This wine is fragrant and clean with exotic melon, apricot, yellow plum and nectarine with floral and beeswax aromas rounding it out. The palate continues with floral notes and a honeyed quality with touches of chamomile and almond skin. This is weighty with spice notes reminiscent of gewürztraminer yet it remains restrained with plenty of acidity and a long finish. This wine is delicious and worth appreciation.

Aromas include baked apricot, yellow apple and meadow/hay notes. Complex and elegant, the wine’s roundness is matched with fresh peach and apple flavors with touches of lanolin and almond. The finish reveals subtle notes of aniseed.

Aromas of baked apple, honey, pineapple, citrus and toasty oak. On the palate this wine is well-balanced with enough acidity to carry its weight. This wine is full body and elegant and the oak use is just right.

Freshly grated lime zest greet the taster with pear, apple and wet stone minerality. The magic occurs on the palate with almost off-dry flavors of ripe peach, apricot, sundew melon, marzipan and yellow plum. This unoaked Chardonnay offers fresh flavors of pineapple and grilled peaches with nice acidity to keep the palate lifted. The texture is attractive with both freshness and a broad mouthfeel. It finishes with glazed citrus and sweet snap pea.

This succulent and unique Greek wine opens on the nose with light florality and honeysuckle, grapefruit, green tropical fruits and nectarine, followed by a round palate where mellow tropical fruits of candied pineapple, kumquat, mangosteen are balanced with white peach and a refreshing minerality. The texture and concentration of this North-West Macedonian white is matched with a lifted acidity, a well-balanced finesse, and an exquisite finish with the subtle bitterness of fruit peel and almond skin. 

Apples, apricots, and white peach on the nose. The palate follows with white stone fruits, some barrel and lees but not oak, white flowers and lilacs, finishing with fresh lemon zest.

The aromas for this Sauvignon Blanc are densely stone-fruited with candied peach, nectarines and apricot and fresh squeezed lemon juice. The palate is consistent in its ripeness adding marmalade and orange peel to more stone fruit and a touch of bitter herbs on the finish.

This wine begins with a lovely bouquet of honey, peach, petrol, and light floral aromas. The texture is slightly waxy with concentrated flavors of ripe pineapple, peaches and fresh, silky finish.

Sweet-tart citrus and white floral notes fill the palate, along with hints of ginger, baked apricot, clove and wild honey. Touches of orange peel can be found on the long, succulent finish. This wine is dry, elegant and a beautiful example at its price point.

This wine smells clean and crisp with citrus and confectioner sugar. The flavors are more complex with lemon, quince, apple and honey or beeswax. The acidity is medium with good ripeness of fruit and some herbal notes of hay.

Pungent on the nose with jasmine, peach blossom, grilled pineapple and juicy tangerine. Just off-dry with juicy peach, floral and citrus notes on a medium-plus bodied frame. It's delicious and super aromatic making it a great partner for Asiatic cuisine, especially curries.

From the Producer: Gianfranco Kozlovic's Malvasia is one of the most classic and authentic examples of Istrian Malvasias. An extremely fragrant nose of acacia flowers, banana, peach, apple pears and citrus with some herbal. The acidity leaves your palate with mouthwatering freshness and fruitiness, intense minerality spiced with slight saltiness and citrus fruit acidity.

Aromas of pear and apple continue through onto the palate, where they are joined by hints of macadamia, ginger joining and quince. This is medium-full in weight with integrated acidity and a longer finish of apricot and yellow plum.

A bigger and rounder style for a wine from the Basque Country. Clean aromatics that smell like the ocean with citrus, apricot, beeswax, and fresh herbs. The palate is like fresh lime juice, parsley from the garden and a rounder mouthfeel that reminds you of stonefruit and minerality. This could be drunk by itself or with food.

This wine is rich and dense without being heavy or overbearing. There are notes of lychee and tropical fruit, it's bright and clean, and the texture is rounded. The wine is dry with enough minerality to keep it lifted and balanced. Enjoy with highly seasoned food such as Thai, Indian or Moroccan dishes.

Chalk-like mineral notes provide a crisp backbone supported by pear, yellow apple, lemon curd and peach. The palate is bright and fresh with crisp citrus, fresh acidity and lingering minerals/salinity.

An alluring wine with aromas of lemon zest, nectarine, and apple. The palate has slight creaminess that is in balance with ripe apricot, baking spice and citrus flavors. This wine has lots of personality, just enough acidity and is medium-plus in weight.

This classic Txakoli gives aromas of fresh nectarine, lime zest and crushed stones/beach notes. The palate is lightly spritzy with pineapple, lemon-lime, grapefruit and peach. There is minerality, crisp acid and a long, saline finish. It's perfect for shellfish, fish cheese, appetizers, and light foods.

Aromas are driven by the Gewürztraminer with notes of blossoms, lychee, and underripe pineapple. The palate has a creamy texture with moderate acidity on a medium plus body frame. The finish is very mineral-driven.

Light toast, vanilla, and yellow apple on the nose. The palate has roasted apple, apple butter, light oak influence, ripe orchard fruit, and creme brulee. This FLX chardonnay is well balanced, refreshingly ripe, and full of character!

Classic Sauv Blanc aromas include grapefruit, gooseberry, and touches of jalapeño. The palate is nicely tropical with pineapple and guava notes, refreshing acidity and more grapefruit and green pepper flavors on the finish. 

This local off-dry sparkling is bright and aromatic with peach, jasmine flowers, white grape jelly, and loads of floral notes. The palate is a touch sweet with a nice concentration of apricot and flowers, finishing pleasant and dry.

From the producer: Bright and pithy citrus notes are balanced with soft, rounded tannins on the palate from one week fermenting on skins and ten months aging on lees. An approachable and elegant take on skin ferment with notes of apricot skins, beeswax, and lime.

This wine offers lemon and stone fruit with pure clean mineral aromas. The palate has nice density with succulent, juicy acidity on a medium-plus frame. More citrus notes on the palate include marmalade, orange zest, and a touch of almond oil that is balanced by lifted acidity.

MC² is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon and is our fan-favorite red blend meant for everyday consumption. Each variety and vineyard are picked, fermented, and aged separately and combined after 10 months of ageing in barrel before bottling. In 2023, this blend was 63% sourced from east Seneca Lake and 37% sourced from west Cayuga Lake, with 51% of the blend being from our estate vineyards. With the varying topographies, soils, vineyard age, and varieties planted, the blend truly encapsulates the season from mid-September through the end of October.

Aromas of cherry, crushed raspberries, minerals and flowers, show good typicity for Pinot. The dry palate is elegant, with more cherry fruit, a bit of toast, tea leaves, smoke and meatiness. Smooth and medium-bodied, the wine has moderate acidity that complements rather than obscures the abundant cherry and black currant fruit.

From the producer: Blackberry, bacon, graphite, blueberry, rose. With the 2021 vintage, I have reverted to the intrinsic character of my first Côtes du Rhône from 1997 to 2000. This intense, energetic Syrah with its crimson hue is fresh with ‘espressivo cantabile’ aromas of red berry fruits and a rounded palate.

This medium-plus bodied red from Uruguay offers brooding dark fruit, integrated smoke, espresso, graphite and light earth flavors. The texture is velvety with fresh acidity. This wine is elegant, unique and well made.

This bold red features rich, smoky black fruits such as currants and blackberries along with graphite, dark chocolate, toast, black pepper and singed herbs. It is full-bodied with velvety tannins and integrated acidity.

Delicious quaffable red bursting with aromas of red raspberry, dried strawberries, red cherry greet you immediately upon opening. The palate is equally fun - cherries galore, black caps, herbs, and ripe pomegranate. Serve with a slight chill, cellar temperature is ideal.

Deep flavors of blackberry pie, brambly fruits of the forest, and touches of spice box and clove. The palate echoes the nose on a medium-bodied frame.

A Passimento from the Veneto, made with grapes dried out to concentrate their flavor. Notes of red cherries, dried fruits, baking spice, sweet tobacco with a medium body, medium acid and velvety tannins.

Medium aromatics offering fresh and dried herbs, cigar box, dates and dried cherries. The palate is medium bodied with very rounded but quite there tannins. Fruits are purple to black --cherries, plums, and black currant skin with light toast, earth and tobacco.

This wine begins with light earth and raspberry-cherry notes mixing with garrigue. On the palate, it is midweight with fine tannins and chalky acidity. The fruit is reddish--dried strawberry, pomegranate, red raspberry and red cherry, joining with lightly savory forest notes. This is a good options for lovers of Pinot Noir, even though the grapes are different. There's a fineness and delicacy to it.

Dark fruit aromas arise from this appealing Piedmont red, boysenberry, black currants, blueberry, and some floral notes. Medium weigh in body, loaded with red and purple fruits, plums, blueberries, rose pedals, fine tannins, and crisp acidity.

Spicy, fruity aromas of red cherry and currant with a bit of darker fruit. While fleshy and red-fruited, the palate offers the acidity and bitterness typical of many Italian reds as well as some pepper and figs.

A low intervention cooler climate pinot noir that is grown on clay soil without pesticides, this offers classic Pinot aromas of raspberry, strawberry and cherry with integrated minerality. Lighter in body and elegant with supple tannins, ripe red fruit and integrated acidity. Touches of spice, vanilla, rosewater, and bright cherry linger.

Attractive red jam fruits are still dry in this Zinfandel-based wine which has nice purity and finesse, as well as velvety tannins. It has medium acidity or even more, giving it good balance. There's plenty of flavor here, including a little brambly note.

Rustic aromas of warm earth, worn leather, and ripe red fruits (cranberry, red currant and cooked strawberry) on the nose. More red fruit on the palate is supported by fresh acid and thorough yet integrated tannins providing a pleasing mouth feel in this medium-bodied red. Touches of spice and smoky minerality round out the finish.

This cote du rhone presents aromas of smoke, dark fruit, and spice. Medium plus in body, with dark fruit, black currants, blackberries, dark chocolate, and wonderfully rounded tannins.

This may remind you of a Cotes-du-Rhone in that it has wonderful, ripe Mediterranean fruit balanced by freshness and round tannins. However, there is a mineral character that also provides cut to the wine. It is medium plus in body with juicy acid and notes of dried herbs complementing the mixed berry fruit.

Deep, rich color and a classic Cabernet Franc nose of cherry, spice, earth, and black pepper. Fresh black berry, blueberry, black cherry fruits with black pepper, potting soil, and light smoke are the dominant flavors. Medium to medium plus in body, tannin, and acidity.

This fragrant, juicy Gamay offers light smoke, cherries, dried cranberry, and a rustic wood- spice note on the nose. On the palate this lighter-bodied wine has complex flavors of mixed red berries, fresh minerality and a touch of florality supported by fresh acidity and velvety tannins giving a soft, luscious mouthfeel.

A rich garnet red in color. The nose offers blackcurrant and blueberry with hints of green pepper and balsamic flavors. Fluid with a full flavor, it’s juicy in the mouth with firm, finely grained tannins and a relatively solid character.

An abundance of aromatics in this wine such as tobacco, blueberries, blackberries and light tobacco leaf. The juicy acidity is refreshing with the black raspberry, black cherry and smokiness that is supported by a medium frame and moderate and fine tannin structure. There is some flint and lingering savoriness on the finish.

From the producer Barry Family Cellars' 2023 Cab Franc is a wine you can put next to any good Chinon or Anjou Rouge. It's deeply spicy, savory and especially dark-fruited...giving the wine a more serious profile than many FLX Cab Francs.

This wine develops with air and the texture becomes more soft and plush. The fruit is ripe but still has some tang, like fresh raspberries. The palate delivers earthy elements like beets and pomegranate juice and seeds. The acidity is completely wrapped around the texture of the wine and overall this wine is interesting.

Aromas of blue and black fruit, rich and ripe. The palate follows with rounded texture, soft tannins, light baking spice, black berries and cherries, this pinot is succulent and well balanced.

Fresh and juicy berry aromas, blackberries and leather on the nose. The medium weight palate follows with blackberries, blackberry seed, leather, earthy medium tannins, and juicy acidity.

From the producer "Two grapes that grow well in the Finger Lakes also blend well here. Leading to flavors of cherries and pepper. This medium-bodied blend pairs well with any occasion. Aged 14 months in French oak barrels. Dry."

Grown on high elevation, this old vine, small production wine delivers a real sense of liquid geography. Aromas that are meaty, smoky and red fruited make this wine decadent. The palate offers brambly fruit, blackberry coulis, vanilla and complex oak spice while the texture remains velvety.

A Finger Lakes Lemberger that smells of plush smoke, dense black cherry, chocolate, candied red fruits, and cola. The palate is a juicy medium weight with nice concentration, medium tannins, and flavors of smoke, black raspberry, black cherry, and black currant.

Rich, dark berry aromas jump from the glass with touches of floral, dusty/earthy notes. Juicy and light to medium in body on the palate; flavors include more earthy-mineral notes and raspberry coulis. This could take a light chill on its way to a picnic.

This Ciliegiolo stands out for its fruity and fresh profile, with notes of cherry and red fruits. The tannins are soft and unobtrusive, offering a highly drinkable experience. A light, balanced red wine, perfect to be enjoyed chilled. Elegant and contemporary.

This earthy Italian red offers aromas of dark chocolate, black berries, prunes, and smoke. The medium bodied wine is structured with nice acidity to balance, rich with strawberries, dark fruits, leather, cedar, and velvety tannins. A good wine for food or the cellar!

This fleshy Pinotage presents red fruit, ground coffee, vanilla, metallic minerality, and barbeque smoke on the nose. The palate follows with silky texture, a long vanilla finish, and medium tannins and acidity.

This wine excites us in every vintage; it offers black raspberry, tart cherry, and brambly fruits supported by a distinctive iron-like minerality and forest floor. It’s medium in weight and acidity and is complex while still very approachable.

Medium plus in body with noticeably dry tannins and savory Mediterranean richness. Floral tones recall more northerly wines. It’s chewy, vigorous, and refreshing, with notes of black olive, wild herbs, and brambly fruit, supported by earthier forest floor, baking spice and mineral notes.

Earth, herbs and mulling spices join with ripe blackberry on the nose of this Spanish red. On the palate, it is medium plus in body with fresh black currants, raspberry, chocolate and leather. A great value wine that delivers big flavor. On the nose light smoke, black pepper and espresso. On the palate lots of  lush dark fruit, blackberry, plum, cassis, black currants, black cherry, coffee, and chocolatey with a long finish.

Aromas of juicy pink grapefruit and raspberry lemonade begin this refreshing rosé. It is fruity and floral yet dry with watermelon, strawberry and nectarine as well as fresh cut herbs and subtle floral notes on the palate. Good intensity and refreshing acidity balance the softness of this wine, ending with a lingering lightly mineral finish.

As the name suggests, this rose offers slightly floral aromas of peony and gardenia with a dash of wild strawberry and marjoram. The palate is a heartier style rose that has some structure and light minerality. Flavors of peach and raspberry are full bodied and generous with good complexity and stuffing. Close your eyes and this is reminiscent of red wine.

Very enticing strawberry candy and dried rose petal aromas jump from the glass. The palate echoes the nose with succulent ripe strawberries and cotton candy notes. Refreshing acidity on entry helps to balance the long creamy finish of this fruit-forward, dry wine.

A fresh and fruit forward Provencal Rose, bursting with strawberry, peach, and bubblegum aromas. More bubblegum, peach candy, and minerality on the palate. Classic and fruit forward with a pleasant dry finish.

This starts with classic Riesling aromas, including pear, apricot and light minerality. The palate is rich, creamy and well-balanced. Flavors of green apple, pear, and light florality come together on the off dry palate, leading to a long finish.

This Cremant is very mineral and clean with a lovely, vibrant frothiness. The fruit is subtle with hints of blood orange and lemon confit, with notes of toasted hazelnut enhanced by a leesiness from aging 20 months in bottle.

Lifted an elegant on the palate, this prosecco offers soft peach, lemon/lime and honeysuckles notes. Medium-weight and refreshing with lingering minerality.

This is delightfully different! It is slightly sweet, but also has a sherry-esque note of pleasant oxidation and a long finish that renders it complex and wonderfully fun to explore sip after sip. You'll find golden raisin, yellow fig and peach fruits mixed with almond and hazelnut, finishing with marmalade, a twist of orange and a whiff of smoke.

A subtle and soft sake but with complex rounded flavors. A wonderful one for sipping by itself. The nose on this flavorful Daiginjo is a collection of cherry, mango, tropical fruit, powder sugar and Marigold elements. It is supremely smooth and soft in a Kyoto water kind of way, and there is a very sublime flavor of pear, apple, and powdered sugar. 

A fruity nose of lime and melon with bold hints of fennel, white pepper and allspice. The flavors gravitate to ripe cantaloupe and anise while the minerality from the soft water is evident in the finish. This vibrant showstopper is beautifully soft and feminine, brewed by one of Japan's only female brewery owners and tojis. Brewed in Hiroshima, the birthplace of Ginjo sake, which is known for remarkably soft water that requires expert skill to use in sake production. Once mastered, it enables a highly controlled, precise fermentation, resulting in vibrant fruit aromas. This Junmai Ginjo is bottled immediately without charcoal filtering.

This cider is elegant and surprising with pear, nut skin, toasted raisen and quince paste. The aromas are clean with a bit of salinity. The flavors have nice concentration with yellow apple, white pepper and toasted bread. The bead is consistent and the flavor is crushable with medium acidity and some bitterness on the finish.

Honeyed and floral aromas bloom from this dry crisp mead. Lightly weighted but with good density holding it up, this mead has a very long finish, leaving chamomile, spring flowers, citrus fruit, and a piquant honey taste on the palate.

Maplejack Liqueur starts as an apple brandy made from New York State apples. It is aged in oak barrels and sweetened with local maple syrup. Aromas of caramel and mulled cider greet you. The palate is round, with just a touch of sweetness from the maple syrup

The primary flavors of Cardamaro are cardoon and blessed thistle, with a short repose in oak for spice and and texture. Notes of brown baking spices of cardamom and cloves, ginger and sassafras. Sweet with an herby bitterness from the cardoons. Drink as a digestif. In cocktails, outstanding with cider, whiskey, or use in place of vermouth.

This is a triple distilled Italian grain wheat. The nose has a little bit of spice like black pepper and the palate is round and smooth.

Held in recycled glass this unfiltered and wheat-based vodka impressed us with freshly cut cucumber, a hint of sweetness and a soft creamy texture.

Lo-Fi Aperitifs are a line of vermouths and amaro crafted with California wines and natural herbs flavors & botanicals. Predominant aromas of sweet citrus fruit with hints of ginger, exotic flowers and spices are supported by a framework of cinchona bark and bitter root extracts. Adds refreshing fruit flavors and crisp bitterness to a variety of cocktails.

This lovely gin has attractive aromatics of lemongrass, citrus and freesia. On the palate is offers lemon zest, lemon, cardamom, spice and green olive notes with a light ginger-herbal tone. Very fresh and bright, this is a delicious value!

Hints of citrus bark underscored by the freshness of menthol and balsamic notes. Almond and stone fragrances dominate the slightly bitter citrus base and bring balance to our lively and fine dry Vermouth de Chambéry.

From the Producer:  14 different herbs and spices are sourced all around the world to make Noilly Prat Extra Dry. Among them Chamomile, Coriander from Morocco, Bitter Oranges from Tunisia or Orris Root from Italy.

This sweet vermouth is halfway to amaro territory, offering lovely brown spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove) along with medicinal and menthol notes, cherry candy, orange and sage. There is a pleasant but notable bitterness, reminiscent of a light, sweet amaro. You'll find this nice for sipping or enjoying in cocktails that need a bit of bitterness.

This vermouth is balanced between a dry and a white in its sweetness level making this a very versatile white vermouth. There are aromas of citrus and teaberry with floral chamomile and Mediterranean herbs. The palate shows similar flavors to the aromas but adds orange, clove, marmalade and apricot with a faint melon rind quality that makes this irresistible.

Notes of clementine, grapefruit, peach and rosewater combine with white flowers on the nose. Despite being a little cloudy (it's unfiltered) the flavors are clean and precise - white tea, tangerine and orange blossom can be found on the palate. Medium body and dry with light tannins.
