This wine smells of cherry, raspberry and strawberry with hints of smoky currants, cigar box and leather.  The palate reveals bold blackberry, dark chocolate, and ripe currants, while baking spices come through on the finish. The oak is well integrated in this fruit-driven, well balanced, lush and deep red, yet the tannins are soft and ripe.
