This wine shines consistently year after year. You'll find the aromatics of both grapes in this wine--melon and citrus from the Sauvignon Blanc, apricot and flowers from the Viognier. Consider Jacquère as sunshine in a glass by the meadow! It is light and crisp with gentle florality, great mineral talc character, and even notes of fresh parsley. The Labbé Abymes is all of these plus complex notes of quince, crabapple, lemon pith, and citrus confection.

Classic and pretty aromas of flowers, green pear, melon and lime blossoms introduce you to this wine. It has the lightest touch of sweetness, but the zippy and clean flavors keep it incredibly refreshing. Melons, pears, peppercorn and minerality can be found on the palate.

This wine is fragrant and clean with exotic melon, apricot, yellow plum and nectarine with floral and beeswax aromas rounding it out. The palate continues with floral notes and a honeyed quality with touches of chamomile and almond skin. This is weighty with spice notes reminiscent of gewürztraminer yet it remains restrained with plenty of acidity and a long finish. This wine is delicious and worth appreciation.

Fresh citrus and meadow flowers with touches of peach and grapefruit on the nose. Refreshing acidity on the palate with more citrus and stone fruit flavors and a lingering minerality.

Aromas of lemon, golden pear, flinty minerality, with a tiny touch of matchstick lead to a palate medium-plus in body. Flavors are round and generous--ripe apple and pear, beeswax, briny minerality, and tangy lemon notes, with balanced acidity and a long finish.

Pear, quince, light floral aromas especially orange blossom, soft almond notes and some nectarine are enticing. This nearly off-dry wine has a round texture balanced with refreshing acid. The palate provides jasmine, some orange peel and subtle peach flavors that are enjoyable alone or with food.

This wine boarders on some tropical aromas of passionfruit and pineapple with some herbal and floral notes. The surprisingly rich palate is concentrated with peach, apricot, and papaya with the impression being almost sweet but it is just ripe fruited with lower acidity.

Golden Delicious apple, quince and pear are balanced with savory notes of chamomile and white tea, as well as mineral notes of stone and flint. This medium weight white Burgundy also reveals some barrel spice, white pepper and citrus on the finish. It is fresh with juicy acidity and some roundness in the texture. 

Hints of ripe and sweet pear and lemon are fresh and loaded in terms of the weight of this wine. This is concentrated and elegant with the acidity coming towards the end. This is incredibly reasonably priced --you'll enjoy its mouthcoating texture and elegance.

We are impressed with box chardonnay because it is crisp, clean and has a lot of fresh flavors like lemon zest, yellow apple and honeydew melon. It is is medium acidity and medium bodied with a finish of pear and minerality.

Clean and zesty with lemon, crunchy green pear, nectarine and fennel. The flavors are clean with good concentration of vanilla, almond, bosc pear and soft peach. The medium weight texture of this wine is balanced, fresh and delicious because the acid is thorough and lees characteristic gives subtly.

This bright yellow wine has a beautiful bouquet of floral aromas. The palate has notes of melon, guava, and citrus fruits. Overall, this is a well balanced wine can be enjoyed on a warm summer day.

With a golden hue and green reflections, this cuvée expresses the full potential of Rolle with freshness and fruitiness, in a harmonious ensemble: white flowers and peach give way to lemony scents of Semillon and Ugni Blanc. Light, lively, and silky at the same time, it is easy to drink and thirst-quenching with a final note of citrus that complements the great complexity of this wine.

Quite an aromatic wine with juicy stone fruit, fresh herbs and just blooming lilies. The palate is ripe and concentrated with juicy acidity and fruity nectarine, peach, pineapple and white grapes. There is a light chalkiness, along with floral notes of chamomile tea and saltiness on the finish. The palate has good structure and is deliciously satisfying.

Aromas of wet stone, lime and grapefruit pith and cantaloupe. The palate delivers tropical fruit and citrus zest with a round finish and clean minerality.

Lovely aromatics for summer can be discovered here: think of honeysuckle, orange blossom and a range of citrus. The palate carries both Asian and Bosc pear with grapefruit, orange zest and juicy lemon flavors. There are floral notes both on the nose and the palate with an overall rounded texture and medium acidity. Enjoy a chilled bottle as a spring apéritif. This is a pleasant partner to salads, appetizers, seafood, chicken or spicy or well-seasoned foods like Moroccan, Thai or Indian.

This is medium plus to full bodied with loads of orchard fruits -- apricot, apple and ripe pear, along with hints of flowers, chalk and chamomile, ending with glazed apple notes. The texture is roundish with plenty of juicy acidity and a touch of salty minerality.

On the nose, this white Burgundy gives notes of toasty oak and pineapple. On the palate, there are apples, pears, almond and anise, along with minerality. This wine offers good intensity, and is medium to plus in body with moderate acidity. A great food wine!

This wine is bright with aromas of lemon, tangerine, and candied citrus peel. It is clean on the palate with crisp acidity, medium body, and notes of green pear, lime, mixed florals, and subtle grassiness.

Lovely floral aromas, mineral, and touches of applewood emerge on the nose of this richer-style Gruner. It’s lightly spritzy on the palate and the jasmine stands out, supported by ripe apricot and tree fruit.

This Chenin Blanc blend has great texture and waxy aromas of dried peaches, apricots and ripe citrus supported by touches of spice and good length on the palate.

This wine is composed of equal parts sweet, ripe berries and stony minerality. There is a light earthiness, integrated tannins, refreshing acidity and very good density. It's perfectly balanced! Fruit of blueberries, blackberries, plums and black raspberries mix with some forest bramble. This is indicative of the Northern Rhone (winery in Cornas), but it's composed of Gamay.

A parade of fresh red fruit dominates the aromas, supported by red licorice and a light mix of herbs. Red cherries and raspberries mingle with notes of black olives and leather on a medium weight frame. Fine tannins and a persistent thread of acidity runs throughout, keeping this wine fresh and balanced.

The nose offers light raspberry and forest underbrush, with food-friendly acidity and structure on the palate. There is nothing unripe or overripe on the palate but there is good density and concentration.

This is a riper more modern style of Burgundy, making it very approachable to new Burgundy drinkers, with ripe red fruited aromas, cherries, tobacco, and candied cranberries. A medium bodied and savory pinot with plum, raspberry, medium acid, and grippy tannins.

From the producer: Blackberry, bacon, graphite, blueberry, rose. With the 2021 vintage, I have reverted to the intrinsic character of my first Côtes du Rhône from 1997 to 2000. This intense, energetic Syrah with its crimson hue is fresh with ‘espressivo cantabile’ aromas of red berry fruits and a rounded palate.

Aromas are smoky with a bit of earth and burnt sugar, mulberry, cassis red fruits, and something wildly Alpine and foresty. The palate is juicy and fresh, with wild berry flavors, spiced plum, cloves, herbal notes, and a slight herbaceousness. Moderate acidity and tannins. This is a wine with soul, medium bodied with a long finish.

This elegantly perfumed Pinot Noir is savory with nice density of flavor and color with a layers of flavors. One will find dry earth, violets, spiced plums, mulling spices and ripe cranberry. The texture is medium in weight with fine tannins and a fresh finish.

This appassimento wine uses dried grapes to concentrate the flavors. It is soft and supple in texture with velvety tannins on a medium frame. Stewed black and red fruits are accompanied by light tobacco and spice and a touch of smoke. Notes of blackberry, black cherries, and dates follow through to spices and dried herbs on the finish.

From the Producer: “This organic Chianti spends little time in oak, unlike many of its Tuscan siblings. This gives the Sangiovese grape the chance to express its pure red cherry and plum character and a delicately spiced finish. Smooth, ripe and fresh this will accompany a Pasta al Ragù just perfectly.”

Concentrated aromas of red fruit leather with slight floral and smoky notes emerge on the nose. The palate is red-fruited with raspberry and plum supported by touches of smoky minerals and tea-like tannins. This is medium-bodied with a silky, elegant texture.

A classic Chianti style, structured with balanced tannin and acidity, clean and smooth.  A pleasant smoky, savory and mixed cherry nose, with balanced fruit on the palate. 

Mirroring the Cà d'Maté blend, Munaloss is a perfectly balanced Nebbiolo (80%) Croatina (20%) wine. Shimmering, bright and delightful, it is phenomenal for its price point. It has so much verve with gorgeous, bursting red fruits, alpine herbs and a mouth-watering blood orange acidity.

Aromas are big, smoky, and spicy with blackberry, dark chocolate, and a hint of licorice. The palate has a nice lift and acidity, with flavors that match the aromas, including the pepper and blackberry. Medium plus in body with a persistent finish. The wine spends a year in American and French oak, with a further four months in bottle.

Wine Spectator, 94 Points: A bright yet firmly structured Chianti Classico, with iron, leather, almond and floral accents surrounding a core of cherry fruit. Sleek and intense, with a lingering finish echoing cherry, red berry and mineral notes. Best from 2024 through 2040. 4,500 cases imported.

With bold fruit flavors and accents of sweet spice, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre form the base of the classic Rhône Red Blend, while Carignan, Cinsault and Counoise often come in to play. Though they originated from France’s southern Rhône Valley, with some creative interpretation, Rhône blends have also become popular in other countries. Somm Secret—Putting their own local spin on the Rhône Red Blend, those from Priorat often include Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. In California, it is not uncommon to see Petite Sirah make an appearance.

Complex mixed berry aromas with spice: blackberry, damson plum, Bing cherry are intense and concentrated but quite fresh. There’s a touch of allspice and white pepper as well. The flavors continue the aromatic profile, both fruity and spicy.  This delicious wine is nicely ripe, yet restrained: it has fruit (blackberry, raspberry), spice and structuring elements; all well balanced. It is medium-plus in body with a very long finish.

Complex aromas of dark cherry, plum, forest floor, cured meat, chalk and flowers. The palate is refreshing with blueberry, acai berries, red cherry, plum and cigar box flavors. Its tannins are soft and integrated with notes of cinnamon and nutmeg on the refreshing finish.

Aromas of macerated cherries and crushed rocks. On the palate, this medium-plus body wine has depth and complexity with flavors of spice, mulled berries, clove, macerated cherries and mulberries. It is slightly rustic with medium acidity and medium tannins.

This classic Rioja is a crowd-pleaser with its plummy, black cherry, and old-world earthy notes that transfer to the palate where they are joined by baking spice and dried herbs. Its quaffable, well-integrated and smooth on a medium-bodied frame.

Aromas are of red cherry, black cherry, plum, prune, rosemary and cinnamon. The palate gives complex flavors that include black cap raspberries and blackberries, along with cinnamon and cedar spice, Italian herbs, wood notes and a sweet smokiness. The finish in this delicious "baby Barolo" is long and structured.

Aromas of stewed and fresh blackberries, red and purple flowers, vanilla, black pepper and minerality greet you on the nose. This is medium to fuller bodied with fresh blackberry, black cap raspberry, bittersweet chocolate, tobacco and graphite. Lifting acidity and integrated acidity make this a wonderful food wine.

The nose gives aromas of red and black cherry, baked raspberry pie, cranberry, meat, garrigue and smoke. It smells Italian! The palate is medium weight with strawberries, berry seeds, violets, mineral and camp fire. It has a softer structure than you might expect from Nebbiolo, with integrated acidity and tannins. A long, balsamic finish completes the package.

Rustic aromas of warm earth, barn, worn leather, and herbs complement ripe red fruits (cranberry, red currant and cooked strawberry) on the nose. More red fruit on the palate is supported by fresh acid and integrated tannins providing a pleasing mouthfeel. Touches of spice and earthy minerals round out the finish.

This cote du rhone presents aromas of smoke, dark fruit, and spice. Medium plus in body, with dark fruit, black currants, blackberries, dark chocolate, and wonderfully rounded tannins.

Aromas include ripe dark cherry, coffee, and a touch of smoke. The flavors echo the aromas with earthy blackberries, ripe black cherries and barbeque notes. This is ripe, savory and robust, yet stays balanced with a velvety mouthfeel.

This does not use carbonic maceration or added sulfur, yet it remains fragrant, clean, and juicy. Aromatically there are lightly smoky cherries and raspberry tea notes. The palate is medium bodied with medium plus acidity and integrated tannins giving a soft mouthfeel. There are flavors of red raspberries, plums and cherries, along with minerality.

This Tempranillo, Merlot, Garnacha blend is a serious wine, its black fruits (cherry and raspberry) bonding with graphite, iron, dark earth, and chocolate aromas. The palate is medium bodied; its concentration and complexity emerge with exposure to air. It finishes with a touch of forest floor and smoke framed by food-friendly tannins.

This is quite likeable and enticing with mixed dark berries, black plum, smoke, with touches of violet and black pepper. The medium-bodied palate boasts plum and blueberry flavors supported by denser flavors of herbs, pepper, amaro spice and dark soil. This wine is juicy, tasty, with soft, dusty tannins and old world charm.

This wine gives fruit forward flavors of ripe blueberry and cherry as well as elegant oak notes.

This wine is from phylloxera-free vineyards with unirrigated grapes, giving it a pronounced personality. Fresh red and cooked cherries, spiced plums, and light balsamic notes characterize the aromas. The palate is medium to medium plus in body with macerated cherries and raspberries, plum molasses, and some vanilla and cinnamon. This wine has a level of minerality that reflecting its volcanic soil but is balanced with round tannins and a long finish.

Intense aromas of dark bramble fruit and blackcaps with fresh herbs. There is some green pepper, tobacco, and leather as well. The palate is deep, full, and very smooth.

This is a ripe and slightly brooding Blaufankisch with blackberry, blackcap raspberry, and dark currant fruit combining with scents of espresso and dark chocolate. The taste echoes the nose but with added complexity of black pepper, leather, seasoned oak and juicy acidity. This is medium bodied, yet flavorful.

Aromas of cherry skin and cooked cherries, iron and a hint of smoke/tobacco introduce this Croatian wine. It is just over medium weight with dark cherry, plum, and black currant fruit structured by slightly grippy tannins and juicy acidity. There are slightly smoky and dried herb notes chiming in on the palate, finishing with wild red berries and baking spice.

Deeply fruited with red and black fruit, hint of wild herbs and lovely olive notes that rides some applewood smoke. Supple tannin and a stony finish with moderate acidity provide texture and offers enough delicacy that makes it easy to like. It is a plump wine that can be sipped casually or savored with heavier protein.

This Barbaresco is soft and enjoyable on the palate with clean aromas of bright red fruit, freshly picked rose petals and hints of savory spice. The wine’s soft tannins and well-integrated acidity make it incredibly enjoyable when served by-the-glass or with a myriad of rich and/or spicy foods.

Quite fresh like brambly raspberry juice.  This un-fined and unfiltered, light red is slightly structured and refreshing when served with a slight chill.

The nose and palate of this medium- to fuller-bodied wine are similar: Brandied fruit (blackberries, black cap raspberries, cherries), rose petal, grilled nuts, garrigue, and pepper. Medium in both acid and tannin, it is supple, fresh, and easy to drink.

A rich garnet red in color. The nose offers blackcurrant and blueberry with hints of green pepper and balsamic flavors. Fluid with a full flavor, it’s juicy in the mouth with firm, finely grained tannins and a relatively solid character.

Aromas of smoke and spice, black olive and black cherry. The palate has a lovely texture deriving from fine tannins. Grapes, blackberries, and light spice as well as a hint of tapenade, make up the flavors.

Seductive notes of earth, turned leaves, and dark wild blackberries greet you on the nose of this Cru Beaujolais. The medium bodied wine follows the nose with fresh fruit of blueberry, blackberry and black raspberries, along with an equal dose of mineral, stone and earth.  This is juicy with crisp acidity and fine tannins.

A very traditional Burgundy with an open body and loads of fruit to boot. The palette follows the nose with red and black cherries, tinges of earth, finishing with round tannins and the complexity that comes with age.

Ripe black and red fruit including plum and raspberry on the palate. Tannins are medium plus but well integrated, showing aging potential. Fruit, bramble, and spice notes mingle to create a well-balanced wine.

Aromas are of dark fruit like blackberry, black cherry and cassis with black olives and thyme. This wine is easy to like with dried red cherries, tart plum, blueberries and strawberry leather. There is the taste of real leather as well, with dried flowers and dried herbs. The texture is medium bodied with medium plus acidity and delivers some black tea like tannins.

"Mineral-accented dark fruit and floral aromas are energized by a jolt of spicy black pepper. Fleshy, juicy and nicely concentrated, offering finely etched boysenberry, cherry and floral pastille flavors that tighten up on the back half. Densely packed yet energetic as well, finishing with sharp clarity, smooth tannins and strong persistence. Made from fruit grown on the granitic soils of Saint-Jean-du-Muzols."

From the producer: A bowl of summer fruits including sweet blackberries, raspberries, black olives and pomegranates which are highlighted by black pepper, violets and fresh green olive scents that develop and evolve with air. Vivacious and bright in the mouth with real density of flavor and concentration from the long cool growing season.

An experimental wine made by fermenting and aging organic Aglianico in untreated clay amphora, Titolo by Amphora channels the grape’s natural power into a soft and supremely nuanced wine. As the amphora become seasoned year after year, the wine takes on a fuller body after its 18-month aging regimen.

For the 2021 vintage, Louis hand-selected some of his favorite Rhône barrels (or pièces), bottled and aged them at Saint Cosme, and then shipped them with utmost care to our Finger Lakes estate to share with you. These barrels came directly from Louis’ estate Château de Rouanne, and possess the intensity, complexity, and depth

On the nose, this Moroccan blend of Syrah Tempranillo has dense blackberry, caramel, vanilla, butterscotch and a touch of smoke. The palate is more lifted and structured than the nose suggests, with blackberry, smoke, dried flower pedal, and rose.

This is a great-value, Italian version of Zinfandel. The nose is lifted with floral aromas balancing the dark berries. On the palate, the fruit remains dark and rich with smoke, toast and cherry cola notes. Well balanced and rounded in texture, this is a fun party or camp fire wine!

A refreshing, Summery, light bodied red, notes of crunchy strawberry, raspberry, red currants, tart cherries with slight wood spice. Great for summer BBQ's. This crisp red is perfect with a chill.

This Austrian red is fresh with red and black cherry and raspberry fruit. It is lightly smoky, earthy and even a touch funky. The wine is just over medium weight with moderate acidity and soft tannins. You'll find it a delicious example of Blaufrankisch that's beautifully balanced.

Rich, dark berry aromas jump from the glass with touches of floral, dusty/earthy notes. Juicy and light to medium in body on the palate; flavors include more earthy-mineral notes and raspberry coulis. This could take a light chill on its way to a picnic.

Ripe black and blue berry, baking spice and cocoa aromas lead to similar notes on the palate. Flavors include chocolate-covered black cherries, cedar, licorice and nutmeg. It's medium in body and acidity with soft, integrated tannins.

Need a lighter red wine? This smooth and fine red blend from the Italian Alps offers attractive mixed cherry/blackberry fruit with plenty of minerality and a hint of savory herbs. It is just under medium weight, fresh, lifted, and silky-- a wonderful foil for spicy foods or lighter dishes when you're craving a red wine. Enjoy with a slight chill.

From the vineyards on the outskirts of Šibenik, Croatia, comes this Babic by winemaker Ivica Piližota. Aged for 6-8 months in large Slavonian oak, this Babic gives us aromas of ripe dark fruit, particularly blackberries, blueberries, plums, and figs. These aromas are accompanied by the typical earthiness and barnyard of the Babic grape, which is what gives this wine a certain body weight. The palate is traditional Babic – smooth, yet firm, mouthwatering acidity. It is gamey, and its petite tannins allow for a gentle finish.

Aromatic, sweet and fruity with strawberry preserves, grapes, and minerality. The texture is balanced and restrained for Rasteau with potpourri, minerality and red cherries.  This wine’s restraint and supple tannins make it an ideal food partner.

Black and red cherry fruit on the nose with additional notes of Italian spices and dark florals. The palate is medium- bodied with fine attractive tannins and flavors of cherry, tree bark and savory herbs.

This Spanish red blend has pronounced aromas of dark fruits, raspberry coulis, baking spices, and black olives that extend onto the palate. This is light garnet in color with scents of mushrooms, red berries and orange zest notes. The palate has more strawberry, fresh red cherry and red cherry candy with nice structure and lively tannins that seems petillant. The palate has slight funk, dry earth and medium body with medium acidity.

Aromas are soft and subtle with touches of nectarine, strawberry and wet stones. The palate has more powerful ripe strawberry, raspberry, and peach flavors. It's fuller bodied with a rounded mouthfeel and juicy acidity to balance the ripeness, leading to a long, succulent lemon finish.

Very enticing strawberry candy and dried rose petal aromas jump from the glass. The palate echoes the nose with succulent ripe strawberries and cotton candy notes. Refreshing acidity on entry helps to balance the long creamy finish of this fruit-forward, dry wine.

Clean, invigorating notes of silex on the nose showcase the limestone soils of the Rouanne vineyard. The aromas and flavors develop as the wines opens to reveal wild strawberry and fresh thyme – a complex and flavorful sparkling rosé.

This sparkling wine offers aromatics of apple, pear and melon. It is generous, fruit forward and ripe with good concentration of apple and white peach. Completely dry, yet lush and . tasty with a long finish.

This cava is pretty, delicate and very pear forward. The palate is clean and refreshing with light florality, stone fruits, lime zest and citrus pith with some nectarine and herbal notes.

A fun Spanish vermut spritz that smells like fresh dates, apricots, orange zest and shortbread cookies. The palate is delicious and almost brandy like with apple butter, fig newton, white raisins and white tea with some caramel. This is crushable with the right amount of bitter.

Ripe and concentrated with apple butter, quince paste and poached pear and a touch of toasted macadamia nut. The palate is round with golden apricot, and almond notes.

Crunchy green aromas of parsley, lime juice, tart crunchy apple, green peppercorn and a little floral. The palate has nice mousse with tight bubbles and good texture. Flavors are a little savory with roasted barley, shortbread and clean wet stone minerality. As it opened, it revealed more fruit with ripe apricot and bosc pear; nicely complex for the money!

Medium to full-bodied with good concentration and density. Bright apricot, pineapple and golden apple join with a savory chamomile note and a touch of honey in this creamy and lush, dry, impressive, organic sake.

Fruity yet delicate with pleasant aromas of green apple, pear and hints of anise. There are secondary notes of pear, mint, and bright tropical fruit. The palate has some sesame seed, meadow flowers and is very easy and pleasing. Smooth dry and light on entry with honeysuckle, minerality, creamy apple and a long finish. This delicious, organic junmai daiginjo sake is delicious with food.

The nose on this Normandy Perry is very attractive and lightly savory, apple skins, and pear juice. The palate is very elegant, with nice bubbles, medium body, and lifted acidity. It is lively and dry, the pears present like a finer cider. A clean and lovely way to relish in or reminisce the fall weather!

This Normandy perry presents lovely caramelized aromas of burnt sugar, apple butter, apple tarte, and creme brulee. The palate is slightly oxidized and off dry with pear creme brulee, cooked pears, apple sauce, and beautiful acidity. Sherry and keeved cider lovers will adore!
