Orchard fruit and blossoms, minerals, stone and a touch of butter come through on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied or slightly more with vibrant peach, pear and citrus fruit, savory herbs and minerality shaped by pleasant acidity and just-ripe roundness. This is a blend of indigenous Bical and Arinto grapes aged mostly in stainless steel and 10% neutral French oak.
