This co-fermented Chateauneuf is complex and appealing with scents reminiscent of potpourri, spiced plum, cassis and pressed flowers. Aromas are minerally with red cherry and raspberry  Structured with medium tannins and acid, this wine is still youthful but complex.  Flavors suggest warm eath, iron, baking spice, and ripe red fruit. Pair with richer foods, decant, or cellar this delicious Tempranillo.

This has very dark fruit with vanilla and wood spice aromas. The palate is integrated and velvety with baking spice, toast, smoky red cherry and other dark fruits. This is very appealing and has brightness with depth and elegance. This vegan wine would make an excellent gift.

This is a very aromatic wine, with fresh dark cherries and plums and a touch of pepper and bark. In the mouth, this is juicy, fruity (raspberries, figs, plums), and well structured by round tannins. A medium bouquet of red currants and cherries with cooked or concentrated raspberries and earth. The palate is sleek and supple with cherry, soil and plum. This wine is super fresh and yet deep with very fine and complex tannins and structure.

This wine is complex with tertiary notes that layer with wood spice, touches of earth, dried mushrooms, plums and black cherries. The palate echoes the aromas with savory flavors that support its structure making it a lovely wine for just sipping or pairing with food. This wine has medium acidity on its medium frame and it plush without being rich.

Dark chocolate mingle with dark berries and aromas of toasted oak. The tannins are round and soft with the rustic wood quality delivering cigar box and forest floor with black plum, juicy blueberry and chocolate.

This deeply colored wine offers powerful aromas of mulberry, mocha, sweet wood, and damson plum. In the mouth, it is juicy with moderate plus acidity. The aromas are echoed in the flavors—plum, dark chocolate, smoke, mulberry, and sweet wood. Tannins are fine-grained and nearly invisible, but they provide just enough structure. It is medium plus in body and length.

This wine is from phylloxera-free vineyards with unirrigated grapes, giving it a pronounced personality. Fresh red and cooked cherries, spiced plums, and light balsamic notes characterize the aromas. The palate is medium to medium plus in body with macerated cherries and raspberries, plum molasses, and some vanilla and cinnamon. This is light garnet in color with scents of mushrooms, red berries and orange zest notes. The palate has more strawberry, fresh red cherry and red cherry candy with nice structure and lively tannins that seems petillant. The palate has slight funk, dry earth and medium body with medium acidity.

A champagne method style cider with  a moderate bouquet of blueberry and blackcurrant and blackcap notes, yellow soft baked apple and some lime zest. The palate is semi-dry and crisp with soft tannin structure there is some ripe peach flavor and cherry pit. There is a distinctive crab apple grip to the finish and is tart and approachable.
