From the producer: "The finest qualities of the estate are expressed in our Reserve Dry Riesling, an exclusive wine spotlighting unique characteristics from all three of our vineyard sites. Small selections of grapes are meticulously chosen from specifically identified lots, which are fermented separately and then blended to create the exquisite balance of juiciness, freshness, and minerality displayed in this specialty bottling. A brilliant, tangy nose heralds a burst of stone fruit and citrus zest on the palate. Fruit and minerality play into a lingering finish that continues to make the mouth water long after the wine is gone."

On the nose, ripe apple aromas mix with delicate smokiness. Medium-bodied, piquant and fresh, this is a complex , elegant and delicious Grüner Veltliner with subtle and integrated ripe yellow-fleshed tropical fruits, orchard fruits and melons. There is attractive leesiness and minerality as well as a round mouthfeel and juicy acidity. Despite its very different grape composition, this Gruner is reminiscent of white Burgundy.

Gobelsburg Schloss Ried Steinsetz Gruner Veltliner 2019
Dried pear and vanillan apple notes meld in a lightly buttery, crisp Finger Lakes Chardonnay made by Master Sommelier Christopher Bates and his father Robert Bates. This is closer to Burgundy than to warm climate Chardonnay and makes an excellent food partner.

Julien Brocard Chablis Vigne de la Boissonneuse 2019
This white Burgundy offers a light apple-cream-citrus combo on the nose. On the palate, it is mineral-driven with apple, stone and wood-spice notes melding seamlessly. Crisp and fresh at first, but with more air, touches of toast evolve. The finish is like fall apples, butter and understated oak. This is extremely versatile at the table--you'll want a sip after every bite of food because it provides that much relief and complement to all kinds of cuisine.

Domaine Frantz Chagnoleau Saint-Veran Prelude 2020
Austrian Riesling-- super precise and clean, plenty of minerality, yet there is an attractive ripeness and fruit contribution. Forge Bellows Dry Riesling 2020
"The 2018 Montlouis Les Argiles is bright, finely cut and remarkably nuanced. White orchard fruit, chalk, mint and white pepper give the Argiles a striking aromatic upper register. The Argiles, which emerges from clay-rich soils, impresses more with energy than the breadth I expected. Perhaps that will develop in bottle. This chiseled, finely-cut Chenin has a ton to offer. Bright saline notes punctuate the finish." -Vinous

Willakenzie Pinot Willamette 2017
96 Points – James Suckling “Some tea-bag and sweet-tobacco character to the dark-fruit and lightly toasted oak character on both the nose an the palate. Full-bodied, chewy and polished with a long flavorful finish. Fine, powedery tannins. Needs time to soften but already very pretty. Drink or hold” 95 Points – Jeb Dunnuck (formerly of Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate) “Currants, savory spices, dried flowers, charcoal, and loamy earth all emerge from the 2018 Syrah The Deal, which comes fr0m the Sundance Vineyard on the Wahluke Slope. Showing plenty of more savory, earthy notes, it hits the palate with medium to full-bodied richness, a rounded expansive texture, and ripe, polished tannins. It shows more elegant, streamlined style of the vintage, yet I love its balance. It’s going to benefit from 2-3 years of bottle age and keep for 10-12.”

K Vintners Syrah The Deal Sundance Vineayrd 2018
This red begins with some earthy notes of oregano, cured black olives and forest floor. The fruit is mostly black with cocoa-dusted berries and black currants filling in the formidable tannic and acid structure that surrounds the wine. Saparavi originated in the country of Georgia and has found a comfortable place in the Finger Lakes. It is a teinturier grape, meaning that the skin gives considerable color to the wine. This is a good food partner, especially with heartier dishes.
