This classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc exhibits aromas of grapefruit, citrus and fresh-cut grass. On the palate, it is crisp and lively with lemon zest, grapefruit, starfruit, herbs and a thread of minerality running throughout.

Aromatics of fresh green herbs, white pepper, spring peas and green melon introduce this wine. The palate is medium weight with good density for a Gruner Veltliner. Flavors of peach, grapefruit, pomelo, citrus, chalk, and minerality provide an array of tasty notes. The texture is quite round but with juicy acidity providing freshness. It ends with hints of tropical fruit and barrel influence.

Aromas of macchia, a blend of evergreen shrubs and herbs common to the Sardinian landscape, on the nose. The Costamolino is the quintessential Sardinian Vermentino with hints of pine and mint coupled with ripe stone fruit and sweet citrus. The palate is at once vibrant and rounded, with saline notes complementing the fruit and appropriate acidity lingering through the finish.

Soft and ripe yellow apple greet the drinker with floral notes and good intensity of lemon, nectarine and pear as well. The palate is similar to it's aromas but is medium in body with medium acidity and mineral flinty note that reminds us of a good Macon with a touch more fruit and floral concentration.

Aromas of peach and apricot lead to a medium-plus to full-bodied, generous white that gives tropical flavors of pineapple, orange and apricot. It is round in texture with moderate acidity and though dry, it expresses a beeswax/honey note.

Aromas of baked apple, honey, pineapple, citrus and toasty oak. On the palate this wine is well-balanced with enough acidity to carry its weight. This wine is full body and elegant and the oak use is just right.

On the nose, this refreshing white shows Meyer lemon, green apple and pear balanced with wet stone minerality. On the palate, this zesty and fresh wine shows lemon, quince and some chalkiness with this being medium in body, acidity and length with the slightest amount of zippy carbonation.

This is high quality Gruner Veltliner with more density and depth than an entry level wine. It is succulent and juicy with attractive florality and notes of fennel, white peach, almond paste and coriander. The texture is waxy-creamy, yet still zippy.

Aromas are of nectarine, apple, flowers, honey , pear and peach fuzz. The palate is medium plus in weight with succulent orchard fruits (apple, peach, pear) and some tropical notes (passionfruit underripe mango). This estate-grown Cayuga Lake Pinot Gris begins with aromas of stone fruits, both fresh and baked.  The palate is medium to full in weight, creamy and rich with ripe orchard fruits like pear, apple and apricot. The wine is just barely dry with bright acidity to balance it.

Aromas of ripe pear, meyer lemon, and hints of yellow apple and mineral. Nicely round and refreshing on the palate with medium to medium-plus weight, and notes of lemon, pear, almond skin, and a touch of mineral.

The magic occurs on the palate with almost off-dry flavors of ripe peach, apricot, sundew melon, marzipan and yellow plum. The acidity is medium plus with a medium bodied frame that tastes riper than the aromas suggest.

From the producer: Generously fruit-forward and refreshingly light, the Riesling Semi-Dry displays our signature varietal's natural verve. Sourced from early picks in vineyard blocks surrounding Seneca Lake, it offers aromas of wildflower and orchard fruit against a lean, citrus backbone.

Ripe red fruits, mulling spices, and underbrush open on the nose. This medium-bodied wine is complex with round tannins and integrated acidity. Black cherry, black caps, and herbed raspberry jam segue into light notes of underbrush and bramble on the finish.

Aromas of raspberry, wild herbs, dried flowers, and a hint of smoke. This lovely Cotes Du Rhone boasts a medium body with plum, raspberry, strawberries, and dried herbs. The soft tannins, minerality, and juicy acidity make this wine very quaffable! A stellar value.

Aromas reminiscent of cherry Twizzlers, strawberry-banana smoothies, and bubble gum (in a good way) lead to naturally ripe fruit Dominated by strawberries and cranberries with good balance and soft tannins. The finish is long and slightly tart.

The wine shows a deep purple color and features aromatics of mixed crushed red and black fruits, sweet spice, and cedar. In the mouth, it is fuller-bodied with fantastic dark fruits, excellent mid-palate depth and ripe tannins.

Black cherry, blueberry, blackberry and plum with layers of toast, chocolate, and baking spice notes can be found on the nose. The aromas translate into similar flavors with additional hints of cocoa,savory soil and wood and spice. The palate is medium bodied with lifting acidity and soft, but present, tannins. 

Spicy, fruity aromas of red cherry and currant with a bit of darker fruit. While fleshy and red-fruited, the palate offers the acidity and bitterness typical of many Italian reds as well as some pepper and figs.

This wine has great appeal, attractive berry notes, fresh herbs/earth, pepper, and concentrated berries. The palate has some bramble and forest floor with cedar and red cherry. Rounded tannins provide structure to the medium-bodied, food friendly quaff.

Aromas are slightly earthy with brambly blackberry, dusty cocoa, and chocolate covered raisin notes. Dense and well-integrate on the palate; flavors include black fruits supported by a touch of smoky earth and baking spice. Medium-plus in body with mocha lingering on the longer finish.

Aromas of smoke and spice, black olive and black cherry. The palate has a lovely texture deriving from fine tannins. Grapes, blackberries, and light spice as well as a hint of tapenade, make up the flavors.

This lighter-bodied wine begins with a classic Pinot Noir nose—rose, cherry, red currant plum, raspberry and dusty earth—leading to a juicy palate with fresh acidity. Raspberries and their seeds join touches of herb, a lightly fleshy texture, and a savory finish. Approachable for light to medium weight foods and even spicy dishes.

From the producer: Blackberry, bacon, graphite, blueberry, rose. With the 2021 vintage, I have reverted to the intrinsic character of my first Côtes du Rhône from 1997 to 2000. This intense, energetic Syrah with its crimson hue is fresh with ‘espressivo cantabile’ aromas of red berry fruits and a rounded palate.

Aromas reminiscent of the Old World with a fresh spin; think tart red fruit, minerality, forest floor, wood spice and a savory character. On the palate it has more New World flavors: blackberry, vanilla, baking spice, and bittersweet cocoa. It is complex, supple, and tasty.

This deeply colored wine offers powerful aromas of mulberry, mocha, sweet wood, and damson plum. In the mouth, it is juicy with moderate plus acidity. This dry rosé is perfectly balanced, soft, and thirst quenching. Fresh red berries, especially strawberry, a touch of floral character and peach are well-balanced by fresh acid and minerality on the palate. The wine is dry with strawberries lingering on the finish.

This wine is sweetly aromatic, offering strawberry, raspberry, and a touch of orange peel. In the mouth, it is slightly frizzante, tingly fresh and dry, with juicy strawberry and dried herb notes as well as a touch of yeast Inness. Bright acidity provides lovely freshness. Because the wine is unfined and unfiltered, expect some sediment.

This starts with classic Riesling aromas, including pear, apricot and light minerality. The palate is rich, creamy and well-balanced. Flavors of green apple, pear, and light florality come together on the off dry palate, leading to a long finish.

This has a very nice, frothy mousse. It's more of a crisp, clean, minerally style, not very fruity, but not austere either. Notes of lemon, stone and biscuit can be found in this finely-textured, persistent Champagne.

A fruity nose of lime and melon with bold hints of fennel, white pepper and allspice. The flavors gravitate to ripe cantaloupe and anise while the minerality from the soft water is evident in the finish.
