This is a slightly effervescent and aromatic wine from grapes grown in the Mosel. This NA wine is refreshing, crisp, and very easy to drink while maintaining the complexity that the wines from Selbach are known for.

A rich and lovely nose brimming with honeysuckle, white tea, peaches, and apricots. The palate is dry, yet generous, with apricots, peach skin, and a touch of refreshing white tea bitterness. This wine is bright and vibrant, with sleek acidity and good density. A delicious value!

This southern Italian white is fresh and clean on the nose with hints of tropical fruits and melon. The palate is just over medium weight with peach, melon and nectarine notes, nicely integrated acidity and a touch of white freesia flowers. The soul of this wine lies in the unique combination of the Fonte Cal, Síria, Verdelho and Gouveio native grape varieties, from vines planted in purely granite soils with quartz veins, in the Douro River’s hydrographical basin, at an average altitude of 700 meters above sea level."

The color is clear and bright. The nose is fresh and clean with expressive flavor characteristics of passion fruit, grapefruit, gooseberry and black currant. These flavors follow through onto the palate which has a lovely creamy, yet elegant, texture the result of extended lees contact and the portion of Semillon. Pair with sushi and shellfish.

This appassimento wine uses dried grapes to concentrate the flavors. It is soft and supple in texture with velvety tannins on a medium frame. Stewed black and red fruits are accompanied by light tobacco and spice and a touch of smoke. Notes of blackberry, black cherries, and dates follow through to spices and dried herbs on the finish.

This is a very aromatic wine, with fresh dark cherries and plums and a touch of pepper and bark. In the mouth, this is juicy, fruity (raspberries, figs, plums), and well structured by round tannins. It is complex, with a touch of savory dried herbs and woodsy notes, hints of coffee and chocolate, and a great mouthfeel. It’s definitely food-oriented, though it is also pleasurable alone.

On the nose, one finds clove, black pepper, dark, concentrated berry pie fruits and subtle smokiness. This wine is full bodied and full flavored with hearty winter notes of baked berries, cherry pie, kirsch, mulling spices, toast and spiced fruit preserves. It is rich and concentrated, yet easy to drink due to its round texture and balanced acidity.

Low sulfur, natural, Tempranillo, biodynamic

Aromas of blackberry jam, black currant skin, bramble and scorched earth cue up this wine. The palate offers juicy black fruit, integrated smokiness, dark chocolate and savory and spicy notes of forest floor and tree bark. It is medium plus in body with a few years’ age evident in its silky and plush tannins.

This ripe smelling merlot gives notes of black cherry and blackberry with balsamic and barrel influence with a bit of tobacco. The flavors are also noticeably riper with lush black cherry, savory herbs and dried earth with some crushed blueberry.

This ripe and fruit forward wine is juicy with black pepper, dark plums, chocolate-covered cherries and rose peppercorns. This palate is rich and round with cherry pie notes and some good oak influence, especially offering baking spices and mocha.

This medium bodied Bordeaux has lovely minerality combined with plum fruit and black raspberry notes. The texture is finely tannined with fresh acidity lifting the flavors. There's good purity here, unadulterated by wood notes. This makes a great food partner for medium weight foods -- a red that can be enjoyed with white meats such as chicken and pork.

The oak use is judicious making a drinkable wine with strawberries, plums and red currants that meet green peppercorns and sandalwood. The palate delivers the savory dried herbs, woodsy berries and wild mushrooms. The structure is medium with supple lingering tannins that remind the drinker of black tea, black cherry and licorice on the finish. Full, pleasant, persistent yet delicate and pure.

Lovely aromas include raspberry, cassis, and black caps with touches of violets, leather and spiced plum. The mid-weight palate features juicy red and black berries and fruit leather supported by light sandalwood and floral-violet notes. The wine label is quite appropriate as this rosé gives aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry just like the beautiful illustration on the front. On the palate, it is lightly zippy with crisp acidity and a pleasant tartness. Fruit of strawberry, lemon and white raspberry along with light minerality and effervescence are reminiscent of strawberry lemonade. However, don't worry, this wine is completely dry, nicely balanced and very pretty!

Made entirely from Cabernet Franc grapes, this vintage delivers ripe, almost sweet red fruits like cherry, raspberry and pomegranate. The palate is clean and bright with flavors of strawberry, tart cherry juice and succulent, candied notes.

This wine is quite peachy with juicy stone fruit and blood orange peel. The palate is fun and fruit-driven with strawberry and pretty floral notes. There is salty minerality on the finish. Quite the crowd pleaser!

A perfumed sparkling with concentrated aromas that show ripe peach, lemon curd and soft floral notes. The palate is dryer than the ripe aromas make it seem and the bead is fine. The palate is also lightly floral with delicate orange blossom and peachy with tasty silky finish.

This sparkler from Argentina seems ever-so-lightly sweet due to its fruitiness. There are notes of pear, lychee and light tropical notes, along with vanilla. It is clean, fresh and not overly bubbly in the mouth.

Vibrant and enticing aromas of ripe kiwi, cherry, and subtle notes of honeysuckle.  The mouthfeel is round with delicate bubbles. A touch of almond and sweet peach linger on the finish.  

Sparkling and semi sweet cider with aromas of bosc pear, peach cherry blossom and nectarine. This is a burst of juicy and round ripe fruit with some minerality on the back end. 

This is a medium weight cider that has some, but not too much sweetness. Flavors are light with apple skin, apple juice, peach, a touch of citrus and salt water taffy. It has gentle bubbles, a round, soft texture and a just-right refreshing finish.

A champagne method style cider with  a moderate bouquet of blueberry and blackcurrant and blackcap notes, yellow soft baked apple and some lime zest. The palate is semi-dry and crisp with soft tannin structure there is some ripe peach flavor and cherry pit. There is a distinctive crab apple grip to the finish and is tart and approachable. 

What an aromatic cider with golden apple, pear, and plum. The palate is soft and round with great texture and flavors that echo the aromas. This cider is delicious!

Crisp, soft, off dry, and rich, this cider is cofermented with Riesling skins. This blend is has the lovely perfume of peach, honeycomb, and loads of sweet basil. The palate follows with ginger, apricot, sweet basil, and stone fruit. This is a great intro wine for people aren't (yet) fans of cider, it's fruity and complex, wonderfully complemented by the Riesling skins.

From Producer: Bushmills Original is a smooth and versatile triple distilled blend. An approachable whiskey which has been matured in both bourbon and sherry casks resulting in fresh fruit and vanilla notes.

On the nose, this is a combination of stewed jam, black pepper, medicinal notes, roots and bark. On the palate, it's a mix of sweet cherry and sassafras with twig/roots, black pepper, more earthiness and a light bitterness. Overall, it's less fruity than Aperol.

Tart lemon juice and zest on the nose with fresh and not sweet flavors on the palate. This is a lighter style and not cloying but pleasantly fresh.
