Fruity, floral aromas and flavors of opal apples, cherry blossoms and apricot, with a supple, tangy, medium body and a polished and engaging long finish with shades of golden kiwi, ripe peach, pineapple, sultry with a long finish. This Finger Lakes Sauvignon Blanc gives aromas of green melon, green currants, starfruit and florality. It is medium weight, crisp and fresh with melon, green pear, green apple, pink grapefruit, sweet lime, lime pith, starfuit and parsley notes.

The aromatic nose has ripe peach nectar, passionfruit, grapefruit and gooseberry and a touch of tea rose. Lots of concentrated stone fruit on the palate is nicely supported by refreshing acidity and a touch of white tea tannin. There is lingering rosewater, and sun warmed apricots on the finish. A medium bodied wine with some savory notes and wet stone, with not a lot of fruit aromatically. The palate delivers this in spades with nectarine, lemons, green apple and minerality. The texture is light, clean and refreshing with medium acidity and a balanced bead. From the producer: ALLO has a yellow and silvery-bright colour. In this blend, Alvarinho, full of tropical fruit and structure, contrasts with Loureiro, floral and delicate, resulting in a lively yet elegant REGION white wine. The moderately low alcohol content contributes to the wine’s balance.

Aromas of macchia, a blend of evergreen shrubs and herbs common to the Sardinian landscape, on the nose. This is attractively aromatic with notes of jasmine, nectarine and citrus. The palate is medium plus in body with the fragrance continuing -- honeysuckle, jasmine, tropical citrus, and candied orchard fruits are lovely and balanced. The nose offers lime--both zest and juice-- as well as starfruit and a touch of slate. This wine has just the right amount of effervescence to support the green pear, green apple, and citrus on the palate. Very crisp and refreshing.

With layers of cassis, blueberries, and black cherries, this wine lends to a New World style of fruit with more of an Old World structure with a hint of wood smoke. This wine fully embraces an integral part of classic Cabernet Sauvignon by highlighting a complex blend of dried herbs: anise, thyme and bay leaf.

Classic Pinot Noir characteristics are present in this midweight red. Red and black cherry, plum, earth, truffle and tea combine on the palate to give just-right balance of fruit and umami flavors. Since the wine is in screw cap, it will continue to evolve after being open for 30 minutes, becoming a little richer and more concentrated. A beautiful deep pink in color with distinct mineral aromas with hints of undergrowth. The palate is fruit-driven and delicate with hints of minerality and finishes with a gentle persistence.

This Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence Rosé echoes white fruits and pêche de vigne but also delicate herbal notes of tarragon, bergamot and lime flower. Refreshing on the palate, lifted by a tang of fresh ginger.

Gorgeous pink color with a nose of raspberry, ripe strawberry and cherry aromas. The perfume is gorgeous and yet, has a delicacy to it. This wine is ultra-elegant with pinpoint bubbles and finesse. The fruit is ripe and red fruited--raspberry, cherry, pomegranate, strawberry, cranberry--all the reds!  It is dry and minerally, yet generous with its fruit. Such balance means that your bottle will quickly disappear!

Aromatically, vibrant notes of New York State fruits like red apples and strawberry join with herbs and rose petals as well as exotic scents of cantaloup and pomegranate. Flavors on the palate echo the nose with the addition of white cherry and lemon curd. This sparkling wine is clean and mineral-driven with a kiss of sweetness on entry; it rounds out nicely through the fleshy, pretty finish. 

Baked apple, ripe pear, aromatic and autumnal feeling with golden apple and quince. The palate is medium dry with apple, yellow plum, cinnamon and nutmeg with good tart acidity. This is clean, not heavy but richly flavored and lightly effervescent. A portion of this cider has crab apples in it, so the little sweetness is nicely balanced.

Ginseng, gentian, all the citrus fruits, orange zest, lemon, grapefruit and lime pith and juice with white floral notes. It smells juicy and tastes bitter and sweet at the same time. It is balanced with a sweet entry on the palate and bitterness on the finish.

From the Producer:  14 different herbs and spices are sourced all around the world to make Noilly Prat Extra Dry. Among them Chamomile, Coriander from Morocco, Bitter Oranges from Tunisia or Orris Root from Italy.

This Spanish Vermouth begins with aromas of baking spices, root beer and roasted nuts. On the palate, there are complex flavors that include bark, roots, cola, dried herbs, cinnamon, caramel, burnt orange and orange peel with a mild and pleasant bitterness balancing the light sweetness. The finish is clean and pleasant.
