Beautiful nose with such ripe and fruity notes of dark berries, sweeter blueberry compote and cocoa. The bit of Zinfandel adds to the flavors with smoke on the finish, black pepper and some cigar. This wine is smooth with soft tannins and balanced acidity. 

This wine is aged 9 months in barrel. 30% of oak use is new oak.
