 
            		Crunchy green aromas of parsley, lime juice, tart crunchy apple, green peppercorn and a little floral. The palate has nice mousse with tight bubbles and good texture. Flavors are a little savory with roasted barley, shortbread and clean wet stone minerality. As it opened, it revealed more fruit with ripe apricot and bosc pear; nicely complex for the money!
