Light aromatics of apple and nectarine are present here, leading to a fuller bodied white with notes of nectarine, white peach, apple, lemon, grass, vanilla, citrus, white flowers and minerality. This is texturally dense, mouth filling and round, yet it stays fresh and bright with succulent acidity. There are savory lanolin-beeswax notes that reinforce the identity of dry Semillon.

This white offers bright lemon and pear aromas on the nose. It has great concentration for Beaujolais Blanc and is succulent and delicious. The citrus, pear, saline, mineral, and lees notes expand on the palate with lively acidity providing structure and freshness.

This bright and fresh wine opens with aromas of light orchard fruit and alpine herbs on the nose. It follows with quince, apple, pear, dried thyme, and a touch of sweet-tart on the palate. It has juicy medium plus acidity and a nice, rounded body to balance it out. The finish is lightly mineral with white tea and notes of lemon.

This is a great example of high quality Riesling from Alsace. It's medium plus in body, dense, slightly tropical, aromatic and creamy. Generous enough to drink today, but cellar worthy for those who are patient.

This white Burgundy is dry, but the fruit is ripe and gives richness, offering flavors of candied apple, sweet apple and peach.  There is a touch of smoke and lemon pith balancing the orchard notes. The texture is round and dense. 

The nose gives hints of apples, oak, flint and matchstick. The palate reveals notes of cooked apple and nuts; it's nicely dense, ripe and round.

This silky white Burgundy is just over medium weight. It's extremely textural with attractive, bright yellow apple and pear flesh, almond, anise and finishing with lemon zest notes. The acidity is beautifully wrapped into the wine with no oakiness or strong butteriness disturbing the purity of the fruit and minerality. Yet it feels creamy, round and perfectly seamless. What a pleasure!

This dry, minerally Riesling features citrus notes and clean, fresh green apple.

Vibrant aromas with notes of lemon/lime, stone fruits and a chalky/confectionary minerality. Ripe on the palate with nectarines, white peach, lemon pith and starfruit. Refreshing acidity is balanced by a round leesy finish.

This premier cru Chablis is medium plus in body with soft acid and rounded density. It is dry and clean with notes of poached pear, lemon rind, anise, stone, steeliness and tarragon.

This concentrated, bone dry Riesling is dense and stuffed with falvor. It is fruity with glazed apricot and nectarine notes, along with a bright and focused minerality and a savory saltiness. Complex and built to drink now or age.

This Finger Lakes wine combines fruity notes of apple and pear with lightly savory, nutty and mineral flavors. It is medium to more in body, and bone dry with moderate acidity.

On the nose, this refreshing white shows Meyer lemon, green apple and pear balanced with wet stone minerality. On the palate, this zesty and fresh wine shows lemon, quince and some chalkiness with this being medium in body, acidity and length with the slightest amount of zippy carbonation.

Aromas include baked apples, honey and almond notes. Medium in body with a round profile; slightly floral with apricot and orange peel flavors and touches of lanolin on the finish. This lower-acid white makes a nice alternative to Viognier or Chardonnay.

This unoaked Chardonnay offers fresh flavors of pineapple and grilled peaches with nice acidity to keep the palate lifted. The texture is attractive with both freshness and a broad mouthfeel. It finishes with glazed citrus and sweet snap pea.

Aromas of apple, pear, vanilla and butterscotch are present on the nose. The  palate delivers notes of apples, baked apples, poached pears, lemon curd and vanilla bean, along with butterscotch. It is concentrated, clean, well balanced between creaminess and crisp acid. There are hints of oak, mostly a touch of caramel merging with the fruit. This is just over medium weight.

This estate-grown Cayuga Lake Pinot Gris begins with aromas of stone fruits, both fresh and baked.  The palate is medium to full in weight, creamy and rich with ripe orchard fruits like pear, apple and apricot. The wine is just barely dry with bright acidity to balance it.

This is a very clean, focused and lean wine. The aromas and flavors offer a lot of terroir driven minerality, with wet stone, precise acidity and lemon pith. The palate has medium plus acid and a light body with honeysuckle, grapefruit and shale.

This wine shines consistently year after year. You'll find the aromatics of both grapes in this wine--melon and citrus from the Sauvignon Blanc, apricot and flowers from the Viognier. Mouthwatering and crisp, the palate is focused with a lean backbone of acidity balanced by layers of honeysuckle, hazelnut, and white peach, all supported by a round, creamy mouthfeel. The long, persistent finish offers a slight flintiness that is inviting and intriguing, encouraging sip after sip. Elegant and graceful, it’s an exemplary Chardonnay sure to please many a discriminating palate.

Heady floral aromas of orange blossom, Turkish delight, and lychee dominate the nose. Sweet-tart citrus and white floral notes fill the palate, along with hints of ginger, baked apricot, clove and wild honey. Touches of orange peel can be found on the long, succulent finish. Fragrant grapefruit, smoke, flint, and tropical fruit waft from this Vin de France, while it is not labeled as such, this VdF is from Chablis. The palate follows the nose with dense ripe citrus fruit and peel, mango, yellow plum, and some herbal notes.

This lovely Gewurztraminer gives aromas of lychee, ginger skin, rosewater and honeysuckle following on to a bright and flavorful palate where lychee, jasmine, ginger, pear, and lime zest add complexity. It is medium plus in body, with good ripeness, integrated acidity and a round texture, finishing with citrusy notes.

This Late Harvest Riesling is crafted in the traditional German Spätlese style, with natural sweetness balanced by lively acidity. The outcome is a wine with an elegant yet luscious nose, followed by a generous palate of crisp ripe stone fruit and floral notes, lingering into a long, naturally sweet finish. 4.3% residual sugar.

From the producer: Generously fruit-forward and refreshingly light, the Riesling Semi-Dry displays our signature varietal's natural verve. Sourced from early picks in vineyard blocks surrounding Seneca Lake, it offers aromas of wildflower and orchard fruit against a lean, citrus backbone.

From the producer: Pale yellow colour. The nose shows the strong limestone influence: mineral, stone driven, citrus fruits and some white fruits (peach) after some aeration. The wine fermented in a large recent oak cask (foudre) and was on full lees until bottling. The palate is quite strict, bone dry, with a racy sapid acidity that gives a juicy texture on the finish. The wine has a nice concentration, but because it is bone dry with a ripe acidity, it feels elegant and delicate.

Quite aromatic with black cherry, plum, light smoke, cassis and some spice. On the palate it is dry and juicy with flavors of cherry, plum, campfire, and smoke. It is medium body with medium acidity and soft tannins.

A balanced wine with blueberry compote, cola spice, and a touch of campfire. More smokey flavors on the palate are balanced by plum, cola, dried fig, baking spice, and black cherry notes. The oak influence is noticeable but is framed around smooth, plush tannins and medium acidity.

Dark cherries, and dried herbs lead into mouthwatering notes juicy cherries, forest floor, truffles and lingering garrigue. The palate is silky and medium-bodied with refreshing acidity.

This Ciliegiolo stands out for its fruity and fresh profile, with notes of cherry, red fruits and savory herbs. The aromas are dark and rich with black cherry, concentrated cassis and stewed black fruit with a mineral back bone and a hint of smoke. The palate is mineral and more tart red fruit with moderate acidity. Rich and plush, with concentrated cherry tart, plum pudding and dark currant flavors that are well-structured, showing cocoa powder and allspice accents on the open-textured finish. The aromas are earthy and smoky with red fruits such as plum and raspberry, along with a touch of florality. The palate is midweight with a complex combination of coffee, black olive, barrel spice and well balanced jammy, juicy red currants and plums.

From the Producer: Barda is the local term for “eroded steep slope” Often perceived as the “village level” Pinot Noir at Chacra, Barda is sourced from the estate’s “youngest vines” planted in the 1990s. The vines are ungrafted, from an original massale selection on sandy calcareous soils presenting a more high toned aromatic component in the wine. Barda is fermented in equal parts concrete and French oak, 15% of which is new followed by an 11 month elévage. Unfined/unfiltered with minimal sulphur.

This Côtes du Rhône presents aromas of smoke, dark fruit, and spice. Medium plus in body, with dark fruit, black currants, blackberries, dark chocolate, and wonderfully rounded tannins.

Perfumed aromas of red plum and mixed cherries are fragrant and inviting. On entry, this medium weight wine has soft tannins with gentle and ripe red fruit at the core and a cocoa edge, balanced by fresh acidity.

The nose gives strawberry, cranberry and red cherry cordial with some earthy soil component. The flavor is of summer strawberries, fresh bright raspberries with balanced acidity and body.

You will find savory dark berries, dried cherry, light wood spice and black pepper on the nose of this wine, turning to concentrated, stewed fruit as it gains air. This red blend offers mixed cherries, bark, black pepper, and a touch of oak influence. It is medium weight with bright acidity and supple tannins. Enjoy it with grilled vegetables, tomato sauces, charcuterie and olives, grilled herbed sausages, burgers or steaks.

Perfumed aromas that draw the drinker in with black cherry, forest floor and mulling spices. This wine is clearly developed and clean with fine tannins and integrated acidity. The flavors are similar to the aromas but a touch brighter with ripe cherry and a touch of smoke shining through.

This wine excites us in every vintage; it offers black raspberry, tart cherry, and brambly fruits supported by a distinctive iron-like minerality and forest floor. It’s medium in weight and acidity and is complex while still very approachable.

Our notes: Aromas are of plum, black cherry, earth and truffle. This is medium weight with black cherry, raspberry and plum fruit that's ripe, not tart. It is fresh with mostly pure fruit and a touch of cooked as well. There are hints of orange, cinnamon and chalk. Tannins are nicely rounded.

This fabulous Cabernet Franc exhibits everything we love about the variety: beautiful dark fruits, savory earth elements and fine, supple tannins. There's a light smokiness intertwined with mineral/iron notes amid plenty of plum, black cherry, blackberry fruit and juicy acidity to lift everything. The finish is persistent and complex.

This elegantly perfumed Pinot Noir is savory with nice density of flavor and color with a layers of flavors. One will find dry earth, violets, spiced plums, mulling spices and ripe cranberry. The texture is medium in weight with fine tannins and a fresh finish.

A fragrant wine with lavender, blackberry, raspberry, warm earth, and touch of wild herbs. The flavors have classic Rhone character-- fleshy and darkly fruited with grippy structured tannins that give a root like quality. There are some mineral notes and black olives with red raspberry and smoke on the long finish.

This is a riper more modern style of Burgundy, making it very approachable to new Burgundy drinkers, with ripe red fruited aromas, cherries, tobacco, and candied cranberries. A medium bodied and savory pinot with plum, raspberry, medium acid, and grippy tannins.

Aromas of pomegranate, cranberry and cherry join with a touch of smoke. The palate echoes the nose with a kiss of mineral and walnut. This wine is quite textural with lingering velvety tannins.

Aromas of warm earth, black currant, and dark cherries invite you in to this Rhone classic. Fuller-bodied with refreshing acidity to balance on the palate. More ripe dark fruit notes include cooked berries and some savory warm earth flavors with touches of dark chocolate and smoke.

"A rich purple in the glass. The complex nose features nuanced aromas ranging from blackberry to blueberry and currant with hints of cedar and spice. In the mouth, it’s juicy with a grippy texture and delicate, concentrated but relaxed tannins before the lengthy finish. It seems that the healthy biodynamic vineyard was able to withstand the warmth of 2020. An extremely well-made wine that handled the conditions with aplomb."

Classic Pinot Noir characteristics are present in this midweight red. Red and black cherry, plum, earth, truffle and tea combine on the palate to give just-right balance of fruit and umami flavors. Since the wine is in screw cap, it will continue to evolve after being open for 30 minutes, becoming a little richer and more concentrated. The acidity and tannins are well-wrapped into this wine, making it a pleasure to drink alone or with many foods.

Delicious quaffable red bursting with aromas of red raspberry, dried strawberries, red cherry greet you immediately upon opening. The palate is equally fun - cherries galore, black caps, herbs, and ripe pomegranate. Serve with a slight chill, cellar temperature is ideal.

Savory herbs and strawberry cooli with orange zest and brick dust. The fruit on the palate is slightly tart with raspberry and blood orange that balances some Nebbiolo like qualities such as forest floor, Asian five spice, bark and mountain herbs. This wine has a fineness surrounding it with a long finish and medium plus acidity. 

Lifted and rich red fruits of black cherry and wild strawberry for Gamay, along with earthy notes (wet stone, fresh herbs) dominating the aromas. The palate offers plum, black raspberry and ripe pomegranate along with plenty of minerality and touches of bramble, baking spice, graphite and black tea. Crisp acidity and fine tannins make it a wonderful food companion. If you wanted to branch out from Pinot Noir, this is your wine.

Aromas of cherry, crushed raspberries, minerals and flowers, show good typicity for Pinot. The dry palate is elegant, with more cherry fruit, a bit of toast, tea leaves, smoke and meatiness. Smooth and medium-bodied, the wine has moderate acidity that complements rather than obscures the abundant cherry and black currant fruit.

This Pinot Noir is a wonderful value for Oregon. Classic aromas of red cherry and red raspberry along with light bramble and mushroom greet you on the nose. The palate is midweight with plum and raspberry that is fresh and just-ripe joining with warm earth and faint baking spices. Acidity is in check and tannins are supple as typical for the variety. Enjoy this gateway to Oregon on a nightly basis!

Aromas are of black cherry, plum, graphite and a touch of vanilla and spice. The palate showcases cherry and ripe cranberry with an earthy, smoky backbone and a kiss of vanilla on the finish. This is medium plus in weight with nice purity and a velvety texture.

A very appealing Oregon Pinot Noir with aromas of spiced cherry, graham cracker, vanilla, and tobacco. Like the nose, the palate is complex and alluring with pink floral notes, spices, and lightly stewed red berries. Medium bodied and well balanced, this Pinot should age beautifully.

Medium aromas high toned raspberry and strawberry in addition to some white and black cracked peppercorns. The palate is clean and medium bodied with red cherry, pomegranate juice, plum, and cranberry. The secondary notes exist as touches of vanilla, light earth and some higher acid in comparison to the previous vintage with medium tannin structure.

Notes of cherries, baking spice, blackberries, light mocha, juicy acidity and medium bodied. Great balance, smooth and very quaffable!

Dried strawberry, raspberry tea, smoky cherry and orange zest can be found on the nose. The palate is medium in body and slightly savory with strawberry preserves, juicy red cherry, smoke, and chocolate bark. The texture is lovely with fine tannins, integrated acidity and a rich finish of cherry cordial.

Lightly smoky aromas envelope concentrated red cherry and cola spices on the nose. This wine is bold and ripe yet not too heavy with fine tannins and a supple dark cherry and spice finish.

This will integrated wine has aromas of ripe red fruit with cherry cola and smoke on the nose, followed by supple red cherry, baking spices, and a touch of savory on the palate. It has medium weight and lifted acidity, and just is overall delicious.

Red strawberries, raspberries and blackcaps are attractive on the nose. Secondary aromas of iron, earth, savory black tea and minerality also greet you. On the palate, this wine is medium weight with moderate tannins and classic cherry fruitiness. It clearly comes from a cooler climate and has light spices on a smooth and elegant frame.

This is a very dark and dense presentation of Barbera. Aromas of warm earth, smoke, black fruits, and spices draw you in. The palate is rich with dark flavors or wet earth, forest floor, smoke, and ripe dark berries. This Barbera has a very pleasing density but stays fresh and balanced with nicely integrated medium acidity.

Bursting with dried red cherry, raspberry and brambly fruits, this Primitivo (Zinfandel) offers aromas of leather. The palate is rich, young and juicy with integrated tannins and youth fruit flavors that echo the rich aromas but end with hints of truffles.

Ripe raspberry and purple fruits, tobacco, sandalwood and forest floor greet you on the nose and remain concentrated on the palate. The flavors are of warm raspberry coulis with cinnamon, licorice, wood spice, and potpourri. You might find a touch of smoked paprika, as well as a note of cured sausage too. Medium wieght with moderate acidity and fine tannins.

Densely fruited with dark berries, cherry wood, caramel and toasted coconut. This wine is still fresh and fruit forward with vanilla and oak notes. Smokey aromatics with raspberry, roasted red pepper, tobacco and some violet florals. The palate is medium with smoke echoing the aromas. This wine has flavors dark berries, dark chocolate, black pepper, with medium acidity and some grippy tannins that come together with the smokey finish.

Classic cabernet franc aromas include black cherry, plum, raspberry, green peppercorns, and a little earth note. The palate is similar to the nose, but builds from this red frame adding sundried tomato, pine needles, and red currant flavors in this medium-bodied beauty.

This is medium-weight, juicy, bright and balanced with medium tannins. Pure and typical of the varietal, the wine continues with raspberry and some earth on the finish.

Barrel toast and wood spice with dark currants and a light herbaceous character. The palate is rich with flavors of blackberry, black cherries, earth, black tea, a touch of smoke and dried thyme. This wine is clearly cool climate but with round tannins. 

From the producer: Blackberry, bacon, graphite, blueberry, rose. With the 2021 vintage, I have reverted to the intrinsic character of my first Côtes du Rhône from 1997 to 2000. This intense, energetic Syrah with its crimson hue is fresh with ‘espressivo cantabile’ aromas of red berry fruits and a rounded palate.

The nose offers light raspberry and forest underbrush, with food-friendly acidity and structure on the palate. There is nothing unripe or overripe on the palate but there is good density and concentration.

This Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara has a floral nose, with loads of raspberries and a touch of alcohol. The body is medium to medium plus, nicely ripe with a lot of density and depth. Rich with flavors of black cherries, blackberries, and light smoke; finishing with medium acidity and lingering fruit.

Aromas include red currant, savory herbs and stewed red peppers and a touch of wood spice. On the palate the entry offers sweet red fruit leather followed by some savory black pepper notes and lingering vanilla.

This lighter colored red has plenty of personality and flavor. On the nose, you’ll find red fruits (cranberry pomegranate, dries strawberries) and a touch of floral character. The palate continues with cherries, raspberries, along with a touch of herb and crushed stone notes. This wine is juicy and fresh on a medium-bodied frame making it an ideal summer red!

Aromas of wild raspberry, dried strawberry, earth, dried herbs and forest greet you on the nose. This wine is medium weight or slightly less. The palate is fruit forward with both tart and ripe notes including red raspberry, tart cherry and pomegranate fruit mixed with white pepper and lightly funky earth and herbs. Tannins are smooth with some perky acidity peeking out. 

This medium to lighted bodied red offers red cherry and strawberry fruit along with notes of mineral, stone and light spice. The fruit is fresh and you'll find fine to medium tannins that provide structure.

This wine is a lovely blend of savory, earth, brush, and bramble with ripe and rich black cherries on both the nose and the palate. Driven by juicy acidity and fine, integrated tannins, the ripe red fruits linger pleasantly on the tongue.

A fun bouquet of strawberry, peach and raspberry mix with savory dried herbs. The palate is creamy and subtle, but then gives juicy pink grapefruit, red cherry and herbs de Provence on the finish. 

Savory aromas of bark and toast with black and red cherry, red currant and some wild strawberry. The round mouthfeel boarders on creamy with good intensity and complexity. The flavors echo the nose with additional intense spice, blood orange and a long finish.

Strawberry, cherry, and watermelon with a touch of tangerine greet you on the nose. The palate is dense and rounded with raspberry, strawberry, and a hint pleasing bitterness. This is a dry, fresh and mouth-filling wine and comes in a liter bottle -- what more could you want for summer?

You'll find nectarine, strawberry candy and red pear flavors in this Vinho Verde rosé. It has a refreshing prickle with a whiff of powdered sugar/talc running through it (but don't worry, it's totally dry!)

Elegant and attractive aromas of pink raspberry, lemon, herbs and salty sea air emerge from the glass. This is midweight, ultra fresh and clean with strawberry, citrus and saline notes. Crisp acidity keeps it lifted and succulent. You'll be coming back for more on a warm day.

This dry rosé is perfectly balanced, soft, and thirst quenching. Fresh red berries, especially strawberry, a touch of floral character and peach are well-balanced by fresh acid and minerality on the palate. The wine is dry with strawberries lingering on the finish.

This wine offers deep aromas of red cherry, persimmon, exotic passionfruit and a whiff of florality. Flavors are concentrated, fruit is there but understated, and acidity is moderate and well integrated. Red fruits meet garden notes; think cherries and raspberries meet roses. This wine gains complexity with time and air.

Clean, invigorating notes of silex on the nose showcase the limestone soils of the Rouanne vineyard. The aromas and flavors develop as the wines opens to reveal wild strawberry and fresh thyme – a complex and flavorful sparkling rosé.

The nose on this dry, sparkling rose is clean with hints of cherry juice. On the palate, it is medium to full-flavored with attractive black cherry, cherry pit and kirsch notes. The texture is wine-like with judicious frothiness. Overall clean with just a hint of savory sassafras.

Gorgeous pink color with a nose of raspberry, ripe strawberry and cherry aromas. The perfume is gorgeous and yet, has a delicacy to it. This wine is ultra-elegant with pinpoint bubbles and finesse. The fruit is ripe and red fruited--raspberry, cherry, pomegranate, strawberry, cranberry--all the reds!  It is dry and minerally, yet generous with its fruit. Such balance means that your bottle will quickly disappear!

From the producer: "Ripe and smoky, the nose on this cider is classic bittersweet apple: apples left in the orchard, roses, dust, honey, bacon, leather, and damp leaves. The mid-palate is thick, rich and textured. In the finish, chalky tannin dominates with dried apples and woodsmoke."

From the producer: "On the nose: ripe, ripe wild plums, coconut, and honeysuckle. In the mouth, bright acid and dense, salty minerals. The finish is lemon water, wet stone and wild strawberries."

Sparkling and semi sweet cider with aromas of bosc pear, peach cherry blossom and nectarine. This is a burst of juicy and round ripe fruit with some minerality on the back end. 

This cider gives aromas of strawberry, red cherry, hibiscus and spicy ginger with some softer red apple and red pear notes. It is ripe and round in texture with sweetness balancing the spicy lingering finish. This is fresh and great for autumnal days.

This cider is elegant and surprising with pear, nut skin, toasted raisen and quince paste. The aromas are clean with a bit of salinity. The flavors have nice concentration with yellow apple, white pepper and toasted bread. The bead is consistent and the flavor is crushable with medium acidity and some bitterness on the finish.

Vibrant and enticing aromas of ripe kiwi, cherry, and subtle notes of honeysuckle.  The mouthfeel is round with delicate bubbles. A touch of almond and sweet peach linger on the finish.  

Baked apples, hay/meadow and light floral aromas begin this enticing orange wine. clove studded orange and touches of spice add complexity to this medium-weight wine with clean fresh finish. 

Notes of clementine, grapefruit, peach and rosewater combine with white flowers on the nose. Despite being a little cloudy (it's unfiltered) the flavors are clean and precise - white tea, tangerine and orange blossom can be found on the palate. Medium body and dry with light tannins.
