A zesty juicy, medium body Albariño from South Africa. An attractive floral nose with a soft palate of of lemon, lime, green pear, nectarine and green melon.

Elegant aromas of melon, grapefruit, pears and green apples with a hint of elderflower. There is a nice roundness and creaminess as it warms up, along with apple, gooseberry and pear fruit. The acidity is perfectly balanced, offering a well structured and long lasting, clean finish.

Complexity barely scratches the surface with this wine, it smells like lychee, rose turkish delight, golden raisins, ginger, and apricot. The wine has a slightly amber tone because of some skin contact. Lush texture with good complexity and density with the depth of flavors delivering nuts, high toned flowers, hazelnut, white tea and sunjewel melon. This southern Italian white is fresh and clean on the nose with hints of tropical fruits and melon. The palate is just over medium weight with peach, melon and nectarine notes, nicely integrated acidity and a touch of white freesia flowers. The wine is round, yet balanced by fresh salinity and lingering lemongrass flavors.

This Georgian variety gives aromas are of apple, dried herbs and hay while the medium-plus bodied palate displays nice ripeness with apple, apple skin, quince and peach fruits. These are balanced by savory hay, chamomile, white pepper and wildflowers before concluding with a citrusy finish.

This richer, creamier style of Sauvignon Blanc offers dense, ripe yellow apple, pear and nectarine flavors. The low yields show in its flavor saturation, yet it remains juicy and crisp with minerality and touches of lemon lingering through the finish.

This is a delightful Burgundian Chardonnay. The nose gives subtle aromas of apples and apple skins, white flowers, old wood, and delicate orchard fruit. The palate offers minerality, focus and cut with crisp acidity and understated fruit. This medium weight wine is excellent with food or an apéritif.

This very aromatic wine offers lightly bitter ginger skin and lychee. It smells as though it might be too much of a good thing, but it isn’t. Lovely flavors of citrus, ginger, lychee, and orange blossom join clean acidity in this medium-bodied wine with a longer finish.

This wine begins with notes of fennel mixed with apple and pear. It is medium weight on the palate, crystal-clear, fresh and clean with subtle fruitiness of pear, nectarine, and apple (both green and yellos). This white blend offers plenty of minerality and some leesiness which gives it a slightly rounded texture despite its high acidity. Delicious with cheese or as an aperitif or partner with light foods.

Freshly grated lime zest greet the taster with pear, apple and wet stone minerality. The magic occurs on the palate with almost off-dry flavors of ripe peach, apricot, sundew melon, marzipan and yellow plum. The acidity is medium plus with a medium bodied frame that tastes riper than the aromas suggest.

This lovely Gewurztraminer gives aromas of lychee, ginger skin, rosewater and honeysuckle following on to a bright and flavorful palate where lychee, jasmine, ginger, pear, and lime zest add complexity. It is medium plus in body, with good ripeness, integrated acidity and a round texture, finishing with citrusy notes.

Stone, honeydew melon, citrus and white pepper aromas lead to kiwi and citrus peel with touches of white pepper along with classic Finger Lakes minerality and more melon notes. Clean with moderate acidity and nice roundness, lemon-lime flavors persist on the finish.

Aromas of cherry, crushed raspberries, minerals and flowers, show good typicity for Pinot. The dry palate is elegant, with more cherry fruit, a bit of toast, tea leaves, smoke and meatiness. Smooth and medium-bodied, the wine has moderate acidity that complements rather than obscures the abundant cherry and black currant fruit.

Powerful peach, white raspberry and wild strawberry aromas that are clean with talc and earthy elements. The texture is slightly creamy, with softer acid and supported by salty minerality, bright flavors driven with a long finish.

You'll find nectarine, strawberry candy and red pear flavors in this Vinho Verde rosé. It has a refreshing prickle with a whiff of powdered sugar/talc running through it (but don't worry, it's totally dry!)

This sparkling wine offers aromatics of apple, pear and melon. It is generous, fruit forward and ripe with good concentration of apple and white peach. Completely dry, yet lush and . tasty with a long finish.

This has a very nice, frothy mousse. It's more of a crisp, clean, minerally style, not very fruity, but not austere either. Notes of lemon, stone and biscuit can be found in this finely-textured, persistent Champagne.

This is very minerally and clean with a lovely, vibrant frothiness. The fruit is subtle, enhanced by a leesiness from aging 20 months in bottle.

A subtle and soft sake but with complex rounded flavors. A wonderful one for sipping by itself. The nose on this flavorful Daiginjo is a collection of cherry, mango, tropical fruit, powder sugar and Marigold elements. It is supremely smooth and soft in a Kyoto water kind of way, and there is a very sublime flavor of pear, apple, and powdered sugar. 

Kurosawa Nigori Sake retains a visible level of rice sediments that enhance its body and texture. This sake's fruity nose and creamy umami flavor make it an excellent complement to spicy foods. Serve cold or chilled, Shake well before serving.

This quaffable sake offers aromas of melon, citrus and rice with touches of umami and banana notes. It is creamy with good density and ripeness, giving fruit forward notes of melon, lychee, tropical rambutan and banana, along with touches of yeast and rice. You'll find this handy size to be delicious.

Capable of pairing with food or enjoying by itself this sake is smoky mixed with toasted nuts and tropical fruit. The palate is very creamy, dense and lush with round and bright tropical fruit.

Medium to full-bodied with good concentration and density. Bright apricot, pineapple and golden apple join with a savory chamomile note and a touch of honey in this creamy and lush, dry, impressive, organic sake.

Fruity yet delicate with pleasant aromas of green apple, pear and hints of anise. There are secondary notes of pear, mint, and bright tropical fruit. The palate has some sesame seed, meadow flowers and is very easy and pleasing. Smooth dry and light on entry with honeysuckle, minerality, creamy apple and a long finish. This delicious, organic junmai daiginjo sake is delicious with food.

What an aromatic cider with golden apple, pear, and plum. The palate is soft and round with great texture and flavors that echo the aromas. This cider is delicious!

Notes of mandarin orange, marmalade, and tangerine combine with white flowers in the glass. Despite being a little cloudy (it's unfiltered) the flavors are clean and precise - morphing into orange blossom on the palate.
