This wine is fragrant and clean with exotic melon, apricot, yellow plum and pear with herbal and beeswax aromas rounding it out.  The palate continues with poached pear and floral notes with touches of chamomile, honey and almond skin. This is weighty with spice notes reminiscent of gewürztraminer yet it remains restrained with a pleasant bitterness on the longer finish.

Indigenous to area of Ancient Olympia is cultivated uniquely by Ktima Brintziki for the last 23 years. A unique characteristic of this variety is that during the flowering period casts many flowers and carries a green harvest. From this unique feature, derives its name.
