This Late Harvest Riesling is crafted in the traditional German Spätlese style, with natural sweetness balanced by lively acidity. The outcome is a wine with an elegant yet luscious nose, followed by a generous palate of crisp ripe stone fruit and floral notes, lingering into a long, naturally sweet finish. 4.3% residual sugar.

Citrus and pear aromas with clean crisp minerality. The palate has great density and a rounder creamier style with apple and orchard fruit. This is fleshy and clearly comes from a warmer site in Chavignol.

Bright tropical fruit aromas accompany fragrant floral tones on the nose. Subtle herbal notes on the palate combine with a salinity that reflects the wine’s seaside origin. Light almond notes and a slight bitterness add complexity to this well-executed wine.

The wine presents aromas of peach, citrus, apricot pit, petrol and wet stone. On the palate, honeyed pear, peach and citrus combine with citrus and wet slate for a dry, minerally finish.

From the distributor: “On the palate, it's fruity, lively and round, fatty and long : all the freshness and polish of marble. We find aromas of hawthorn, honeysuckle and elderberry, white peach and flint.” This wine is showing excellent complexity with six years of age on it. It’s still brigh, focused and fresh with orchard fruit and balanced oak notes, good density and a mineral backbone.

This is classic Macon with its balance between orchard fruits and minerality. The wine starts out with aromas of apple, pear and citrus, moving on to similar fruits on the palate along with lemon curd, butter and stone. This medium-bodied white is clean and fresh with just-right density and acidity to accommodate a variety of foods or enjoy as an apéritif.

This deeply floral attractive nose is not weighty but very sexy. It smells like tangerine and ginger and wildflowers. The palate has some honeyed qualities and it does carry some residual sugar but is balanced with the spiciness on the finish. This has a complex palate and continues to delivery savory white tea, and dried herbs with traditional lychee. From the producer: pale yellow colour. The nose shows a restraint, almost mineral, smoky aromatic expression, so typical from a limestone soil. It eventually opens up and reveals ripe citrus, exotic fruits in a very elegant way. The palate shows a surprising freshness and acidity, and finishes with a balanced delicate sweetness. Clearly this wine will benefit from further ageing in order to allow it to express its full potential.

Unctuous and rich without being sweet, this white blend provides a viscous mouthfeel that is dense and packed with orchard and tropical fruit flavors. The wine is bright and clean with notes of apricot, apple, lychee and peach "on steroids." There's some minerality and enough acid to keep it balanced and make one go back for sip after sip. A touch of florality lurks in the background of this luscious white.

Softly fruited on then entry with apple, quince, and ripe pear with light toast. The ripe but not fruity palate is medium weight with cream, almost pineapple and some leesy buttery qualities.

rom the producer: This is 2021 Napa Valley Chardonnay is bright and lively with fresh notes of lemon verbena, orange blossom, Golden Delicious apple, and Asian pear, with Tarte Tatin and brioche toast. Mouthwatering and crisp, the palate is focused with a lean backbone of acidity balanced by layers of honeysuckle, hazelnut, and white peach, all supported by a round, creamy mouthfeel. The long, persistent finish offers a slight flintiness that is inviting and intriguing, encouraging sip after sip. Elegant and graceful, it’s an exemplary Chardonnay sure to please many a discriminating palate.

Aromas of baked apple, light peach, citrus and crushed rocks. The palate is medium in weight with a round creamy texture, and flavors of golden apple, pears, citrus oil and lanolin. The acidity is medium and the finish long.

This wine gives floral and savory aromatics. On the palate, there is peach and apricot, hazelnut, hay, and white flowers. Dense, round, full and juicy with a light bitterness, you will seek glass after glass!

Precise orchard fruits abound in the glass; golden delicious apple, spiced lemon curd, ripe apricot and hints of vanilla. The wine is nicely balanced with bright acidity and a satiating finish. With air, it grows more powerful and dense, giving richer flavors like peaches and cream. 

Aromatics overdeliver with rosemary, ripe peaches and cream and yellow apple. This is nicely concentrated and very textural; quite rich and creamy. The flavors continue through with quince, spiced poached pear, tarragon and minerality. This wine has great personality with a more Burgundian style than Loire. The finish is long and intense with medium plus body and character!

Aromas of apple skin, vanilla, pear, chalk and minerality. The palate is complex with notes of citrus, Granny Smith apple, toast, coconut macaroon, wet stones, chalk and apple skin. It has a creamy texture with medium-plus acidity and a long finish with notes of lemon curd and wood spice.

Rich, unique and complex on the palate, this fuller bodied white offers some dried herbs, fresh flowers, spiced apple and vanilla flavors supporting and a round biscuit-like finish.

This aromatic wine gives notes of nectarine, peach, apricot and truffle. On the palate, it is medium plus or more in weight with flint, nectarine, peach, apricot, lemon curd, vanilla cream and herbs. While juicy and succulent, it is also round and textural with a savory note of truffle. Very, very tasty!

This beautifully fresh Albarino has aromas of almond, cream and yellow pear. Medium plus in body, it has some savory flavors such as white tea and herb joining fruits of green apple, pear and citrus. There are also mineral notes of flint and chalk in this clean, fresh, elegant and mouthwatering white.

Nicely ripe aromatics that deliver ripe pineapple and papaya with some light toast notes and wood spice. The palate is quite powerful with cream and baking spice flavors that lingers.

This richer, creamier style of Sauvignon Blanc offers dense, ripe yellow apple, pear and nectarine flavors. The low yields show in its flavor saturation, yet it remains juicy and crisp with minerality and touches of lemon lingering through the finish.

Aromas of nectarine, white peach and fresh orchard melange greet you in the glass. They're vibrant and bright and so is the wine on the palate. It's succulent, juicy and densely packed with yellow fruits with light notes of honey, herb and almond. The texture is creamy, supple and stays energetic at the same time. A wonderful wine for seafood and white meats. It can also take bold seasonings.

Generous scents of apricot, apple blossom, and lemon introduce this wine. It is medium-plus in body, creamy, round, and reminiscent of buttery apple pie. On the palate, good fruit intensity joins with notes of preserved lemon, vanilla, savory herbs and white tea, all balanced by moderate, juicy acidity.

This wine is composed of equal parts sweet, ripe berries and stony minerality. There is a light earthiness, integrated tannins, refreshing acidity and very good density. It's perfectly balanced! Fruit of blueberries, blackberries, plums and black raspberries mix with some forest bramble. This is indicative of the Northern Rhone (winery in Cornas), but it's composed of Gamay.

This has dark fruits, especially black raspberry and loads of minerality at the same time. It is lightly smoky with stone, singed herb and subtle espresso notes. The tannins are extremely fine and the acidity is crisp with a touch of orange rind keeping it fresh. A wonderful example of cool climate Syrah!

Earthy aromas include bramble, mineral, garrigue, smoke, berry coolis and plum.  The palate is medium-plus in body with nice ripeness but not too heavy or overoaked. Flavors of red cherry and black currant, a touch of underbrush and black fruit supported by sleek slightly grippy tannins and juicy acidity lingering on the finish. This smells like an old underground cellar with still some tartness and violets. This wine would be an excellent gift or an alternative to a quality Cotes du Rhone.

The nose provides a complex interplay of dark, steeped berries, black pepper, clove, and warming spices. This is medium-plus in body and very softly textured with well-integrated tannins. Plums, mulberries, and blackberries combine with pleasing baking spices and light minerality.

This gives aromas of tobacco and blueberry. It is medium weight and quite dark in color for such a rainy vintage (2021). There are flavors of black currants, smoke, toast, violets and lavender. This has a bit of rusticity with tannins that are fine to medium, just lightly grainy in texture.

Dark fruited with macerated black cherries, raisin and strawberry jam flavors, along with warm earth, dark chocolate, fig, and Mediterranan herbs. This is medium weight or slightly more with just-right acidity.

Aromas are minerally with red cherry and raspberry  Structured with medium tannins and acid, this wine is still youthful but complex.  Flavors suggest warm eath, iron, baking spice, and ripe red fruit. Pair with richer foods, decant, or cellar this delicious Tempranillo.

Aromas of black cherry, earth and faint smoke lead to a medium weight Cabernet Franc with black berry and black cherry fruit that is fresh, pure and slightly candied, with a touch of minerality. This has moderate acidity and a very fine texture.

This red begins with some earthy notes of oregano, cured black olives and forest floor. The fruit is mostly black with cocoa-dusted berries and black currants filling in the formidable tannic and acid structure that surrounds the wine. Saparavi originated in the country of Georgia and has found a comfortable place in the Finger Lakes. It is a teinturier grape, meaning that the skin gives considerable color to the wine. This is a good food partner, especially with heartier dishes.

Pale looking in the glass, this wine is ripe with integrated tannins and medium acidity. Flavors and aromas are similar with interesting layers of savory bark, sassafras, truffles, and light toast to blend with cranberry, red cherry, and slight milk chocolate. The finish is long and the cherry notes fade pleasantly. 

Smoky, silky elegance with scents of dark berries, flowers, herbs, pepper and anise. Exotic and textured, this is a deep, complex and rich wine with wild fruit (black and red raspberries and plums) along with black pepper and a long finish with great tannins.

Aromatics of red fruits and rose petal are classic for this grape. On the palate, there are red cherries and red currants along with spices. This is medium weight and has a mix of rounder tannins on the attack and some youthful, drying tannins on the finish.

Rich and plush, with concentrated cherry tart, plum pudding and dark currant flavors that are well-structured, showing cocoa powder and allspice accents on the open-textured finish. Drink now through 2025. – Wine Spectator, 91 Points

Aromatics of black cherry, dried cranberries, truffle and bark are subtle and classic. This Pinot is fairly dense and chewy, medium plus in body with fine textural tannins and integrated acid. Fruit of macerated black and red cherries, cassis, black tea and spicy cinnamon are its calling card.

Our notes: Aromas are of plum, black cherry, earth and truffle. This is medium weight with black cherry, raspberry and plum fruit that's ripe, not tart. It is fresh with mostly pure fruit and a touch of cooked as well. There are hints of orange, cinnamon and chalk. Tannins are nicely rounded. From the producer: The beautiful deep ruby-violet colors of the Pinot Noir wine give way to aromas of very ripe red fruits (cherry, blackberry and raspberry). The nose is intense and well integrated, with aromas of cooked red fruits and roasted coffee beans. There are also hints of graphite and cinnamon. Very round and smooth on the attack, with tight tannins on the palate. In the mouth come flavors of smoke and prune. This wine is ready to drink, but could also be kept for some years.

Good richness in the glass with aromatics of dark berries, toast, and chocolate. The palate is concentrated but refined in quality and texture with classy oak use and moderate – albeit appropriately – grippy tannin structure. This wine is polished with plum fruit, smoky bacon, and vanilla notes lingering through the finish.

Aromas are meaty and deep, offering black cap raspberries, blackberry compote, and smoke. In the mouth, this wine is deep black and sleek, dark fruited and savory (black currant and espresso) as well as textured (suave tannins and fresh acidity). All elements are well integrated, along with herbal/vegetal notes and touches of light earth mineral and stone. This medium-plus bodied wine is fresh and superbly balanced. What a beauty!

Aromas include baking spice, leather and freshly turned earth.  On the palate, this fuller-bodied wine offers dense, dark fruit flavors supported by savory earthy/meaty notes and more cigar spice lingering on the complex finish.

This wine is called Durif as the second name for Petit Sirah. This fruit is grown locally on the West side of Seneca lake. The aromas are of purple and blue fruit; plum, blueberry, blackcap and fruit leather with some medium weight, medium acidity and medium tannins. This is clean, lightly brambly and put with no oak flavors.

Smokey aromatics with raspberry, roasted red pepper, tobacco and some violet florals. The palate is medium with smoke echoing the aromas. This wine has flavors dark berries, dark chocolate, black pepper, with medium acidity and some grippy tannins that come together with the smokey finish.

Mixed berries on the nose and the palate. There is nice spice integration with medium tannins and integrated acidity with darker fruit like plum, black cherries, and blackberries.

This wine presents minerally, ripe raspberry and plum fruit with integrated acid, giving a seamless, beautiful texture that finishes with some youthful tannins. A lightly savory note threads through the wine, adding complexity. This is medium weight with attractive red fruits of strawberry, cherry, raspberry and pomegranate along with herbs, truffle, earth, chalk and minerality. The wine is crisp with fine tannins and fruit that stays bright and present through the finish.

This has very dark fruit with vanilla and wood spice aromas. The palate is integrated and velvety with baking spice, toast, smoky red cherry and other dark fruits. This is very appealing and has brightness with depth and elegance. This vegan wine would make an excellent gift.

This plush and saturated wine gives a range of purple fruits such as plums, black cap raspberries, cherries and mulberries. The fruit is joined with some baking spice, cinnamon, bramble and black tea. Structuring acidity provides framework for this medium-plus bodied wine. It ends with a cherry note on the finish.

Aromas of stewed and fresh blackberries, red and purple flowers, vanilla, black pepper and minerality greet you on the nose. This is medium to fuller bodied with fresh blackberry, black cap raspberry, bittersweet chocolate, tobacco and graphite. Lifting acidity and integrated acidity make this a wonderful food wine.

This medium to lighted bodied red offers red cherry and strawberry fruit along with notes of mineral, stone and light spice. The fruit is fresh and you'll find fine to medium tannins that provide structure.

This wine offers aromas of red cherry, chalk and savory, wild scents. It is medium weight with cherry, plum, raspberry, chalk, herbs and forest floor. The tannins are fine to medium in texture.

You’ll find smoky aromas with black currant and black cherry fruit as well as some barrel notes. Less smoky in the mouth, this gives pure black cherry fruit along with light toast and minerality. Its medium weight with smooth tannins and great balance, showing both ripeness and some lifting, tart black fruits.

This is quite aromatic, offering sweet wood, dark fruit--blackberry, blueberry, spiced cherry, plum--and cedar, all nicely integrated, with each sniff providing something more and different. This rich, plush red offers rich blackberry and currant aromas with touches of leather and tobacco.  Aromas and flavors weave together seamlessly with sweet black currant,  blackcap raspberry and blackberry seeds joining touches of espresso, graphite and smoke to linger on the long, ripe finish. This wine is at once brooding and accessible!

This wine is rich and dark for Montepulciano. On the nose, it offers purple and black fruit aromas mixed with earth. The palate is concentrated with fruit of dried black currants, kirsch, and black cap raspberries, along with barn, black olive and bittersweet chocolate notes. The medium-plus-bodied palate is soft on entry with lightly grippy tannins, integrated acidity and a long finish.

The nose gives aromas of red and black cherry, baked raspberry pie, cranberry, meat, garrigue and smoke. It smells Italian! The palate is medium weight with strawberries, berry seeds, violets, mineral and camp fire. It has a softer structure than you might expect from Nebbiolo, with integrated acidity and tannins. A long, balsamic finish completes the package.

Aromas and flavors of rhubarb and cranberry, with citrus and crushed rocks. This is a thirst-quenching bone-dry crisp wine that will be great for almost any meal.

Medium plus aromatics with meyer lemon, brioche, biscuit, white flowers, soft apple, fresh baked bread and white tea. The palate has a round almost waxy texture. A long finish with a persistent bead and mineral notes with fresh citrus zest. Such a complex sparkling wine!

Clean, invigorating notes of silex on the nose showcase the limestone soils of the Rouanne vineyard. The aromas and flavors develop as the wines opens to reveal wild strawberry and fresh thyme – a complex and flavorful sparkling rosé.

Seductive and shimmering, the light rosé color pulls you into its fragrant fruitiness. Strawberries and tart cherries circled by mouthwatering shale minerality completes this sunny and sophisticated wine.

This traditional sparkling half bottle is full of butter biscuit aromas with some membrillo on top. There are notes of blueberry and whipped cream with soft citrus and yellow apple notes. The palate has a bursting bead with white pepper and more blueberry, white flowers with a long mineral finish.

This sparkling wine offers aromatics of apple, pear and melon. It is generous, fruit forward and ripe with good concentration of apple and white peach. Completely dry, yet lush and . tasty with a long finish.

The wine spends around a year on its lees before disgorgement with the result being a more youthful and fresh wine than Champagne which is lively and strikingly aromatic. Tropical fruits are more prevalent here with pineapple, glazed stone fruits and mango flavours. Hints of hazelnuts and sweet spice conclude beautifully on the palate.

Classic aromas of apple, biscuits and toast with additional complex berry notes. There is strawberry on the palate as well with brioche, orange zest, and apple. The texture is soft and creamy with juicy acid. This is very tasty and succulent!

This is a pretty wine with pink grapefruit, grapefruit pith and tart red currants. Done in a pet nat style this is crisp and refreshing.

Round and clean with concentrated ripe fresh apple. This does not have much leesy or biscuit flavors but does have a round texture with pear and quince with minerality. This sparkling is very good and would work well if someone does not like champagne.

Coconut and lime with a sweet and subtle and apricot note. The aromas smell creamy and reminiscent of caraway. The palate shows brighter citrus notes, namely lime zest and a slight nutty and white chocolate finish.

From the Distributor: Sake superwoman Miho Imada uses citric acid-packed white koji in the production of this sake, evocative of the lemon tree lined coastline of Hiroshima – known to some as Japan’s answer to the Amalfi coast. Heirloom tomatoes have never tasted better than paired with these bright and fruity bubbles.

Classic notes of juniper and cucumber with fresh lemon but delivery some white tropical fruits. The palate has some sweetness naturally from the honey but also black pepper, cardamom and finishes creamy.

More bitter than Cappelletti and Contratto Bitter. Flavors are more in the "brown" range (woodsiness, pine resin, roots, bark, sassafras and savory notes). Mouthwateringly bitter.

From Haus Alpenz Importer/Distributor: Averell is an exceptionally bright liqueur—the fresh-pressed juice of heirloom Damson Plums married to a botanical gin marked by juniper, warm winter spices, bay leaf and ginger. Delicious with seltzer, sparkling wine or ginger beer, in both hot and cold black tea, or on its own, over ice. The history of the Damson dates to the dawn of civilization. Prized by the Romans and Crusaders, its cultivation spread throughout Europe and later to the orchards of North American colonial settlers who appreciated its nervy character: rich, intensely tart and slightly bitter. The Damson stands today as an endangered variety from a bygone era.

This Mezcal has a lovely balance of smoke and sweetness which makes it extremely approachable.

This digestif is very aromatic with alpine herbs but predominantly mint and spearmint. The palate is equally intense and mint driven with some dark fruits like date and fig represented with herbaceous qualities. 

On the nose, this is a combination of stewed jam, black pepper, medicinal notes, roots and bark. On the palate, it's a mix of sweet cherry and sassafras with twig/roots, black pepper, more earthiness and a light bitterness. Overall, it's less fruity than Aperol.

Aromas are of honey, apricot and chamomile along with a barley note with touches of maple and vanilla.The mouthfeel is nicely rounded and soft with a natural sweetness and similar flavors to the nose. It is smooth, well-integrated and not at all hot. 

This has a deep and complex smokiness balanced by a texture that is soft, round, creamy and integrates the herbal back notes.

A classic aromatic nose with lavender, juniper, rosemary, citrus and quinine. This is high-toned, sippable and silky with the palate delivering orange peel and pith, juniper berry, spearmint, and bilberry. This has a long lasting finish with lemon zest. Nicely rounded texture on the entry and just-right spice and sweetness on the ending.

Aroma: The first impression is herbal with hints of mint and anise, followed by white pepper and spices (cinnamon and clove), mild citrus notes. It allowed to breathe in the glass, apple and floral notes appear. Taste: Cooked agave, mint, pepper with a residual sweetness (white chocolate) and slight herbaceousness. It presents a long, finish, spicy and sweet at the same time, as well as very complex and rounded.

This appealing, soft, French gin gives notes of fig, fig leaves, a fruity  sweetness, black pepper and a creamy mouthfeel. It is as attractive on the palate as it's bottle.

This tequila has no additives and is a small production of grandson of Don Julio. This smells creamy, herbal spicy and clean. The palate is filling, with clean cotton, vanilla, dried herbs and some coriander. The finish is clean and almost creamy.

This is a more complex coffee liqueur than Godiva with less heaviness. It is viscous like molasses, thick and dark. It smells like chocolate, espresso, dates and roasted poppyseeds. The palate is delicious like mole sauce with coffee mousse, and coconut. This would be so much fun around the Holidays.

This gin is very smooth and complex! There are aromas of juniper, dandelion, lemon, golden raisins, coriander and cilantro. The palate is reminiscent of oak influence with black pepper, spices, grilled lime, anise and chamomile. It is soft and round mouthful with lingering spice. 

This Spanish Vermouth begins with aromas of baking spices, root beer and roasted nuts. On the palate, there are complex flavors that include bark, roots, cola, dried herbs, cinnamon, caramel, burnt orange and orange peel with a mild and pleasant bitterness balancing the light sweetness. The finish is clean and pleasant.
