Aromatics of fresh green herbs, white pepper, spring peas and green melon introduce this wine. The palate is medium weight with good density for a Gruner Veltliner. Freshly grated lime zest greet the taster with pear, apple and wet stone minerality. The magic occurs on the palate with almost off-dry flavors of ripe peach, apricot, sundew melon, marzipan and yellow plum. The acidity is medium plus with a medium bodied frame that tastes riper than the aromas suggest.

Fruity, floral aromas and flavors of opal apples, cherry blossoms and apricot, with a supple, tangy, medium body and a polished and engaging long finish with shades of golden kiwi, ripe peach, pineapple, sultry with a long finish. The grape Pinotage is a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault. Aromas include blackberry, black currant and touches of espresso and smoke. This medium-weight wine has juicy blackberry and blueberry notes supported by distinctive and well-integrated liquid smoke flavors. It is nicely balanced with medium acidity and sleek tannins, with mocha lingering on the finish. 

Aromas of red and black cherry, spice and cocoa. On the palate notes of blackberries, black pepper, cherry and plums are supported by the fine tannins. This medium-plus body wine is elegant with a silky texture. 

Aromas of stewed and fresh blackberries, red and purple flowers, vanilla, black pepper and minerality greet you on the nose. This is medium to fuller bodied with fresh blackberry, black cap raspberry, bittersweet chocolate, tobacco and graphite. Lifting acidity and integrated acidity make this a wonderful food wine.

This wine is ruby red with purple highlights. Fresh and fruity, it is a perfect sipper and refreshing even in warmer weather (try it with a slight chill!). The nose shows red berry, blue fruit, and spice, while the palate is medium bodied with food-friendly acidity.

This Beaujolais presents aromas of Earth and forest floor with plenty of dark fruits. The palette follows with a fresh minerality, dark cherries, and sleek acidity. The limestone terroir adds to this complex presentation of Gamay.

This elegantly perfumed Pinot Noir is savory with nice density of flavor and color with a layers of flavors. One will find dry earth, violets, spiced plums, mulling spices and ripe cranberry. The texture is medium in weight with fine tannins and a fresh finish.

A very traditional Burgundy with an open body and loads of fruit to boot. The palette follows the nose with red and black cherries, tinges of earth, finishing with round tannins and the complexity that comes with age.

Classic Pinot Noir characteristics are present in this midweight red. Red and black cherry, plum, earth, truffle and tea combine on the palate to give just-right balance of fruit and umami flavors. Since the wine is in screw cap, it will continue to evolve after being open for 30 minutes, becoming a little richer and more concentrated. The acidity and tannins are well-wrapped into this wine, making it a pleasure to drink alone or with many foods.

Smoky black fruit aromas are supported by touches of mocha on the nose. Blackberries and cooked plums join spice box and black pepper on a bigger frame with supple tannins and a persistent finish.

This is a go-to wine for Mediterranean food with aromas of black and green olives, red raspberry and blackcaps, garrigue and charcoal. The aromas and flavors are complex, featuring black pepper, licorice, roses and red plums. The palate is structured but medium bodied and has medium plus acidity with integrated tannins.

This wine is composed of equal parts sweet, ripe berries and stony minerality. There is a light earthiness, integrated tannins, refreshing acidity and very good density. It's perfectly balanced! Fruit of blueberries, blackberries, plums and black raspberries mix with some forest bramble. This is indicative of the Northern Rhone (winery in Cornas), but it's composed of Gamay.

This wine has great appeal, attractive berry notes, fresh herbs/earth, pepper, and concentrated berries. The palate has some bramble and forest floor with cedar and red cherry. Rounded tannins provide structure to the medium-bodied, food friendly quaff.

Aromas of dark and red cherry with a touch of smoke, additional charming aromas of macerated black and red currants. The flavors echo the aromas with more chocolate and a touch of bark. The palate has nice round texture with soft but working tannins. The acidity is integrated with a velvety and polished finish.

Attractive red jam fruits are still dry in this Zinfandel-based wine which has nice purity and finesse, as well as velvety tannins. It has medium acidity or even more, giving it good balance. There's plenty of flavor here, including a little brambly note.

This aromatic, aged wine offers delicious and complex aromas of ripe black cap raspberries, plums, cassis, dark chocolate, espresso, woodsiness and earth. The palate gives some tertiary flavors of balsamic, fall fruit compote, prunes, espresso, black pepper, tobacco, forest floor, black trumpets, worn leather, and pastry crust; dusty tannins provide structure.

Aromas of black cherry and cracked black pepper interlace with notes of old barrel and earth. The palate delivers raspberry, cherry, red plum and lingonberry with black pepper and cinnamon. This is medium-weight, juicy, bright and balanced with medium tannins. Pure and typical of the varietal, the wine continues with raspberry and some earth on the finish.

This wine opens with aromas of black cherry, grape skin and light florality. On the palate, it gives lush black cherry, blackberry, blueberry and plum fruit mixed with violets and chocolate. This medium wieght wine is mouth coating with fine tannins and juicy acidity.

From the producer: Blackberry, bacon, graphite, blueberry, rose. With the 2021 vintage, I have reverted to the intrinsic character of my first Côtes du Rhône from 1997 to 2000. This intense, energetic Syrah with its crimson hue is fresh with ‘espressivo cantabile’ aromas of red berry fruits and a rounded palate.

Medium aromas of black pepper, spicy roasted bell pepper and black fruit. This wine becomes more spicy with air and delivers plum and blackberry with oaky, toasty and cedar wood flavors. This is a classic example of the grape varietal and is also vegan. 

Aromas reminiscent of the Old World with a fresh spin; think tart red fruit, minerality, forest floor, wood spice and a savory character. On the palate it has more New World flavors: blackberry, vanilla, baking spice, and bittersweet cocoa. It is complex, supple, and tasty.

Aromas of red and black currants, smoke and black pepper are classic for this variety.  This is medium in weight with blackberries, plums, espresso and lingering wood smoke. The fine tannins, integrated acidity and forward fruit make this an accessible wine.

Medium aromatic with notes of red raspberry, black cherry, pepper and tobacco. The palate is medium-weight with red raspberry, tart black currants, rosemary and lightly savory notes. This is very quaffable and not as big as some of its Spanish counterparts; consider giving it a light chill.

A champagne method style cider with  a moderate bouquet of blueberry and blackcurrant and blackcap notes, yellow soft baked apple and some lime zest. The palate is semi-dry and crisp with soft tannin structure there is some ripe peach flavor and cherry pit. There is a distinctive crab apple grip to the finish and is tart and approachable.
