This estate-grown Cayuga Lake Pinot Gris begins with aromas of stone fruits, both fresh and baked.  The palate is medium to full in weight, creamy and rich with ripe orchard fruits like pear, apple and apricot. The wine is just barely dry with bright acidity to balance it.

A medium bodied wine with some savory notes and wet stone, with not a lot of fruit aromatically. The palate delivers this in spades with nectarine, lemons, green apple and minerality. The texture is light, clean and refreshing with medium acidity and a balanced bead. From the producer: ALLO has a yellow and silvery-bright colour. In this blend, Alvarinho, full of tropical fruit and structure, contrasts with Loureiro, floral and delicate, resulting in a lively yet elegant REGION white wine. The moderately low alcohol content contributes to the wine’s balance.

This wine offers classic aromas of honeydew melon, starfruit, lime, lemon and grapefruit. The texture is medium bodied at most with similar flavors to the aromas, along with some crunchy green pear and a lightly rounded texture. This is fresh, clean, vibrant and the epitome of summer!

Lovely aromas of peach, lime zest and chalky minerality with touches of orange zest on the nose. On the palate, this wine exhibits exotic tropical fruit like guava, passionfruit and kumquat ending with minerality and a pleasant bitterness. This Georgian variety gives aromas are of apple, dried herbs and hay while the medium-plus bodied palate displays nice ripeness with apple, apple skin, quince and peach fruits. These are balanced by savory hay, chamomile, white pepper and wildflowers before concluding with a citrusy finish.

Aromas of macchia, a blend of evergreen shrubs and herbs common to the Sardinian landscape, on the nose. The Costamolino is the quintessential Sardinian Vermentino with hints of pine and mint coupled with ripe stone fruit and sweet citrus. Not only is the bottle unusual for an Italian Vermentino, so is the wine inside. This is attractively aromatic with notes of jasmine, nectarine and citrus. The palate is medium plus in body with the fragrance continuing -- honeysuckle, jasmine, tropical citrus, and candied orchard fruits are lovely and balanced. From the producer: Clear and brilliant in the glass, the 2023 Riesling opens with notes of lemongrass and a touch of petrol (a hallmark of quality fruit driven by mineral rich soils). On the palate the wine is lush and juicy with topical flavors of mango and pineapple that follow through with a clean finish with hints of citrus and peach.

This southern Italian white is fresh and clean on the nose with hints of tropical fruits and melon. The palate is just over medium weight with peach, melon and nectarine notes, nicely integrated acidity and a touch of white freesia flowers. The wine is round, yet balanced by fresh salinity and lingering lemongrass flavors.

A bright and aromatic nose with peach, apricot and nectarine with fresh lemon and lime. The concentration of flavor on the palate has the stone fruit but additional dehydrated apples and pears with bright acidity and a medium style texture.

With layers of cassis, blueberries, and black cherries, this wine lends to a New World style of fruit with more of an Old World structure with a hint of wood smoke. Classic Pinot Noir characteristics are present in this midweight red. Red and black cherry, plum, earth, truffle and tea combine on the palate to give just-right balance of fruit and umami flavors. Surprisingly subtle aromas of blueberry for a blueberry wine, it smells pretty with cassis, wild blackcaps, and floral notes. The texture is medium across the palate but is serious with dark earth, black olives, minerality and forest floor. It is very structured and interesting as a beverage.

Don't let this light red fool you! It's flavorful and satisfying with attractive red cherry, mineral and underbrush notes. The wine is fresh and exhileratingly crisp. Enjoy with light to medium weight foods or if you want to cut through the fat on a richer meal like barbeque or steak.

This wine begins with light earth and raspberry-cherry notes mixing with garrigue. On the palate, it is midweight with fine tannins and chalky acidity. The fruit is reddish--dried strawberry, pomegranate, red raspberry and red cherry, joining with lightly savory forest notes. This is a good options for lovers of Pinot Noir, even though the grapes are different. There's a fineness and delicacy to it.

Flavors on the palate echo the nose with the addition of white cherry and lemon curd. This is a medium weight cider that has some, but not too much sweetness. Flavors are light with apple skin, apple juice, peach, a touch of citrus and salt water taffy. It has gentle bubbles, a round, soft texture and a just-right refreshing finish.

Baked apple, ripe pear, aromatic and autumnal feeling with golden apple and quince. The palate is medium dry with apple, yellow plum, cinnamon and nutmeg with good tart acidity. This is clean, not heavy but richly flavored and lightly effervescent. A portion of this cider has crab apples in it, so the little sweetness is nicely balanced.

This Spanish Vermouth begins with aromas of baking spices, root beer and roasted nuts. On the palate, there are complex flavors that include bark, roots, cola, dried herbs, cinnamon, caramel, burnt orange and orange peel with a mild and pleasant bitterness balancing the light sweetness.
