Aromas are of dark fruit like blackberry, black cherry and cassis with black olives and thyme. This wine is easy to like with dried red cherries, tart plum, blueberries and strawberry leather. There is the taste of real leather as well, with dried flowers and dried herbs. The texture is medium bodied with medium plus acidity and delivers some black tea like tannins.
