Crimson Amaro is an herbaceous aperitivo style amaro from the Catskills. A secret blend of more than 15 botanicals, among them juniper, wormwood, sage, angelica, gentian, and orris root. Naturally colored with cochineal and naturally sweetened with honey. 

Notes of rose water, pink grapefruit, cherry cordial and sage with a Campari-esque bitterness. Perfect for a Negroni or spritz.
