Aromas of strawberry, red cherry, and sage are appealing on the nose. The palate is sweet strawberry and raspberry candy with a light bitterness emerging on the finish. It is fine in texture and wine-like with rhubarb and bright red cherry staying clean and focused with just a hint of dried herb and bramble at the end. This is a good bridge between Aperitivo and Vermouth.
