MC² is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon and is our fan-favorite red blend meant for everyday consumption. Each variety and vineyard are picked, fermented, and aged separately and combined after 10 months of ageing in barrel before bottling. In 2023, this blend was 63% sourced from east Seneca Lake and 37% sourced from west Cayuga Lake, with 51% of the blend being from our estate vineyards. With the varying topographies, soils, vineyard age, and varieties planted, the blend truly encapsulates the season from mid-September through the end of October.

Old world aromas of barn, worn leather, freshly cut hay with dark forest fruits, like plum, black cherry and blackberry. The palate offers flavors of spiced dark fruit, cedar, and cocoa, around fine tannins, medium plus acidity and a rounded finish.

This fabulous Cabernet Franc exhibits everything we love about the variety: beautiful dark fruits, savory earth elements and fine, supple tannins. There's a light smokiness intertwined with mineral/iron notes amid plenty of plum, black cherry, blackberry fruit and juicy acidity to lift everything. The finish is persistent and complex.

This elegantly perfumed Pinot Noir is savory with nice density of flavor and color with a layers of flavors. One will find dry earth, violets, spiced plums, mulling spices and ripe cranberry. The texture is medium in weight with fine tannins and a fresh finish.

A fragrant wine with lavender, blackberry, raspberry, warm earth, and touch of wild herbs. The flavors have classic Rhone character-- fleshy and darkly fruited with grippy structured tannins that give a root like quality. A very appealing Oregon Pinot Noir with aromas of spiced cherry, graham cracker, vanilla, and tobacco. Like the nose, the palate is complex and alluring with pink floral notes, spices, and lightly stewed red berries. Medium bodied and well balanced, this Pinot should age beautifully.

This earthy Italian red offers aromas of dark chocolate, black berries, prunes, and smoke. The medium bodied wine is structured with nice acidity to balance, rich with strawberries, dark fruits, leather, cedar, and velvety tannins. A good wine for food or the cellar!

The palate is rich with dark flavors or wet earth, forest floor, smoke, and ripe dark berries. This Barbera has a very pleasing density but stays fresh and balanced with nicely integrated medium acidity.

This attractively packaged wine offers aromas of coffee, plums, and red cherries. The wine is well-balanced in the mouth, with red plum and cherry, fresh black currant and jam, and hints of black pepper and herbs. Medium in body and acidity, with fine tannins and a longer finish.

This is a great-value, Italian version of Zinfandel. The nose is lifted with floral aromas balancing the dark berries. On the palate, the fruit remains dark and rich with smoke, toast and cherry cola notes. Well balanced and rounded in texture, this is a fun party or camp fire wine!

Barrel toast and wood spice with dark currants and a light herbaceous character. The palate is rich with flavors of blackberry, black cherries, earth, black tea, a touch of smoke and dried thyme. This wine is clearly cool climate but with round tannins.

This ripe and fruit forward wine is juicy with black pepper, dark plums, chocolate-covered cherries and rose peppercorns. This palate is rich and round with cherry pie notes and some good oak influence, especially offering baking spices and mocha.
