The aromas begin soft and subtle, but then open  up with pure white flowers and citrus fruits, especially pink grapefruit. The palate is concentrated with citrus, poached pear and gooseberry and has profound notes of minerality and brisk acidity with touches of salt. This wine is sharp, precise and racy--a great alternative to Chablis.
