This wine shines consistently year after year. You'll find the aromatics of both grapes in this wine--melon and citrus from the Sauvignon Blanc, apricot and flowers from the Viognier. Consider Jacquère as sunshine in a glass by the meadow! It is light and crisp with gentle florality, great mineral talc character, and even notes of fresh parsley. The Labbé Abymes is all of these plus complex notes of quince, crabapple, lemon pith, and citrus confection.

This aromatic wine has chamomile, jasmine and some freshly cut straw notes. It smells a little like Muscadet with some salinity and juicy lemon and green fruit. This has great texture that is round but with minerality and grapefruit pith. The ending is refreshing and long with fennel, nectarine and lanolin notes.

This wine offers lean chalky minerality and flint, toast and caramel covered tart green apple on the nose. The palate provides lime in addition, along with mouth-watering acidity and clean, slightly delicate white flowers. The palate's old oak balances a buttery finish.

This Sicilian white is quite aromatic with jasmine, acacia, lemon peel, nectarine and apricot notes. Flavors echo the nose with more jasmine, white peach, nectarine, apricot, white tea and tropical melon. The perfume carries through in the mouth but it stays refreshing due to the pleasant lemon/orange peel bitterness and a salinity that counters the fruit. Everything stays lifted and clean. This delightful white is just over medium in weight with integrated acidity.

Aromas of stone fruits, citrus and some chalk/talc on the nose.  Just off-dry and beautifully balanced, this delicious crowd pleaser offers juicy peach and citrus flavors with lingering minerality.

Pear, quince, light floral aromas especially orange blossom, soft almond notes and some nectarine are enticing. This nearly off-dry wine has a round texture balanced with refreshing acid. The palate provides jasmine, some orange peel and subtle peach flavors that are enjoyable alone or with food.

This is a quite powerful, classic Burgundy white. Aromas of flint, matchstick, toast and light butter present on the nose. It has a lovely, silky texture with apple and poached pear fruit flavors accompanied by vanilla, oak-influenced spices, flint, earth and mineral tones. Its elegance is especially notable as it breathes - the wine gains complexity as flavors of vanilla, crème brûlée, toast and butter become more pronounced and linger through the the long and satisfying finish.

Not only is the bottle unusual for an Italian Vermentino, so is the wine inside. Loaded with pronounced tropical aromatics rather than citrus and mineral notes, the wine is rounded and dense with a soft mouthfeel. The fruit is exotic on a medium bodied frame. A palate full of juicy grapefruit, nectarine, lemon zest and a hint of Mediterranean herbs that lead to an intriguing saline and mineral finish.

Grapefruit and fresh hay combine with pear and apple on the nose in this liter bottle. The wine presents appealing juicy fruit including granny smith apple, and cooked apple as well. The finish is more mineral and citrus driven than the previous vintage and lingers with just the right amount of acidity.

Aromas are of nectarine, apple, flowers, honey , pear and peach fuzz. The palate is medium plus in weight with succulent orchard fruits (apple, peach, pear) and some tropical notes (passionfruit underripe mango). Citrusy acidity keeps it juicy and the texture is a nice balance between crisp and fleshy. This is bright, clean and a great, all-purpose wine!

This white presents green and yellow tropical aromas. The flavors on the palate include lemongrass and passionfruit with the fruity concentration balancing the crisp acid. It has both a creamy, leesy texture and a grapefruit tartness that maintains excellent freshness.

This wine gives floral and savory aromatics. On the palate, there is peach and apricot, hazelnut, hay, and white flowers. Dense, round, full and juicy with a light bitterness, you will seek glass after glass!

This is a complex and layered wine aromatically and texturally. Glazed lemons and orange slices with some apricot aromatically. The texture has lovely acidity and medium plus body. The fruit flavors are rich but perfectly balanced and delivering apricot, candied pear, guava and lychee.

This aromatic wine offers lovely, fresh green fruits of pear, melon, lemon, lime, mineral and almond. It is crisp with plenty of finesse, but also has a pleasing density. Notes of citrus, herbs, pear and flowers are subtle, yet inviting.

This wine boarders on some tropical aromas of passionfruit and pineapple with some herbal and floral notes. The surprisingly rich palate is concentrated with peach, apricot, and papaya with the impression being almost sweet but it is just ripe fruited with lower acidity.

Pleasant aromas of white peach and teaberry on the nose.  The palate is juicy with more stone fruit , nectarine, and citrus supported by refreshing acidity.  The finish is dry and clean with a touch of lingering minerality.

Golden Delicious apple, quince and pear are balanced with savory notes of chamomile and white tea, as well as mineral notes of stone and flint. This medium weight white Burgundy also reveals some barrel spice, white pepper and citrus on the finish. It is fresh with juicy acidity and some roundness in the texture. 

A complex and layered wine that delivers wet stone, peach and apple with some chalky or vitamin like aroma. The palate is medium body and medium acidity with ripe concentrated apple, peach and chalk with a round mouthfeel that is also quite bright and chalk like mineral.

Apple, nectarine, pineapple, and tea berry. The palate has darker notes like rustic cider, nuts, poached pear and honey, with a bit of peach and cream.

This wine smells clean and crisp with citrus and confectioner sugar. The flavors are more complex with lemon, quince, apple and honey or beeswax. The acidity is medium with good ripeness of fruit and some herbal notes of hay. This is a different type of wine that is an excellent value. 

Hints of ripe and sweet pear and lemon are fresh and loaded in terms of the weight of this wine. This is concentrated and elegant with the acidity coming towards the end. This is incredibly reasonably priced because of it's mouthcoating texture and elegance.

This is a rich wine with borderline tropical notes of pineapple, quince paste, white strawberry that is also expressed on the palate. The texture is round and creamy with medium acidity and delightful balanced and interesting flavors; hazelnut, light toast, nuanced cream, baked apple and bosc pear.

This wine is aromatic and crisp. There is white nectarine, lemon and lime with wet stone, orange blossom and green apple. The palate delivers this as well as pink grapefruit, tropical fruit like kiwi and pineapple, honeysuckle and peach. This is medium acidity and moderate alcohol and delicious!

Medium in aromatics and weight, dominated by lemon and lemon zest. Almond and quince notes join the party, along with minerality and juiciness. Crisp acidity, clean and refreshing flavors, and notable fruity persistence make this a very appealing wine.

We are impressed with box chardonnay because it is crisp, clean and has a lot of fresh flavors like lemon zest, yellow apple and honeydew melon. It is is medium acidity and medium bodied with a finish of pear and minerality.

From the producer: Brimming with concentrated varietal and mineral aromas of mint, white stone fruit and citrus peel that lead to a round, robust, saline palate with character, ripe fruit and attractive herbaceous elements such as laurel, thyme and fennel.

This wine is composed of equal parts sweet, ripe berries and stony minerality. There is a light earthiness, integrated tannins, refreshing acidity and very good density. It's perfectly balanced! Fruit of blueberries, blackberries, plums and black raspberries mix with some forest bramble. This is indicative of the Northern Rhone (winery in Cornas), but it's composed of Gamay.

Earthy aromas include bramble, mineral, garrigue, smoke, berry coolis and plum.  The palate is medium-plus in body with nice ripeness but not too heavy or overoaked. Flavors of red cherry and black currant, a touch of underbrush and black fruit supported by sleek slightly grippy tannins and juicy acidity lingering on the finish. This smells like an old underground cellar with still some tartness and violets. This wine would be an excellent gift or an alternative to a quality Cotes du Rhone.

Aromas are complex, with smoke, raspberry compote, red currant candy, chocolate, and spice. The palate offers a variety of red berry fruit, lightly cooked so it releases juice. Black cherry and cassis are also present, along with toast, spice, and mineral notes. The wine is pure, with well integrated tannins and acidity, and deft on its feet for one so large. Full bodied with a long finish.

A parade of fresh red fruit dominates the aromas, supported by red licorice and a light mix of herbs. Red cherries and raspberries mingle with notes of black olives and leather on a medium weight frame. Fine tannins and a persistent thread of acidity runs throughout, keeping this wine fresh and balanced.

Lively notes of mixed currants and smoke that show on the palate as well. There is more blackberry seeds and blueberry on the palate but the tartness from the gamay balances the medium tannin structure. Additional flavors of earth, chocolate and dark fruit develops with some natural rusticity. There is some fresh minerality that threads throughout this wine and makes this wine very fresh.

The nose offers light raspberry and forest underbrush, with food-friendly acidity and structure on the palate. There is nothing unripe or overripe on the palate but there is good density and concentration.

From the producer: Blackberry, bacon, graphite, blueberry, rose. With the 2021 vintage, I have reverted to the intrinsic character of my first Côtes du Rhône from 1997 to 2000. This intense, energetic Syrah with its crimson hue is fresh with ‘espressivo cantabile’ aromas of red berry fruits and a rounded palate.

This wine is ruby red with purple highlights. Fresh and fruit it is a perfect sipper and is refreshing in warmer weather (try it with a slight chill). The nose shows red berries, blueberry, and spice. While the palate is medium bodied with food friendly acidity.

Aromas are smoky with a bit of earth and burnt sugar, mulberry, cassis red fruits, and something wildly Alpine and foresty. The palate is juicy and fresh, with wild berry flavors, spiced plum, cloves, herbal notes, and a slight herbaceousness. Moderate acidity and tannins. This has a gorgeous nose with sensual earth, red cherry and raspberry aromas. The wine is open and accessible now. This medium weight wine is elegant, delicate and graceful, with the red fruits repeating from the nose and ending in a long, mineral finish.

Very aromatic with red fruit, including red currants and other berries along with hints of high-quality maraschino cherries, light forest floor. The palate is similar with more ripe raspberry, beautiful minerality and moderate acidity. The texture is ripe and soft with medium plus acidity and a longer finish.

Aromas of licorice and leather mix with wild berries, spice, and forest floor to introduce this wine. The palate is ripe with dark plum and black cherry flavors alongside crushed rocks and chocolate. It is medium plus in body with medium acidity and velvety tannins.

This appassimento wine uses dried grapes to concentrate the flavors. It is soft and supple in texture with velvety tannins on a medium frame. Stewed black and red fruits are accompanied by light tobacco and spice and a touch of smoke. Notes of blackberry, black cherries, and dates follow through to spices and dried herbs on the finish.

The aromas are of cranberry, stewed plums and light vegetal scents. This cru Beaujolais is medium wieght with flavors of juicy plums, pomegranates, red cherries, and even tomato sauce! It has some minerality (think iron or brick dust) and is finely tannined with medium acidity. 

Medium aromatics with black cherry, blackberry, and an herbaceous quality. Both red and black cherry greet you on the palate with some cooked berry, black pepper, and spice. The fruit is present and balanced with a light amount of savory bark. Medium-bodied with medium-plus acid, excellent with food.

Mathieu Lapierre says this is the wine you drink in the shower; it’s that smooth and easy going. Red and black fruits are intertwined with minerality, crushed stones and herbs. Touches of blood orange keep the edge fresh. This juicy wine is ripe, crisp and joyful.

This wine smells of black cherry, mulberry and dark soil. The palate is round on its entry and then shows some fine and polished tannins. The palate has flavors of ripe black cherry, coffee, and bark. It is medium to plus in body with fine tannins.

This concentrated, ripe and elegant pinot noir shows a host of red fruits, black cherry and cassis, rose petals, seductive truffle, red licorice and appealing earth notes. Medium weight with fine but thorough tannins and flavorful acidic lift, long finish with some minerality, tobacco and dried floral notes. This is a great value.

Notes of stewed dark berries and graphite unfold from the glass. Round tannins balance nicely with medium acidity while rich, ripe dark berries mingle seamlessly on the palate with coffee and dark chocolate flavors. Hints of graphite/pencil lead linger through the finish and add depth to the wine.

The aromas and flavors of this wine are abundant and complex. Pleasurable black fruits and notes of baking spice and chocolate accompany light smoke. Made in an Old World style with moderate extraction, this wine displays a balance of complex aromatics and flavors including plenty of ripe black fruits and candied fruits along with hints of sandalwood and earth.

Complex mixed berry aromas with spice: blackberry, damson plum, Bing cherry are intense and concentrated but quite fresh. There’s a touch of allspice and white pepper as well. The flavors continue the aromatic profile, both fruity and spicy.  This delicious wine is nicely ripe, yet restrained: it has fruit (blackberry, raspberry), spice and structuring elements; all well balanced. It is medium-plus in body with a very long finish.

In this bottling from Yves Leccia, the French import Grenache—called Elegante in Corsica—takes center stage, offering fragrant notes of lavender spiced with balmy Mediterranean brush. A splash of the indigenous Niellucciu completes the blend, adding some muscle to this savory, floral red whose sunny island flavors come into focus when slightly chilled.

Medium aromatic with notes of red raspberry, black cherry, pepper and tobacco. The palate is medium-weight with red raspberry, tart black currants, rosemary and lightly savory notes. This is very quaffable and not as big as some of its Spanish counterparts; consider giving it a light chill.

This is a nice value with great texture and ripe balance with flavors of blackberry and black currants with a long finish. Vibrant, with a fresh core of cherry and cassis notes backed by anise, apple wood and garrigue hints through the finish. Nice underlying juiciness throughout. Aromas of Morello cherries, cherry candy, ripe strawberry, tomato leaf/tobacco, and plum. The fruit is backed up by an array of savory components--earth, white pepper, herb stems--in the mouth alongside Birch beer and cola notes. It is medium weight with soft tannins; acidity provides most of the structure.

Aromas include dark cherries and stewed red pepper supported by touches of sandalwood and smoke. The palate is savory with gorgeous, velvety tannins under layers or red and black cherry, black raspberry and plum. Touches of smoke and pepper linger on the longer finish.

This is a very aromatic wine, with fresh dark cherries and plums and a touch of pepper and bark. In the mouth, this is juicy, fruity (raspberries, figs, plums), and well structured by round tannins. It is complex, with a touch of savory dried herbs and woodsy notes, hints of coffee and chocolate, and a great mouthfeel. It’s definitely food-oriented, though it is also pleasurable alone.

You’ll find smoky aromas with black currant and black cherry fruit as well as some barrel notes. Less smoky in the mouth, this gives pure black cherry fruit along with light toast and minerality. Its medium weight with smooth tannins and great balance, showing both ripeness and some lifting, tart black fruits.

Aromas of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and light earth unfold from the glass. On the palate, fruit flavors of cherry, raspberry and red plum mingle with a light herbal note. The wine is medium-bodied, nicely ripe and slightly rounded, yet clean, pure and fresh. It’s particularly refreshing for summer sipping!

Raspberry, red cherry, warm earth, bay leaf and worn leather are apparent on the nose. This is medium in body with juicy red fruits such as currants, plums, raspberry-cranberry and pomegranate with some dehydrated floral, cedar, bay leaf and rosemary flavors joining in. There is a mineral note as well. The wine is well structured with moderate tannins and fresh acidity. It finishes with purple fruits of blueberries and black plums. This is aged in 2/3 amphora and 1/3 used oak.

The nose is fruit forward with ripe black cherry, strawberry coulis and spiced raspberry notes. On the palate, this wine is extremely supple and seamless, yet has structuring acidity. The ripeness continues with black cherry and black cap raspberry fruit. A gulpable, soft and plus red in a liter bottle!

The nose gives aromas of red and black cherry, baked raspberry pie, cranberry, meat, garrigue and smoke. It smells Italian! The palate is medium weight with strawberries, berry seeds, violets, mineral and camp fire. It has a softer structure than you might expect from Nebbiolo, with integrated acidity and tannins. A long, balsamic finish completes the package.

From the producer: Ruby red in colour with good intensity and garnet hues; on the nose intense and complex with flowery notes of red roses, ripe red fruit, redcurrant, blackberry and slight spicy hints. Immediately on entry, the wine is soft and quite tannic, full flavoured, with a decisive presence in the mouth and a complete and satisfying retronasal sensation.

Rustic aromas of warm earth, barn, worn leather, and herbs complement ripe red fruits (cranberry, red currant and cooked strawberry) on the nose. More red fruit on the palate is supported by fresh acid and integrated tannins providing a pleasing mouthfeel. Touches of spice and earthy minerals round out the finish.

Aromas include black cap raspberries and black plum supported by touches of violets and black pepper. The medium-bodied palate boasts plum and blueberry flavors supported by herbs and pepper as well as soft, dusty tannins.

Earthy, floral and campfire smoke aromas that mingle to give a foxy note with wild fruits of the forest. The palate is vibrant and medium bodied with ripe plum, red cherry pit, blackberry and forest floor. This is a complex Cabernet Franc and shows a lot of rustic and enticing secondary notes.

The wine label is quite appropriate as this rosé gives aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry just like the beautiful illustration on the front. On the palate, it is lightly zippy with crisp acidity and a pleasant tartness. Fruit of strawberry, lemon and white raspberry along with light minerality and effervescence are reminiscent of strawberry lemonade. However, don't worry, this wine is completely dry, nicely balanced and very pretty!

A wine of true finesse and elegance. Aromas of berry, flowers and chalk- along with notes of nuts, cream, yeast- make way for a complex palate with a cool, minerally finish.

This recent additional to our cava lineup has bosc pear and yellow apple with light toasty notes that mix with an underlining floral aspect. The palate is slightly rounded with beeswax, wet stone and lemon rind. The palate does deliver more fruit like peach and quince with a mineral note lingering.

Clean, invigorating notes of silex on the nose showcase the limestone soils of the Rouanne vineyard. The aromas and flavors develop as the wines opens to reveal wild strawberry and fresh thyme – a complex and flavorful sparkling rosé.

Straw yellow in color with golden hues. Aromas of apple butter and golden raisin. On the palate this is a refreshing wine with golden apple, biscuit, light toast and medium-size bubbles. It is clean and develops a creamy texture as it sits in the glass.

This sparkling wine offers aromatics of apple, pear and melon. It is generous, fruit forward and ripe with good concentration of apple and white peach. Completely dry, yet lush and . tasty with a long finish.

This cava is pretty, delicate and very pear forward. The palate is clean and refreshing with light florality, stone fruits, lime zest and citrus pith with some nectarine and herbal notes.

The aromas are more subtle and muted than the palate but does smell like it is grown on volcanic soil because it is very mineral driven. There is also white raspberry and wild strawberry aromas as well. The palate is clean, fresh and ripe with rhubarb, tart strawberry and champagne currants. 

This Lambrusco is made with a slightly different grape than most, which makes it more dark in color and flavor. Tart cherry, blackberry and black currant with violets. The palate is elegant and focused, with darker fruit, some minerality and floral notes with bright acidity.

This is a very good sweeter style sparkling sake and would be ideal with salty food. The nose presents cream, pineapple and lychee fruit. The palate is floral with pineapple, nectarine and rambutan with an off dry palate that also delivers vanilla and marshmallow.

Medium to full-bodied with good concentration and density. Bright apricot, pineapple and golden apple join with a savory chamomile note and a touch of honey in this creamy and lush, dry, impressive, organic sake.

Fruity yet delicate with pleasant aromas of green apple, pear and hints of anise. There are secondary notes of pear, mint, and bright tropical fruit. The palate has some sesame seed, meadow flowers and is very easy and pleasing. Smooth dry and light on entry with honeysuckle, minerality, creamy apple and a long finish. This delicious, organic junmai daiginjo sake is delicious with food.

Notes of mandarin orange, marmalade, and tangerine combine with white flowers in the glass. Despite being a little cloudy (it's unfiltered) the flavors are clean and precise - morphing into orange blossom on the palate.

A well made orange wine with a white floral bouquet of elderflower, white flowers and orange blossom with apricot and peach orchard fruit. This is a refreshing medium weight wine with no taste of bitterness from contact with the white wine skins. The palate delivers clementine, yellow fruits, pith and tannin, finishing clean.
