On the nose, this wine smells of salty air and gravel, much like its namesake, as well as passionfruit and orange zest. The palate follows with ripe tropical notes, lemon curd, and a softer, riper citrus compared to the usual grapefruit. It’s well balanced with zippy acidity and a bright finish. Really lovely.
