Opening with bright fresh red berries, red clay earth and forest floor. The palate is focused and concentrated with good depth. It is medium plus in body with moderate acidity and rounded tannins. The flavors are layered with kirsch, mixed cherries, clove, toast, vanilla and baking spice with smoke.
