Tasting Notes
This wine is aged in 80% neutral oak and tends towards bright ripe citrus fruit with some apple and pear. The palate offers some tropical notes with salinity and clove. This wine is complex, mineral driven and fresh with good intensity on the palate and a long finish. It is medium plus in body, clean and does not go through malolactic fermentation
