Ripe pear and apple aromas mingle on the nose with pretty white blossoms and mineral notes. The crisp palate gives structure to a medium bodied frame with concentrated poached pear and a range of tropical and orchard fruit with a touch of grilled peach. The acidity is medium plus on a medium frame with a lingering concentrated pear through the finish.
