Aromas of macchia, a blend of evergreen shrubs and herbs common to the Sardinian landscape, on the nose. This is a slightly effervescent and aromatic wine from grapes grown in the Mosel. This NA wine is refreshing, crisp, and very easy to drink while maintaining the complexity that the wines from Selbach are known for.

There is the classic white grapefruit and gooseberry, along with ripe yellow fruits like donut peaches and pineapple. Beautifully fresh with peach, melon and fennel. The palate delivers a silky mouthfeel denoting to its lower acid with still nice lift and an elongated finish with stone fruit and light florals.

This appassimento wine uses dried grapes to concentrate the flavors. It is soft and supple in texture with velvety tannins on a medium frame. Stewed black and red fruits are accompanied by light tobacco and spice and a touch of smoke. Notes of blackberry, black cherries, and dates follow through to spices and dried herbs on the finish.

A medium bouquet of red currants and cherries with cooked or concentrated raspberries and earth. The palate is sleek and supple with cherry, soil and plum. This wine is super fresh and yet deep with very fine and complex tannins and structure.

Aromas of macerated cherries and crushed rocks. On the palate, this medium-plus body wine has depth and complexity with flavors of spice, mulled berries, clove, macerated cherries and mulberries. It is slightly rustic with medium acidity and medium tannins.

Low sulfur, natural, Tempranillo, biodynamic

Aromas of blackberry jam, black currant skin, bramble and scorched earth cue up this wine. The palate offers juicy black fruit, integrated smokiness, dark chocolate and savory and spicy notes of forest floor and tree bark. It is medium plus in body with a few years’ age evident in its silky and plush tannins.

This ripe smelling merlot gives notes of black cherry and blackberry with balsamic and barrel influence with a bit of tobacco. The flavors are also noticeably riper with lush black cherry, savory herbs and dried earth with some crushed blueberry.

This ripe and fruit forward wine is juicy with black pepper, dark plums, chocolate-covered cherries and rose peppercorns. This palate is rich and round with cherry pie notes and some good oak influence, especially offering baking spices and mocha.

This aromatic wine gives cherry and strawberry, fruit leather, spiced and cooked cherries with pomegranate juice, blood orange and some incense notes. The palate has a bit of mulling spices and a touch of dehydrated fruit with good balance, easy texture and a velvety smoky finish.

Toasted peppercorn, a signature of Navarra Garnacha, comes through after a minutes in the glass, followed by dried thyme and cherry cola. The palate is fresh, filled with red fruit, but shows it’s serious side with an earthy mid-palate and noticeable grip on the finish. Luzador Los Andreses is fun and serious at the same time – ideally paired with fully flavored foods from the grill.

Brambly fruit like cassis, blackberry, and black cherry scents with white pepper. This wine is lithe with toothy tannins and velvet texture. The flavors have nice concentration with good acidic lift. The finish is very dry and a little hot with iron and minerality on the end.

Dão red wines come from a wide variety of grapes. They include Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz, Jaen, Baga, Bastardo and Tinta Pinheira. The wines can range from thin to full-bodied due to multiple altitudes that these wines are grown in.

This wine develops with air and the texture becomes more soft and plush. The fruit is ripe but still has some tang, like fresh raspberries. "Monastrell is the Spanish name for Mourvedre and is the key variety grow in Jumilla which is the focus of all the wines made by Genio Español. This is a great-value, Italian version of Zinfandel. The nose is lifted with floral aromas balancing the dark berries. On the palate, the fruit remains dark and rich with smoke, toast and cherry cola notes. Well balanced and rounded in texture, this is a fun party or camp fire wine!

Medium aromatics include black pepper, cassis, blackberry and a touch of smokiness. Lovely velvety structure on the palate leads to cooked berry notes, cola and spice with lingering smoke notes. 

This wine is medium weight, but with good depth, complexity and structure for Montepulciano. Fruit of black raspberry, blackberry and bright plums lead the way, supported by light earth, coffee, cacao, dusty wood and moderately-structuring, furry tannins.

Made in the traditional french keeving method to achieve a wild-fermented and naturally semi dry cider pet-nat cider. Tasting notes of Guava, overripe mango, bergamot, candied orange peel, black sweet tea tannins. 

Crisp, soft, off dry, and rich, this cider is cofermented with Riesling skins. This blend is has the lovely perfume of peach, honeycomb, and loads of sweet basil. The palate follows with ginger, apricot, sweet basil, and stone fruit. This is a great intro wine for people aren't (yet) fans of cider, it's fruity and complex, wonderfully complemented by the Riesling skins.

From Producer: Bushmills Original is a smooth and versatile triple distilled blend. An approachable whiskey which has been matured in both bourbon and sherry casks resulting in fresh fruit and vanilla notes.

On the nose, this is a combination of stewed jam, black pepper, medicinal notes, roots and bark. On the palate, it's a mix of sweet cherry and sassafras with twig/roots, black pepper, more earthiness and a light bitterness. Overall, it's less fruity than Aperol.
