This estate-grown Cayuga Lake Pinot Gris begins with aromas of stone fruits, both fresh and baked.  The palate is medium to full in weight, creamy and rich with ripe orchard fruits like pear, apple and apricot. The wine is just barely dry with bright acidity to balance it.

This wine is very aromatic with rosewater, jasmine, some talc/mineral notes, and stone fruits, along with lime and lime blossom.  The palate offers more vibrant citrus (lime, grapefruit) and lingering apricot, white tea and grape notes. Aromas of macchia, a blend of evergreen shrubs and herbs common to the Sardinian landscape, on the nose. The Costamolino is the quintessential Sardinian Vermentino with hints of pine and mint coupled with ripe stone fruit and sweet citrus. The palate is at once vibrant and rounded, with saline notes complementing the fruit and appropriate acidity lingering through the finish.

Not only is the bottle unusual for an Italian Vermentino, so is the wine inside. Loaded with pronounced tropical aromatics rather than citrus and mineral notes, the wine is rounded and dense with a soft mouthfeel. The fruit is exotic on a medium bodied frame. A palate full of juicy grapefruit, nectarine, lemon zest and a hint of Mediterranean herbs that lead to an intriguing saline and mineral finish.

The palate has a wonderful ripeness and good density for Muscadet. It is medium bodied with flavors of lime zest, apple blossom, salinity and minerality. This is fresh, pure and at the same time, characterful and generous.

This is attractively aromatic with notes of jasmine, nectarine and citrus. The palate is medium plus in body with the fragrance continuing -- honeysuckle, jasmine, tropical citrus, and candied orchard fruits are lovely and balanced. The mouthfeel is slightly rounded with integrated acidity. Enjoy with spiced and seasoned foods of all ethnicities. This wine will stand up to it and complement it.

Lighter aromas include nectarine, white peach and a touch of florality. Crisp and mineral-driven on the palate with lemon, herbs and more stone fruit; ideal for Mediterranean dishes and shellfish.

The nose offers lime--both zest and juice-- as well as starfruit and a touch of slate. This wine has just the right amount of effervescence to support the green pear, green apple, and citrus on the palate. Very crisp and refreshing.

From the producer: Clear and brilliant in the glass, the 2023 Riesling opens with notes of lemongrass and a touch of petrol (a hallmark of quality fruit driven by mineral rich soils). On the palate the wine is lush and juicy with topical flavors of mango and pineapple that follow through with a clean finish with hints of citrus and peach.

Each grape (Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Friulano) shines quite nicely in this Friuli white, aromas of melon, citrus, and apples are followed on the palate with citrus pith and a hint of lemon. Medium in body, this wine is fresh and clean, a lovely spring sipper!

This is a precise, mineral-driven Sauvignon for lovers of high acid, fresh, clean, stony wines from the Loire. Lemon oil, lemon zest, sea spray, chalk and stone are chiseled and crisp in this classic example. This elegant and clean wine has notes of apple skin, peach, and fresh herbs. Touches of marzipan, vanilla, and wet stony-minerality linger on the finish.

This is a Sauvignon Blanc, but is moderate in its acidity and rounder in style, so it's perfect for those who prefer a soft, ripe version. There are notes of russet apple and fennel, along with citrus zest, tropical fruit and salinity.

A very attractive vinho verde that presents aromas of pear, yellow peach, white flowers, and a touch of floral perfume. The carbonation is delightful against the backdrop of more white flowers, peach nectar, sweet citrus, and a juicy acidity to finish. This is a nice off-dry to dry vinho verde that is just a joy to sip on.

Grapes are 100% manually harvested with traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks, fermentation over 10 days.

This is like a baby Sancerre -- fresh and clean with minerality, a little chalk and leesy-ness, medium to high acidity. The fruits include nectarine and lemon, more yellow fruits than green. This medium weight white is a great intro to Loire Valley Sauvignon without the big price tag.

Classic Pinot Noir characteristics are present in this midweight red. Red and black cherry, plum, earth, truffle and tea combine on the palate to give just-right balance of fruit and umami flavors. Since the wine is in screw cap, it will continue to evolve after being open for 30 minutes, becoming a little richer and more concentrated. This wine begins with light earth and raspberry-cherry notes mixing with garrigue. On the palate, it is midweight with fine tannins and chalky acidity. The fruit is reddish--dried strawberry, pomegranate, red raspberry and red cherry, joining with lightly savory forest notes. A modern styled lighter red wine reminiscent of Pinot Noir. Loads of plum, savory cherry, light smoke, herbs, earl grey, and some violet. It's modern without being funky and very well balanced. Lovers of Willamette Pinot Noir will enjoy!

Soft and delicate aromas of earth and clay mixed with cherry, raspberry and dried herbs. On the palate the wine is dry and a touch savory with citrus, raspberry, and mineral notes. Concentrated with balancing acidity and a persistent finish.

You'll find nectarine, strawberry candy and red pear flavors in this Vinho Verde rosé. It has a refreshing prickle with a whiff of powdered sugar/talc running through it (but don't worry, it's totally dry!)

Powerful peach, white raspberry and wild strawberry aromas that are clean with talc and earthy elements. The texture is slightly creamy, with softer acid and supported by salty minerality, bright flavors driven with a long finish.

This dry rosé is lightly floral with notes of dried lavender and strawberry on the nose. The palate offers bright lemon and nectarine with strawberry, raspberry and herbs rounding out the finish.

The pinot noir and kékfrankos parts were harvested intentionally with a low potential alcohol for the rosé wine. The juice of merlot and cabernet franc grapes was gained by the “saignée” method. The must was fermented on low temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Made entirely from Cabernet Franc grapes, this vintage delivers ripe, almost sweet red fruits like cherry, raspberry and pomegranate. The palate is clean and bright with flavors of strawberry, tart cherry juice and succulent, candied notes.

As the name suggests, this rose offers slightly floral aromas of peony and gardenia with a dash of wild strawberry and marjoram. The palate is a heartier style rose that has some structure and light minerality. Flavors of peach and raspberry are full bodied and generous with good complexity and stuffing. Close your eyes and this is reminiscent of red wine.

This wine is quite peachy with juicy stone fruit and blood orange peel. The palate is fun and fruit-driven with strawberry and pretty floral notes. There is salty minerality on the finish. Quite the crowd pleaser!

A very fragrant Rose this vintage, rich with cherries, it's bright and clean. Medium bodied on the palate, some suggestion of cab franc and zweigelt in the fruit, fruit forward and flavorful!

Vibrant, energetic and juicy, bright and succulent. Notes of red cherry, strawberry and pomegranate. Great with food and great on the patio. 

This wine smells floral, with rosewater and jasmine but exotic and fun fruit like watermelon and bubblegum. The palate is fresh with medium acidity and texture with crushed rock minerality, and candied red fruit. This is unlike many other roses we carry and continues to deliver silky floral, salty and juicy watermelon on the finish. This is a food friendly wine that can accompany a wide variety of flavors. Try it with roast chicken, smoked salmon, fresh vegetables with hummus, a summer tomato tart or a pasta salad with pesto.

Aromatics of peach blossom, minerality, white cherry, watermelon rind, and cucumber waft out of this very pretty and clean rose. The palate contains lovely notes of rose water, candied rose, Turkish delight, powdered sugar, and light cherries, finishing with juicy acidity. Staff described this wine as being all around "cute"!

Jubilant aromas include bright cherry and berry notes.  The palate offers slight creaminess and excellent concentration of fruit with more red berries, some lemon and a clean, dry finish.

Gorgeous pink color with a nose of raspberry, ripe strawberry and cherry aromas. The perfume is gorgeous and yet, has a delicacy to it. This wine is ultra-elegant with pinpoint bubbles and finesse. The fruit is ripe and red fruited--raspberry, cherry, pomegranate, strawberry, cranberry--all the reds!  It is dry and minerally, yet generous with its fruit. Such balance means that your bottle will quickly disappear!

Aromatically, vibrant notes of New York State fruits like red apples and strawberry join with herbs and rose petals as well as exotic scents of cantaloup and pomegranate. Flavors on the palate echo the nose with the addition of white cherry and lemon curd. This sparkling wine is clean and mineral-driven with a kiss of sweetness on entry; it rounds out nicely through the fleshy, pretty finish. 

Surprisingly subtle aromas of blueberry for a blueberry wine, it smells pretty with cassis, wild blackcaps, and floral notes. The texture is medium across the palate but is serious with dark earth, black olives, minerality and forest floor. It is very structured and interesting as a beverage.

This is a medium weight cider, slightly off-dry with just a touch of sweetness. Flavors are light with apple skin, apple juice, peach, a touch of citrus and salt water taffy. It has gentle prosecco-esque bubbles, a round, soft texture and a just-right refreshing finish. Blend of cider apples: Golden Russet, Baldwin & Northern Spy.

Baked apple, ripe pear, aromatic and autumnal feeling with golden apple and quince. The palate is medium dry with apple, yellow plum, cinnamon and nutmeg with good tart acidity. This is clean, not heavy but richly flavored and lightly effervescent. A portion of this cider has crab apples in it, so the little sweetness is nicely balanced.

Ginseng, gentian, all the citrus fruits, orange zest, lemon, grapefruit and lime pith and juice with white floral notes. It smells juicy and tastes bitter and sweet at the same time. It is balanced with a sweet entry on the palate and bitterness on the finish.

This lovely gin has attractive aromatics of lemongrass, citrus and freesia. On the palate is offers lemon zest, lemon, cardamom, spice and green olive notes with a light ginger-herbal tone. Very fresh and bright, this is a delicious value!

From the Producer:  14 different herbs and spices are sourced all around the world to make Noilly Prat Extra Dry. Among them Chamomile, Coriander from Morocco, Bitter Oranges from Tunisia or Orris Root from Italy.

Here’s a skin contact white wine that is simply scrumptious, this offers scents of blood orange and savory Italian herbs. The flavors deliver peach, grapefruit pith, white tea and chamomile that end with a pleasant bitterness. The wine is medium bodied with an elegant texture and long finish.

Notes of clementine, grapefruit, apricot and rosewater combine with white flowers on the nose. Despite being a little cloudy (it's unfiltered) the flavors are clean and precise - white tea, tangerine and orange blossom can be found on the palate.
