This local off-dry sparkling is bright and aromatic with peach, jasmine flowers, white grape jelly, and loads of floral notes. The palate is a touch sweet with a nice concentration of apricot and flowers, finishing pleasant and dry.

Apples, apricots, and white peach on the nose. The palate follows with white stone fruits, some barrel and lees but not oak, white flowers and lilacs, finishing with fresh lemon zest.

This estate-grown Cayuga Lake Pinot Gris begins with aromas of stone fruits, both fresh and baked.  The palate is medium to full in weight, creamy and rich with ripe orchard fruits like pear, apple and apricot. The wine is just barely dry with bright acidity to balance it.

This very aromatic wine offers lightly bitter ginger skin and lychee. It smells as though it might be too much of a good thing, but it isn’t. Lovely flavors of citrus, ginger, lychee, and orange blossom join clean acidity in this medium-bodied wine with a longer finish.

From the producer:  Pale yellow colour. The nose is still on its reserve but the signature of the limestone marls is very present: citrus fruits, wet stone and opens towards the flower of acacia, even lime blossom over time. Lovely aromatics of tart forest fruits like cranberry, currants, red raspberry. There is a touch of earth as well. The palate is clean and mineral driven with lifted acid and balanced with some black tea notes.

The palate is soft and savory with dried flowers, cola, black tea, medium acidity, and velvety tannins. Silky and complex, fresh and rich, it keeps improving hours after opening!

Aromas of smoke and spice, black olive and black cherry. The palate has a lovely texture deriving from fine tannins. Grapes, blackberries, and light spice as well as a hint of tapenade, make up the flavors.

You'll find nectarine, strawberry candy and red pear flavors in this Vinho Verde rosé. It has a refreshing prickle with a whiff of powdered sugar/talc running through it (but don't worry, it's totally dry!)

This dry rosé is perfectly balanced, soft, and thirst quenching. Fresh red berries, especially strawberry, a touch of floral character and peach are well-balanced by fresh acid and minerality on the palate. The wine is dry with strawberries lingering on the finish.

Aromas of cinnamon and gingerbread cookies mix with orange and apple. This is nicely round and viscous in the mouth without being heavy. The palate is reminiscent of molasses-ginger cookies with darker, cooked apple and burnt orange fruits blending with baking spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Lightly sweet with a kiss of pleasant bitterness. YUM!

Aromas of strawberry, red cherry, and sage are appealing on the nose. The palate is sweet strawberry and raspberry candy with a light bitterness emerging on the finish. It is fine in texture and wine-like with rhubarb and bright red cherry staying clean and focused with just a hint of dried herb and bramble at the end. From the Producer:  14 different herbs and spices are sourced all around the world to make Noilly Prat Extra Dry. Among them Chamomile, Coriander from Morocco, Bitter Oranges from Tunisia or Orris Root from Italy.

Aromas open with red plum, raspberry coulis, dried cherry and fig with a restrained gingerbread note. A sweet beginning on the palate with darker flavors of sassafras, quinine, lime zest, root beer spices, green apple, and a lingering but pleasant bitter finish. This vermouth is fun, and could work well in a negroni with a serious level of depth of flavor.

Baked apples, hay/meadow and light floral aromas begin this enticing orange wine. clove studded orange and touches of spice add complexity to this medium-weight wine with clean fresh finish. 

Notes of clementine, grapefruit, peach and rosewater combine with white flowers on the nose. Despite being a little cloudy (it's unfiltered) the flavors are clean and precise - white tea, tangerine and orange blossom can be found on the palate. Medium body and dry with light tannins.
