s medium in weight and acidity and is complex while still very approachable.

Medium plus in body with noticeably dry tannins and savory Mediterranean richness. Floral tones recall more northerly wines. It’s chewy, vigorous, and refreshing, with notes of black olive, wild herbs, and brambly fruit, supported by earthier forest floor, baking spice and mineral notes.

Earth, herbs and mulling spices join with ripe blackberry on the nose of this Spanish red. On the palate, it is medium plus in body with fresh black currants, raspberry, chocolate and leather. The flavors are warming and deep with thorough, but balanced tannins. The finish offers touches of toasted coconut and vanilla. Pair with duck, wild game, lamb, roast pork, sausages, beef brisket, mushroom dishes and aged hard cheeses. It will work especially well with Mediterranean flavors such as rosemary, tapenade and roasted tomatoes.

Concentrated aromas of blackberry and blueberry with flavors echoing on the palate supported by sleek texture and baking spice notes. This is medium plus in body with black pepper and minerality on the finish.

As the name suggests, this rose offers slightly floral aromas of peony and gardenia with a dash of wild strawberry and marjoram. The palate is a heartier style rose that has some structure and light minerality. Flavors of peach and raspberry are full bodied and generous with good complexity and stuffing. Close your eyes and this is reminiscent of red wine.

Vibrant, energetic and juicy, bright and succulent. Notes of red cherry, strawberry and pomegranate. Great with food and great on the patio. 

This wine falls somewhere between a rose and a light red. It offers a mix of cherries and watermelon melded with herbs, tar and savory forest notes. There is the slightest hint of carbonation, lending it even more versatility.

This starts with classic Riesling aromas, including pear, apricot and light minerality. The palate is rich, creamy and well-balanced. Flavors of green apple, pear, and light florality come together on the off dry palate, leading to a long finish.

This Cremant is very mineral and clean with a lovely, vibrant frothiness. The fruit is subtle with hints of blood orange and lemon confit, with notes of toasted hazelnut enhanced by a leesiness from aging 20 months in bottle.

Lifted an elegant on the palate, this prosecco offers soft peach, lemon/lime and honeysuckles notes. Medium-weight and refreshing with lingering minerality.

Gorgeous pink color with a nose of raspberry, ripe strawberry and cherry aromas. The perfume is gorgeous and yet, has a delicacy to it. This wine is ultra-elegant with pinpoint bubbles and finesse. The fruit is ripe and red fruited--raspberry, cherry, pomegranate, strawberry, cranberry--all the reds!  It is dry and minerally, yet generous with its fruit. Such balance means that your bottle will quickly disappear!

This elegant bubbly delivers bosc pears, nectarine and tangerines on the nose. It is beautifully lively, clean, and moussey.

This is delightfully different! It is slightly sweet, but also has a sherry-esque note of pleasant oxidation and a long finish that renders it complex and wonderfully fun to explore sip after sip. You'll find golden raisin, yellow fig and peach fruits mixed with almond and hazelnut, finishing with marmalade, a twist of orange and a whiff of smoke.

The nose on this flavorful Daiginjo is a collection of cherry, mango, tropical fruit, powder sugar and Marigold elements. It is supremely smooth and soft in a Kyoto water kind of way, and there is a very sublime flavor of pear, apple, and powdered sugar. 

From the producer: "On the nose: ripe, ripe wild plums, coconut, and honeysuckle. In the mouth, bright acid and dense, salty minerals. The finish is lemon water, wet stone and wild strawberries."

This cider gives aromas of strawberry, red cherry, hibiscus and spicy ginger with some softer red apple and red pear notes. It is ripe and round in texture with sweetness balancing the spicy lingering finish. This is fresh and great for autumnal days.

Honeyed and floral aromas bloom from this dry crisp mead. Lightly weighted but with good density holding it up, this mead has a very long finish, leaving chamomile, spring flowers, citrus fruit, and a piquant honey taste on the palate.

Maplejack Liqueur starts as an apple brandy made from New York State apples. It is aged in oak barrels and sweetened with local maple syrup. Aromas of caramel and mulled cider greet you. The palate is round, with just a touch of sweetness from the maple syrup

This is a triple distilled Italian grain wheat. The nose has a little bit of spice like black pepper and the palate is round and smooth.

Held in recycled glass this unfiltered and wheat-based vodka impressed us with freshly cut cucumber, a hint of sweetness and a soft creamy texture.

This lovely gin has attractive aromatics of lemongrass, citrus and freesia. On the palate is offers lemon zest, lemon, cardamom, spice and green olive notes with a light ginger-herbal tone. Very fresh and bright, this is a delicious value!

Hints of citrus bark underscored by the freshness of menthol and balsamic notes. Almond and stone fragrances dominate the slightly bitter citrus base and bring balance to our lively and fine dry Vermouth de Chambéry.

From the Producer:  14 different herbs and spices are sourced all around the world to make Noilly Prat Extra Dry. Among them Chamomile, Coriander from Morocco, Bitter Oranges from Tunisia or Orris Root from Italy.

This sweet vermouth is halfway to amaro territory, offering lovely brown spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove) along with medicinal and menthol notes, cherry candy, orange and sage. There is a pleasant but notable bitterness, reminiscent of a light, sweet amaro. You'll find this nice for sipping or enjoying in cocktails that need a bit of bitterness.

This vermouth is balanced between a dry and a white in its sweetness level making this a very versatile white vermouth. There are aromas of citrus and teaberry with floral chamomile and Mediterranean herbs. The palate shows similar flavors to the aromas but adds orange, clove, marmalade and apricot with a faint melon rind quality that makes this irresistible.

Notes of clementine, grapefruit, peach and rosewater combine with white flowers on the nose. Despite being a little cloudy (it's unfiltered) the flavors are clean and precise - white tea, tangerine and orange blossom can be found on the palate. Medium body and dry with light tannins.

This is a complex and delightfully clean orange wine. The nose is rich with candied orange, baking spice, orange oil, amaro spices, and flowers. The medium plus body follows with brown spices, lightly oxidized apple, peach tea, amaro notes, and fennel. Intriguing and approachable yet packed with orange wine charm!

An aromatic skin-contact wine (orange) with lifted aromas of Valencia oranges, dried nectarines, apricots, and almond paste. The palate is quite juicy with cantaloupe, fresh citrus, charred orange, orange blossom and pleasant bitter flavors. The body is rich with a broad mouthfeel.
