Floral aromas of apple blossom and jasmine, along with lime zest, grapefruit pith and dehydrated apricots with something close to lychee fruit. It's refreshing on the palate with lime, nectarine, and melon notes laced with green tea. This wine is appealing, refreshing and crowd pleaser.

From the Producer, "Smokey lemon and lime aromas explode from the glass, with passionfruit and tropical undertones. This leads to a dry and structured midpalate that overlays grapefruit pith with creme brulee richness before a long and mineral finish of meyer lemon."

Fernão Pires and Arinto lead the way aromatically, offering notes of citrus, white nectarine, fennel and jasmine. Chardonnay provides subtle and creamy vanilla and toast. Medium weight and round in texture with perky acidity that gives the wine freshness. Jasmine and floral tones on the palate are braced by pink grapefruit, powered confection note on the lingering finish.

Lighter aromas include nectarine, white peach and a touch of florality. Crisp and mineral-driven on the palate with lemon, herbs and more stone fruit; ideal for Mediterranean dishes and shellfish.

Vibrant and fresh on the nose with melon, pear and white flowers dominating the aromas. On the palate, the fruit (pear, starfruit) remains precise, bright, crisp and refreshing while the finish is mouthwatering lemon-lime (think Sprite). A new favorite!

A very attractive vinho verde that presents aromas of pear, yellow peach, white flowers, and a touch of floral perfume. The carbonation is delightful against the backdrop of more white flowers, peach nectar, sweet citrus, and a juicy acidity to finish. This is a nice off-dry to dry vinho verde that is just a joy to sip on.

Heavily aromatic with dense perfume of fruit compote, blackberry jam, dry earth and violets. The palate is quite dark tasting as well, with black licorice, dried herbs, wild blueberries that is wrapped around a robust tannin structure.

Chandra Kurt's quintessential Swiss Chasselas, first of spring bottled with just a touch of trapped CO2 and made in a manner that capture this variety’s racy minerality, citrus, apricot skins, hay and floral notes. Fresh and clean with flinty minerality and a crisp finish. Perfect for Raclette or Fondue. 

Light aromatics of apple and nectarine are present here, leading to a fuller bodied white with notes of nectarine, white peach, apple, lemon, grass, vanilla, citrus, white flowers and minerality. This is texturally dense, mouth filling and round, yet it stays fresh and bright with succulent acidity. There are savory lanolin-beeswax notes that reinforce the identity of dry Semillon.

This wine has a golden yellow color. Well balanced wine with notes of peach, apricot, and nectarine. Clean finish.

The 2023 Gewurztraminer is from the Sunrise Hill Vineyard, located in Interlaken on western Cayuga Lake, is one of our longstanding grower partnerships which sits on Lima silt loam soils, a soil series unique in our cellar. The Lima series are moderately drained soils nearly level to moderately steep soils formed in glacial till that incorporates limestone and calcareous shale.

Aromas of pear and apple continue through onto the palate, where they are joined by hints of macadamia, ginger joining and quince. This is medium-full in weight with integrated acidity and a longer finish of apricot and yellow plum.

Floral aromas are supported by grapefruit and stone fruit notes. Refreshing on the palate with nice weight and concentration; flavors include peach, rosewater, and citrus. Delicious!

This wine has beautiful notes of green apple, juicy lemon, melon, and white peach. On the middle of the palate you get salty mineral accents. Clean and crisp finish.

With aromas of white grapefruit, lemon zest and flint, it smells of classic Sancerre. On the palate, it is medium weight, high acid and citrusy with plenty of verve and minerality. You'll find notes of lemon, flint, musk, herbs and fennel. Every sip is refreshing and serves as an excellent palate cleanser to enjoy with light fish, cheese, salad or poultry.

 The nose is clean with light orchard fruits, especially pear, along with lemon. On the palate, this medium weight wine offers ripe apples, peach, and fleshy pear flavors. It is concentrated and creamy, but at the same time, it has enough lift to balance the sweetness of the fruit, even giving a touch of spritz and hints of steel.

This Finger Lakes wine combines fruity notes of apple and pear with lightly savory, nutty and mineral flavors. It is medium to more in body, and bone dry with moderate acidity.

On the nose, this refreshing white shows Meyer lemon, green apple and pear balanced with wet stone minerality. On the palate, this zesty and fresh wine shows lemon, quince and some chalkiness with this being medium in body, acidity and length with the slightest amount of zippy carbonation.

Aromas are bright and pretty with subtle white peach, citrus and strawberry accents. The palate is medium- to light-weight with crisp acidity and attractive fruit flavors of lemon, pear, pineapple and pink-skinned berries complemented by perky dried herbs.

Aromas include baked apples, honey and almond notes. Medium in body with a round profile; slightly floral with apricot and orange peel flavors and touches of lanolin on the finish. This lower-acid white makes a nice alternative to Viognier or Chardonnay.

The wine presents aromas of peach, citrus, apricot pit, petrol and wet stone. On the palate, honeyed pear, peach and citrus combine with citrus and wet slate for a dry, minerally finish.

This is a wine which shows both density and sharp precision. The flavors range from lemon and lemon peel to flower blossoms, nectarine, white peach, quince and apricot. There is zingy tartness as well as round and chewy elements in this complex Riesling. Some lightly singed fruit peel, minerality and stone combines with lime as well. Quality farming and winemaking is evident.

This is like a baby Sancerre -- fresh and clean with minerality, a little chalk and leesy-ness, medium to high acidity. The fruits include nectarine and lemon, more yellow fruits than green. This medium weight white is a great intro to Loire Valley Sauvignon without the big price tag.

This bright and fresh Greek white opens with bright citrusy and floral aromas. The palate follows with attractive melon, nectarine, jasmine, and lemon zest. Medium bodied, fresh and clean with lifted acidity, this succulent, aromatic white is the perfect warm weather companion!

This wine presents aromas of peach, orange and pineapple with beeswax and sage notes. It has a medium plus body with moderate acid, a rounded mouthfeel, a touch of sweetness and fruit of apples, apricot, cantaloupe and yellow pear flesh. Nice richness and density while remaining balanced and food friendly.

Sunjewel melon, tangerine and almond mix with more subtle second notes of pear, yellow apple and wet stone. The palate is medium weight with medium plus acidity and tastes quite dry! The flavors echo the nose with good density and has a very long mineral finish.

Consider Jacquère as sunshine in a glass by the meadow! It is light and crisp with gentle florality, great mineral talc character, and even notes of fresh parsley. The Labbé Abymes is all of these plus complex notes of quince, crabapple, lemon pith, and citrus confection.

Apples, apricots, and white peach on the nose. The palate follows with white stone fruits, some barrel and lees but not oak, white flowers and lilacs, finishing with fresh lemon zest.

Aromas of baked apple, light peach, citrus and crushed rocks. The palate is medium in weight with a round creamy texture, and flavors of golden apple, pears, citrus oil and lanolin. The acidity is medium and the finish long.

Crisp and clean with medium aromatics. Flavors echo the nose and include stone fruit with a touch of marzipan and meadow herbs.

This Georgian variety gives aromas are of apple, dried herbs and hay while the medium-plus bodied palate displays nice ripeness with apple, apple skin, quince and peach fruits. These are balanced by savory hay, chamomile, white pepper and wildflowers before concluding with a citrusy finish.

The wine is dry with enough minerality to keep it lifted and balanced. Enjoy with highly seasoned food such as Thai, Indian or Moroccan dishes.

Intense but graceful aromatics of grapefruit, nettles, gooseberry and green grass fill the nose.  The juicy, mouthwatering palate displays kiwi, green peppercorn, lime, grapefruit and chamomile, while the finish reveals a steely acidity dressed with minerality.  Medium in body, dry, and refreshing! 

Fresh and lively aromas of gooseberry and lime lead to green pepper, more citrus, and starfruit flavors.  Crisp, racy acidity provides the backbone of this classic Marlborough white.

Softly fruited on then entry with apple, quince, and ripe pear with light toast. The ripe but not fruity palate is medium weight with cream, almost pineapple and some leesy buttery qualities.

Aromas of lemon, lime, and grapefruit alongside peach and light grassy or boxwood notes. On the palate, the citrus notes are soft but refreshing, with peach and passion fruit flavors combined with a mineral undertone. Medium in body this wine is crisp, elegant, and well-balanced.

Bright and juicy aromas of apple, lemon, pear and apricot. Clean, pure, juicy and complex with more creamy texture and ripe full flavor. The beautifully round texture of this wine showcases flavors of Golden Delicious apple, creamy lees, and lemon oil with less mineral qualities than the previous vintage.

Light aromas of wet stone/talc, stone fruits and white flowers on the nose. The medium-bodied palate offer peach and nectarine, minerals, and a touch of bitterness to balance the ripe fruit.

The nose opens with lemon oil, juicy peaches, and a slight stoniness. Starfruit, lime juice, and crunchy starfruit add to the palate, followed by a granny smith note that coats the mouth. Crisp acidity to finish.

Green, herbal aromas lead to flavors of pear, melon, lime, gooseberry and and fresh cut grass. It's tart and crisp with a clean, stony/mineral finish.

Tart tropical fruit like pineapple, kiwi, starfruit, green apple, green pear, and lime zest greet you on the nose. On the palate, these flavors continue along with tart grapefruit, floral notes, a touch of bitterness, peach blossom, a kiss of vanilla, sage and mint, finalizing with juicy green apple and green pear on the finish.

This estate-grown Cayuga Lake Pinot Gris begins with aromas of stone fruits, both fresh and baked.  The palate is medium to full in weight, creamy and rich with ripe orchard fruits like pear, apple and apricot. The wine is just barely dry with bright acidity to balance it.

This is a delightful Burgundian Chardonnay. The nose gives subtle aromas of apples and apple skins, white flowers, old wood, and delicate orchard fruit. The palate offers minerality, focus and cut with crisp acidity and understated fruit. This medium weight wine is excellent with food or an apéritif.

Aromas include melon rind, apple, orange and a touch of vanilla confection. The wine has notes of apple, lemon, lemon rind and stony minerality. This is medium weight with juicy acid. It's clean, yet complex, with touches of salinity and savoriness ofsetting the citrus and orchard fruit.

This very aromatic wine offers lightly bitter ginger skin and lychee. It smells as though it might be too much of a good thing, but it isn’t. Lovely flavors of citrus, ginger, lychee, and orange blossom join clean acidity in this medium-bodied wine with a longer finish.

Medium-plus aromas of tangerine, dried apricot, chalk, chamomile flowers and certain salinity. Medium in body with round texture and refreshing acidity. The aromas translate onto flavors with the addition of pear, ginger skin, white flowers and a lot more minerality. Medium-plus on the finish.

This wine shines consistently year after year. You'll find the aromatics of both grapes in this wine--melon and citrus from the Sauvignon Blanc, apricot and flowers from the Viognier. The palate is medium weight to more, with notes of orange, peach, apricot, jasmine and lemon, all integrated into a juicy, fleshy, rounded mouthfeel. It stays crisp and energetic, driving you back for more.

This is medium plus to full bodied with loads of orchard fruits -- apricot, apple and ripe pear, along with hints of flowers, chalk and chamomile, ending with glazed apple notes. The texture is roundish with plenty of juicy acidity and a touch of salty minerality.

A very pretty Etna white blend of Carricante, Catarratto, and Minnella. This is bursting with fragrance, orange zest, white flowers, perfume, and sea breeze. The palate follows with citrus, orange oil, nutmeg, and healthy salinity. A breezy Italian white that will transport you to the sea!

Aromas of ripe pear, meyer lemon, and hints of yellow apple and mineral. Nicely round and refreshing on the palate with medium to medium-plus weight, and notes of lemon, pear, almond skin, and a touch of mineral.

Heady floral aromas of orange blossom, Turkish delight, and lychee dominate the nose. Sweet-tart citrus and white floral notes fill the palate, along with hints of ginger, baked apricot, clove and wild honey. Touches of orange peel can be found on the long, succulent finish. This classic Txakoli is fresh and crisp with a light spritz.  Lightly floral on the nose with nectarine, citrus, and lingering minerality on the palate. This high acid wine is perfect for shellfish, cheese, appetizers, fish and light foods.

Ripe and round with stone fruits including peach, apricot, and marmalade. Zippy and clean with tropical pineapple notes and a kiss of sweetness to balance.

This unoaked Chardonnay is medium weight and gives lovely orchard fruit aromas and flavors from a warm vintage. It has golden apple and bosc pear notes with a hint of citrus and pineapple. The texture has just the right amount of creaminess and concentration, giving a soft, silky mouthfeel. It deftly balances concentration with fresh acidity, making it perfect for drinking on its own or versatile with food.

Freshly grated lime zest greet the taster with pear, apple and wet stone minerality. The magic occurs on the palate with almost off-dry flavors of ripe peach, apricot, sundew melon, marzipan and yellow plum. The acidity is medium plus with a medium bodied frame that tastes riper than the aromas suggest.

Stone, honeydew melon, citrus and white pepper aromas lead to kiwi and citrus peel with touches of white pepper along with classic Finger Lakes minerality and more melon notes. Clean with moderate acidity and nice roundness, lemon-lime flavors persist on the finish.

Fruity, floral aromas and flavors of opal apples, cherry blossoms and apricot, with a supple, tangy, medium body and a polished and engaging long finish with shades of golden kiwi, ripe peach, pineapple, sultry with a long finish. The flavors seem honeyed with ugly fruit, cantaloupe and starfruit that is juicy sweet and very drinkable.

This aromatic white wine is intense and full bodied with ripe, rich flavors. It gives ginger, marmalade, lychee, tropical fruits, orange zest and flowers. The texture is round and generous.

Pale yellow straw colour. The nose shows the great pedigree of the vineyards it originates, delivering complex fruit aromas (peach, nectarines, quince….) as well as an underlying minerality. It is also quite showy at this young age and will continue to open up with time. The 2019 Roche Calcaire has a beautiful velvety mouth texture that shows great energy. The acidity brings harmony and make the wine taste actually quite dry and delicate

From the producer:  Pale yellow colour. The nose is still on its reserve but the signature of the limestone marls is very present: citrus fruits, wet stone and opens towards the flower of acacia, even lime blossom over time. Both discreet and at the same time seductive. The energy of the wine felt on the nose is found on the palate. The attack is ample, the wine coats the mouth with harmony and power, opening on a beautiful aromatic complexity of ripe fruit. The typical acidity of this cru is found on the finish, tense and salivating, broad and caressing, under the influence of the clay which brings power and delicacy to the wine. It is a wine that has a very long aging potential!

Dark cherry, cola, and spice aromas entice on the nose. The palate is warming with more dark fruits, chocolate-covered raisins and touches of campfire and pepper. Velvety tannins support the spicy finish of this fuller-bodied wine.

Approachable but thorough tannins support ripe cherry and raspberry notes. The acidity is fresh and balanced by earthier floral, cocoa and smoke flavors.

Mirroring the Cà d'Maté blend, Munaloss is a perfectly balanced Nebbiolo (80%) Croatina (20%) wine. Shimmering, bright and delightful, it is phenomenal for its price point. It has so much verve with gorgeous, bursting red fruits, alpine herbs and a mouth-watering blood orange acidity.

The aromas are intense, fruity, and spicy with ripe blackberries, wild strawberries, spice and vanilla. This classic Italian red is medium-bodied with ripe black berries, wood, spices and vanilla. It offers juicy acidity, fine tannins and a persistent finish.

This liter bottle presents intense notes of black currant, cooked blackberry, and a touch of cigar smoke. Medium-weight with fine tannins, integrated acid and ripe dark cherry, it can be enjoyed with a slight chill.

Perfumed aromas that draw the drinker in with black cherry, forest floor and mulling spices. This wine is clearly developed and clean with fine tannins and integrated acidity. The flavors are similar to the aromas but a touch brighter with ripe cherry and a touch of smoke shining through.

the nose opens savoury earthiness – truffled mushroom powder and coffee. Sour cherry pops on the palate alongside a darker berry feel. There is tannin and structure – a meaty savouriness – but it is still effortlessly light and refreshing, and takes a chill

This elegantly perfumed Pinot Noir is savory with nice density of flavor and color with a layers of flavors. One will find dry earth, violets, spiced plums, mulling spices and ripe cranberry. The texture is medium in weight with fine tannins and a fresh finish.

A fragrant wine with lavender, blackberry, raspberry, warm earth, and touch of wild herbs. The flavors have classic Rhone character-- fleshy and darkly fruited with grippy structured tannins that give a root like quality. There are some mineral notes and black olives with red raspberry and smoke on the long finish.

This is a riper more modern style of Burgundy, making it very approachable to new Burgundy drinkers, with ripe red fruited aromas, cherries, tobacco, and candied cranberries. A medium bodied and savory pinot with plum, raspberry, medium acid, and grippy tannins.

A very traditional Burgundy with an open body and loads of fruit to boot. The palette follows the nose with red and black cherries, tinges of earth, finishing with round tannins and the complexity that comes with age.

This has a very nice, frothy mousse. It's more of a crisp, clean, minerally style, not very fruity, but not austere either. Notes of lemon, stone and biscuit can be found in this finely-textured, persistent Champagne.

This winery is solar powered, This is a blend of five vintages from the Cotes de Bar and is 100% Chardonnay. This could be enjoyed by itself or with a meal because it is very versatile. Aromas of melon, brioche, and floral notes, apple flesh, baked biscuits, lemon peel and minerality. The palate is fruit forward but has notes of vanilla and honey. The texture has a bit of a prickle with refreshing star bright acidity. This is exceedingly pretty.

Lifted an elegant on the palate, this prosecco offers soft peach, lemon/lime and honeysuckles notes. Medium-weight and refreshing with lingering minerality.

The fruit is ripe and red fruited--raspberry, cherry, pomegranate, strawberry, cranberry--all the reds!  It is dry and minerally, yet generous with its fruit. Such balance means that your bottle will quickly disappear!

This is delightfully different! It is slightly sweet, but also has a sherry-esque note of pleasant oxidation and a long finish that renders it complex and wonderfully fun to explore sip after sip. You'll find golden raisin, yellow fig and peach fruits mixed with almond and hazelnut, finishing with marmalade, a twist of orange and a whiff of smoke.

Crisp, soft, off dry, and rich, this cider is cofermented with Riesling skins. This blend is has the lovely perfume of peach, honeycomb, and loads of sweet basil. The palate follows with ginger, apricot, sweet basil, and stone fruit. This is a great intro wine for people aren't (yet) fans of cider, it's fruity and complex, wonderfully complemented by the Riesling skins.
