Aromas of cinnamon and gingerbread cookies mix with orange and apple. This is nicely round and viscous in the mouth without being heavy. The palate is reminiscent of molasses-ginger cookies with darker, cooked apple and burnt orange fruits blending with baking spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Lightly sweet with a kiss of pleasant bitterness. YUM!

A classic Vermouth from Piedmont, based on Piedmontese grapes including Muscat, infused with 30 different botanicals : absinthe, marjoram, linden, mint, cardamom, bitter orange peel, Madagascar bourbon vanilla, pepper, gentian flowers, elderberry, sage, cinchona. Notes of burnt orange, vanilla, honeydew,  and savory herbs. Refreshing and perfect on its own, spritzed or in a white negroni.
