In the mouth, this is medium plus in weight with rounded flavors of apple and ripe yellow pear, a touch of baking spice, savory herb and grilled peach. We love that it has a creamy mouthfeel, yet is crisp and refreshing. 

The aromas are similar to those you might find in a Sauvignon Blanc, notably with scents of melon. On the palate, this is medium weight with cantaloupe and other melons, peach, minerality and some volcanic notes. It is high acid. The Diego grape is indigenous and like so many Canary Island wines, this is a unique exploration.

This very aromatic wine offers lightly bitter ginger skin and lychee. It smells as though it might be too much of a good thing, but it isn’t. Lovely flavors of citrus, ginger, lychee, and orange blossom join clean acidity in this medium-bodied wine with a longer finish.

This classic Txakoli gives aromas of fresh nectarine, lime zest and crushed stones/beach notes. The nose is still on its reserve but the signature of the limestone marls is very present: citrus fruits, wet stone and opens towards the flower of acacia, even lime blossom over time. Both discreet and at the same time seductive. The energy of the wine felt on the nose is found on the palate. The attack is ample, the wine coats the mouth with harmony and power, opening on a beautiful aromatic complexity of ripe fruit. The typical acidity of this cru is found on the finish, tense and salivating, broad and caressing, under the influence of the clay which brings power and delicacy to the wine. It is a wine that has a very long aging potential!

Perfumed aromas that draw the drinker in with black cherry, forest floor and mulling spices. This wine is clearly developed and clean with fine tannins and integrated acidity. The flavors are similar to the aromas but a touch brighter with ripe cherry and a touch of smoke shining through.

Aromas of blue and black fruit, rich and ripe. The palate follows with rounded texture, soft tannins, light baking spice, black berries and cherries, this Pinot is succulent and well balanced.

A refreshing new cider bursting with starfruit, pear, green olive brine, lightly funky reminiscent of Basque Sidra. A great food cider. 

You'll find nectarine, strawberry candy and red pear flavors in this Vinho Verde rosé. It has a refreshing prickle with a whiff of powdered sugar/talc running through it (but don't worry, it's totally dry!)

This rosé entices with pretty aromas of peach and cantaloupe combined with attractive raspberry or strawberry notes. It is round in the mouth, highlighted by refreshing acidity and flavors of prickly pear, watermelon rind and peach blossom. The wine stays pleasantly fresh from first sip through the finish.

Flavors are a little savory with roasted barley, shortbread and clean wet stone minerality. As it opened, it revealed more fruit with ripe apricot and bosc pear; nicely complex for the money!

A fruity nose of lime and melon with bold hints of fennel, white pepper and allspice. The flavors gravitate to ripe cantaloupe and anise while the minerality from the soft water is evident in the finish. This vibrant showstopper is beautifully soft and feminine, brewed by one of Japan's only female brewery owners and tojis. Brewed in Hiroshima, the birthplace of Ginjo sake, which is known for remarkably soft water that requires expert skill to use in sake production. Once mastered, it enables a highly controlled, precise fermentation, resulting in vibrant fruit aromas. This Junmai Ginjo is bottled immediately without charcoal filtering.

This lovely cider made from red fleshed apples giving it a Rosé hue and a nose bursting with cherry, red apple skin, apple fruit leather, rhubarb, and apple juice. The palate is a touch off dry but extremely clean with red cherry, candied apple, pomegranate, and more apple skin. Crushable and delicious, a staff favorite!

The nose offers complex aromas such as orange, herbs, flowers and kombucha. The palate is clean and silky with fresh acidity and notes of orange, fennel and clove.
