This is a very dark and dense presentation of Barbera. Aromas of warm earth, smoke, black fruits, and spices draw you in. The palate is rich with dark flavors or wet earth, forest floor, smoke, and ripe dark berries. This Barbera has a very pleasing density but stays fresh and balanced with nicely integrated medium acidity.
