Tasting Notes

Elegant aromas of melon, grapefruit, pears and green apples with a hint of elderflower.  There is a nice roundness and creaminess as it warms up, along with apple, gooseberry and pear fruit. The acidity is perfectly balanced, offering a well structured and long lasting, clean finish.

Set right in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, this estate enjoys an excellent geographical position. The south-facing vineyard stretches over two very sunny hilltops which are among the highest points in the Gironde region. The grapes for this wine are certified organic. The vines average 32 years old. This is fermented and aged in stainless steel for 6 months before the wine gets bottled.
