This smells lovely with its citrus, pineapple, starfruit, fresh herb, and lemon candy notes. It is medium weight with crisp, tart, yet lightly tropical flavors such as pineapple, orange, and coconut, along with lemon, and hints of savory marjoram.

This Finger Lakes Sauvignon Blanc gives aromas of green melon, green currants, starfruit and florality. It is medium weight, crisp and fresh with melon, green pear, green apple, pink grapefruit, sweet lime, lime pith, starfuit and parsley notes.

Kermit Lynch tasting note:Very pure Sancerre aroma, generous, fresh, without grassy edges. The palate is expansive, then the nervosity makes its appearance and the finish is dry and lipsmackingly good. One of the things I love about it is that it leaves on the lips, not the palate, not the throat, but on your lips, a fresh little lemony whisper which makes it a fabulous complement to simple fish dishes.

This is high quality Gruner Veltliner with more density and depth than an entry level wine. It is succulent and juicy with attractive florality and notes of fennel, white peach, almond paste and coriander. The texture is waxy-creamy, yet still zippy.

Aromas are of nectarine, apple, flowers, honey , pear and peach fuzz. The palate is medium plus in weight with succulent orchard fruits (apple, peach, pear) and some tropical notes (passionfruit underripe mango). This Chardonnay is not oaky at all. It gives flavors of lemon and a touch of butter and cream with some minerality. It is bright and engergetic with a lovely texture. It is lower in alcohol and calories, so drink it guilt-free!

Medium aromatics with notes of Granny Smith apple, Grapefruit, Star fruit and light nectarine. On the palate this is a refreshing wine with flavors of grapefruit, lemongrass, lime, and passion fruit. It is dry and medium in body with a minerally finish.

This aromatic wine gives notes of nectarine, peach, apricot and truffle. On the palate, it is medium plus or more in weight with flint, nectarine, peach, apricot, lemon curd, vanilla cream and herbs. While juicy and succulent, it is also round and textural with a savory note of truffle. Very, very tasty!

The nose offers lime--both zest and juice-- as well as starfruit and a touch of slate. This wine has just the right amount of effervescence to support the green pear, green apple, and citrus on the palate Very crisp and refreshing.

Aromas of baked apple, light peach, citrus and crushed rocks. The palate is medium in weight with a round creamy texture, and flavors of golden apple, pears, citrus oil and lanolin. The acidity is medium and the finish long.

This Georgian variety gives aromas are of apple, dried herbs and hay while the medium-plus bodied palate displays nice ripeness with apple, apple skin, quince and peach fruits. These are balanced by savory hay, chamomile, white pepper and wildflowers before concluding with a citrusy finish.

This smells clean and mineral but there is also powdered sugar, kiwi and lime fruit and anise. The palate is balance with tartness like key lime pie with lychee, nectarine and fresh cut grass. 

This is a wonderful and complex semi-dry Riesling. At first, it begins with notes of petrol mixed with white tea and tropical fruit such as guava. The palate gives generous apricot, pineapple and guava fruitiness mixed with minerality and florality. The wine can seem weighty at first sip, but the acid stays perky and with the right food, it dances on the palate.

The nose opens with very pretty aromas, to include floral notes, white pepper, ginger, and melon. The mouthfeel is persistent and clean with fresh lemon, key lime and yellow plum fruit. Lime candy flavors as well as white pepper, lime blossom and jasmine add complexity to this proper Austrian Grüner Veltliner.

The palate is medium plus in body with a mélange of orchard fruits (apple, pear, peach, nectarine and apricot), minerality, herbs, citrus, candied lime peel, chamomile, florality and salinity. There is good density here, but it stays elegant. This wine has the allusion of sweetness, but is actually just very ripe.

Freshly grated lime zest greet the taster with pear, apple and wet stone minerality. The magic occurs on the palate with almost off-dry flavors of ripe peach, apricot, sundew melon, marzipan and yellow plum. The acidity is medium plus with a medium bodied frame that tastes riper than the aromas suggest.

Stone, honeydew melon, citrus and white pepper aromas lead to kiwi and citrus peel with touches of white pepper along with classic Finger Lakes minerality and more melon notes. Clean with moderate acidity and nice roundness, lemon-lime flavors persist on the finish.

Fruity, floral aromas and flavors of opal apples, cherry blossoms and apricot, with a supple, tangy, medium body and a polished and engaging long finish with shades of golden kiwi, ripe peach, pineapple, sultry with a long finish. The flavors seem honeyed with ugly fruit, cantaloupe and starfruit that is juicy sweet and very drinkable.

This wine exhibits classic aromatics of gooseberry, kiwi, passionfruit and lemongrass with typical grapefruit. The palate is clean, like a crunchy pear with lemon and lime, lemongrass and a slightly rounded texture.

Soft and delicate aromas of earth and clay mixed with cherry, raspberry and dried herbs. On the palate the wine is dry and a touch savory with citrus, raspberry, and mineral notes. Concentrated with balancing acidity and a persistent finish.

You'll find flavors of pink grapefruit, nectarine, strawberry candy, red pear and rose in this Vinho Verde rosé. It has a refreshing prickle with a whiff of powdered sugar/talc running through it (but don't worry, it's totally dry!)

This rosé entices with pretty aromas of peach and cantaloupe combined with attractive raspberry or strawberry notes. It is round in the mouth, highlighted by refreshing acidity and flavors of prickly pear, watermelon rind and peach blossom. The wine stays pleasantly fresh from first sip through the finish.

This dry rosé is perfectly balanced, soft, and thirst quenching. Fresh red berries, especially strawberry, a touch of floral character and peach are well-balanced by fresh acid and minerality on the palate. The wine is dry with strawberries lingering on the finish.

This wine is sweetly aromatic, offering strawberry, raspberry, and a touch of orange peel. Because the wine is unfined and unfiltered, expect some sediment.

This sparkling wine offers aromatics of apple, pear and melon. It is generous, fruit forward and ripe with good concentration of apple and white peach. Completely dry, yet lush and . tasty with a long finish.

Medium plus aromatics of brioche, lemon curd, fennel or anise, light hay notes with lees, oatmeal and concentrated cider. The palate is dry with a soft bead, with baked lemon pastry and green apple. Some gooseberry notes with pinpoint bubbles on the finish.

Elegant aromas of hawthorn, wildflower, white peach and sliced pear. The vibrant balanced palate has flavors of citrus, crisp apple and a hint of ginger set against a firm acidity and a soft, foaming mousse. It has a clean dry finish.

Light honeysuckle aromas lead to green melon and green apple with a hint of fresh hay. The palate offers a fine bead and mouth-filling apple and citrus flavors; bright and approachable. More honeydew melon continues with impressive persistence of flavor. This is a light and refreshing version.

This is very minerally and clean with a lovely, vibrant frothiness. The fruit is subtle, enhanced by a leesiness from aging 20 months in bottle.

Aromas of orchard fruit and minerals greet the nose. The wine is medium weight with orchard fruits, tart white fruits, citrus zest and stone. It is juicy, fresh and lively with a nice balance between fruitiness and minerality.

This medium-weight Cava has a fine bead with complex flavors including, melon, quince, and apple skin. Slight toast, citrus and honey linger on the long finish.

This quaffable sake offers aromas of melon, citrus and rice with touches of umami and banana notes. It is creamy with good density and ripeness, giving fruit forward notes of melon, lychee, tropical rambutan and banana, along with touches of yeast and rice. You'll find this handy size to be delicious.

A champagne method style cider with  a moderate bouquet of blueberry and blackcurrant and blackcap notes, yellow soft baked apple and some lime zest. The palate is semi-dry and crisp with soft tannin structure there is some ripe peach flavor and cherry pit. There is a distinctive crab apple grip to the finish and is tart and approachable. 

This skin-contact Pinot Grigio is the color of a rosé and tastes somewhere between an orange wine and a dry rosé. It is clean and fresh with lively scents of strawberry, rose and apple. The palate is medium to full-bodied with more strawberry, along with nectarine, red currants, cherry and peach notes. It is at the same time creamy and juicy with slight salinity and tannin providing a framework to the wine. A very interesting and captivating wine.
