Cocchi Vermouth di Torino 375ml

Tasting Notes

From the Producer:

Among the herbs and the aromatizing spices, Artemisia and citrus are the protagonists with their balanced bitter and citrusy notes which characterize Cocchi style.
A rich taste with vibrant notes of cocoa and bitter orange. From the infusion of some noble and balsamic woods, we have in the end light aromas of camphor and rosemary notes. Among the minor ingredients, herbs and woods with unique perfumes such as sandal, musk, myrrh and nutmeg.

More than a century later, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino is still produced following the original recipe created by Giulio Cocchi in 1891. The flavor profile shows rich and vibrant notes of cocoa, citrus, rhubarb and a balanced bitter undertone. Delicious on its own, and ideal for use in numerous classic mixed drinks.

This Vermouth di Torino adheres to a long if seldom followed tradition, notably in the selection of its wine of local origin, the botanic formulation, and production in the historic Asti region outside of Torino.
