This Late Harvest Riesling is crafted in the traditional German Spätlese style, with natural sweetness balanced by lively acidity. The outcome is a wine with an elegant yet luscious nose, followed by a generous palate of crisp ripe stone fruit and floral notes, lingering into a long, naturally sweet finish. 4.3% residual sugar.

The aromas begin soft and subtle, but then opens up with pure white flowers and citrus fruits, especially pink grapefruit. The palate is concentrated with citrus, poached pear and gooseberry and has profound notes of minerality and brisk acidity with touches of salt. This wine is sharp, precise and racy--a great alternative to Chablis.

Vivid, floral aromas, accompanied by hints of mango and pistachio, fruit and spice showcase the distinctive characteristics of the varietal. A vigorous play of fruit and spice leads into a long, enigmatic finish. This is a favorite for festive gatherings, and pairs beautifully with baking spices as well as savory spices. 

Aromas of baked apple, honey, pineapple, citrus and toasty oak. On the palate this wine is well-balanced with enough acidity to carry its weight. This wine is full body and elegant and the oak use is just right.

Aromas of peach and apricot lead to a medium-plus bodied white that has ripe nuances, but retains its minerality and clean, fresh flavors. It is rounded in texture with moderate acidity and though dry, it expresses juicy peach, citrus and a slight honeyed note.

This unoaked Chardonnay offers fresh flavors of pineapple and grilled peaches with nice acidity to keep the palate lifted. The texture is attractive with both freshness and a broad mouthfeel. It finishes with glazed citrus and sweet snap pea.

From the producer: Pale yellow colour. The nose shows the strong limestone influence: mineral, stone driven, citrus fruits and some white fruits (peach) after some aeration. The wine fermented in a large recent oak cask (foudre) and was on full lees until bottling. The palate is quite strict, bone dry, with a racy sapid acidity that gives a juicy texture on the finish. The wine has a nice concentration, but because it is bone dry with a ripe acidity, it feels elegant and delicate.

The aromas for this Sauvignon Blanc are densely stone-fruited with candied peach, nectarines and apricot and fresh squeezed lemon juice. The palate is consistent in its ripeness adding marmalade and orange peel to more stone fruit and a touch of bitter herbs on the finish.

This wine begins with a lovely bouquet of honey, peach, petrol, and light floral aromas. The texture is slightly waxy with concentrated flavors of ripe pineapple, peaches and fresh, silky finish. 

This wine is made from grapes with very low yields in a warm vintage. It tastes of high quality Chardonnay--creamy with vaniilla, candied pear, orange, and creamsickle notes with a fine minerality. It is dry, complex and impeccably balanced.

Hints of ripe and sweet pear and lemon are fresh and loaded in terms of the weight of this wine. The palate gives floral notes, subtle orchard fruit and a pleasant citrus peel bitterness. It is is concentrated and elegant with Mouthwatering acidity joining on the finish.

We are impressed with box chardonnay because it is crisp, clean and has a lot of fresh flavors like lemon zest, yellow apple and honeydew melon. It is is medium acidity and medium bodied with a finish of pear and minerality.

This white Burgundy is dry, but the fruit is ripe and gives richness, offering flavors of candied apple, sweet apple and peach.  There is a touch of smoke and lemon pith balancing the orchard notes. The texture is round and dense. 

This wine is rich and dense without being heavy or overbearing. There are notes of lychee and tropical fruit, it's bright and clean, and the texture is rounded. The wine is dry with enough minerality to keep it lifted and balanced. Enjoy with highly seasoned food such as Thai, Indian or Moroccan dishes.

Aromatic medium plus body, tropical aromas with hints of fennel. Creamy texture, nice freshness and minerality with notes of white tea and honeycomb. Subtle and unique!

This classic Txakoli gives aromas of fresh nectarine, lime zest and crushed stones/beach notes. The palate is lightly spritzy with pineapple, lemon-lime, grapefruit and peach. There is minerality, crisp acid and a long, saline finish. It's perfect for shellfish, fish cheese, appetizers, and light foods.

The nose presents dried yellow apricot, peach and freshly sliced pear with honeysuckle, crushed stone and incense joining in. Flavors of crème brûlée, jasmine blossom and fresh apricots continue the opulence, yet the orchard fruits are nicely balanced by minerality and hints of almond. This full-bodied white is structured, providing interesting contrast to its density.

Aromas of marzipan, honey, and yellow apple on the nose. The palate is round and creamy from partial barrel aging providing lychee and vanilla notes.

Aromatics include granny smith apples, table grapes, white flowers, and stony minerality. The palate follows with lime, melon, anise, white peach and a touch of leesy creaminess, rounded mouthfeel and medium body.

Ripe grapefruit aromas with a touch of kiwi and starfruit introduce this wine. The palate delivers key lime and ripe peach with flinty minerality. This classic German Riesling is very clean, well made, and offers a deftly-balanced hint of sweetness between its fruit, acidity and slate backbone.

Fresh orchard fruit on the nose with touches of white flower and herb.  The palate is expressive and clean with refreshing acidity, and soft pear flavors, simply delicious!

Medium-strength aromas of plum, red fruit, bramble, and toasted barrel. The palate is red-fruited-ripe cherry, cranberry, red plum, and raspberry. Medium acidity and medium-plus tannins provide structure to this fresh, tart, and lively wine. The finish offers tart fruit and smoke and barrel notes. A solid wine despite the difficult vintage.

Barrel toast and wood spice with dark currants and a light herbaceous character. The palate is rich with flavors of blackberry, black cherries, earth, black tea, a touch of smoke and dried thyme. This wine is clearly cool climate but with round tannins. 

Aromas of blackberry, plum, and light smoke. The body follows and is well balanced, rather smooth with medium weight.

MC² is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon and is our fan-favorite red blend meant for everyday consumption. Each variety and vineyard are picked, fermented, and aged separately and combined after 10 months of ageing in barrel before bottling. In 2023, this blend was 63% sourced from east Seneca Lake and 37% sourced from west Cayuga Lake, with 51% of the blend being from our estate vineyards. With the varying topographies, soils, vineyard age, and varieties planted, the blend truly encapsulates the season from mid-September through the end of October.

The nose offers light raspberry and forest underbrush, with food-friendly acidity and structure on the palate. There is nothing unripe or overripe on the palate but there is good density and concentration.

This elegantly perfumed Pinot Noir is savory with nice density of flavor and color with a layers of flavors. One will find dry earth, violets, spiced plums, mulling spices and ripe cranberry. The texture is medium in weight with fine tannins and a fresh finish.

A classic Chianti style, structured with balanced tannin and acidity, clean and smooth.  A pleasant smoky, savory and mixed cherry nose, with balanced fruit on the palate. 

From the Producer: Founded in 1982, Au Bon Climat (which means "a well-exposed vineyard") produces internationally-recognized Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc wine from grapes grown in California's Santa Barbara County.

Aromas are big, smoky, and spicy with blackberry, dark chocolate, and a hint of licorice. The palate has a nice lift and acidity, with flavors that match the aromas, including the pepper and blackberry. Medium plus in body with a persistent finish. The wine spends a year in American and French oak, with a further four months in bottle.

Aromas of blackberry, blueberry and a hint of spice nicely integrated with the new oak. The palate is medium-bodied and very well balanced. Flavors of blueberries, blackberries and roasted tomatoes alongside pencil shavings and Christmas spices. It has supporting acidity and fine tannins towards the finish.

In this bottling from Yves Leccia, the French import Grenache—called Elegante in Corsica—takes center stage, offering fragrant notes of lavender spiced with balmy Mediterranean brush. There is ripeness on the attack and then refreshing sandalwood and vibrant black raspberry. A splash of the indigenous Niellucciu completes the blend, adding some muscle to this savory, cherry red whose sunny island flavors come into focus when slightly chilled.

Smokey aromatics with raspberry, roasted red pepper, tobacco and some violet florals. The palate is medium with smoke echoing the aromas. This wine has flavors dark berries, dark chocolate, black pepper, with medium acidity and some grippy tannins that come together with the smokey finish.

Ripe aromas of steeped black cherry and blackberry jump out of the glass with undertones of black pepper and baking spices. These flavors extend to the palate with the addition of violets and plums, and continue expressing the pleasant ripeness of the dark fruits. This medium-plus bodied wine is very well-balanced with fine tannins, nice saturation, and fresh, juicy acidity.

On the nose, expressive aromatics of pressed rose, incense, sandalwood, and Moroccan spices mingle with steeped dark berries and black cherries. This well-balanced wine has super fine-grain tannins and lively acidity, with flavors of spiced raspberry tea, rich cherries, and mixed florals on the finish.

Aromas of mountain herbs, smoke and red raspberry set the tone for this wine. It is round and rich in texture and highlighted by ripe, succulent fruit flavors including pomegranate, cranberry, and black cherry.

Wild aromatics of wild berries and crushed cherries with forest floor with some baking spice and potpourri. The color is darker than a traditional Nebbiolo yet the tannins are soft and integrated. This is not effusive. It is medium bodied with medium plus acidity and ends with rose water, black tea and some smoke. This is approachable now!

High-toned black cherry and slightly earthy aromas on the nose. The wine shows a perfect combination of fresh red fruit such as black cherries, raspberries and blackberries. Spice touches and licorice hints contribute complexity. The ageing in French oak integrates subtle vanilla and caramel nuances with dens lingering black berry on the finish.

Intense aromas of dark bramble fruit and blackcaps with fresh herbs. There is some green pepper, tobacco, and leather as well. The palate is deep, full, and very smooth.

Deeply fruited with red and black fruit, hint of wild herbs and lovely olive notes that rides some applewood smoke. Supple tannin and a stony finish with moderate acidity provide texture and offers enough delicacy that makes it easy to like. It is a plump wine that can be sipped casually or savored with heavier protein.

The nose offers dried strawberries and cooked cherries with dried flowers and herbs. The medium-bodied palate is similar to the nose, with dried cranberries, cherries, and dried flowers. The texture is silky with very fine tannins; acidity is lifted. The wine is ripe but not overripe; it’s lightly savoury like an Italian wine but with New World fruit.

Aromas of smoke and spice, black olive and black cherry. The palate has a lovely texture deriving from fine tannins. Grapes, blackberries, and light spice as well as a hint of tapenade, make up the flavors.

Aromas of stewed plum and blackberry in the fruit department; red flowers; spices and black tea for savory notes. In the mouth, black cherry joins the aromas. Tannins and body are both medium, with acidity a little higher.

Aromas of dark cherries, roasted red pepper, and warm earth on the nose. The palate is medium in weight with supple tannins and well-integrated stewed red fruits and pepper, finishing with lingering vanilla and baking spice notes. 

"Mineral-accented dark fruit and floral aromas are energized by a jolt of spicy black pepper. Fleshy, juicy and nicely concentrated, offering finely etched boysenberry, cherry and floral pastille flavors that tighten up on the back half. Densely packed yet energetic as well, finishing with sharp clarity, smooth tannins and strong persistence. Made from fruit grown on the granitic soils of Saint-Jean-du-Muzols."

Fruit for this wine come from young vines and you can tell it is ripe red cherry, spiced plum, truffle mushroom, and slightly earthy. The palate delivers medium plus acidity making this wine refreshing to drink, with black pepper, black cherry, black tea like tannins and satisfying with it's medium structure.

Aromas of blue and black fruit, rich and ripe. The palate follows with rounded texture, soft tannins, light baking spice, black berries and cherries, this pinot is succulent and well balanced.

From the producer "Two grapes that grow well in the Finger Lakes also blend well here. Leading to flavors of cherries and pepper. This medium-bodied blend pairs well with any occasion. Aged 14 months in French oak barrels. Dry."

For the 2021 vintage, Louis hand-selected some of his favorite Rhône barrels (or pièces), bottled and aged them at Saint Cosme, and then shipped them with utmost care to our Finger Lakes estate to share with you. A Finger Lakes Lemberger that smells of plush smoke, dense black cherry, chocolate, candied red fruits, and cola. The palate is a juicy medium weight with nice concentration, medium tannins, and flavors of smoke, black raspberry, black cherry, and black currant.

Perfumed aromas that draw the drinker in with black cherry, forest floor and mulling spices. This wine is clearly developed and clean with fine tannins and integrated acidity. The flavors are similar to the aromas but a touch brighter with ripe cherry and a touch of smoke shining through.

A refreshing, Summery, light bodied red, notes of crunchy strawberry, raspberry, red currants, tart cherries with slight wood spice. Great for summer BBQ's. This crisp red is perfect with a chill.

This is a very dark and dense presentation of Barbera. Aromas of warm earth, smoke, black fruits, and spices draw you in. The palate is rich with dark flavors or wet earth, forest floor, smoke, and ripe dark berries. This Barbera has a very pleasing density but stays fresh and balanced with nicely integrated medium acidity.

This chillable red from Greece is brimming with geranium, cherry candy, flint, black pepper, and red fruited aromas. The body is clean with watermelon juice and rind, black pepper, red cherry, and tea tannins. Medium bodied with good complexity, it has interesting minerality and a savory herbal finish.

Aromatic, sweet and fruity with strawberry preserves, grapes, and minerality. The texture is balanced and restrained for Rasteau with potpourri, minerality and red cherries.  This wine’s restraint and supple tannins make it an ideal food partner.

Rich aromas of plums, blackberries, mulberries, coffee, and a touch of lavender. The palate follows with red plums, fresh berry juice, black caps, coffee, and cacao. Medium bodied and ripe but with fresh acidity, finishing with fine tannins.

Aromas of red berries, black cherry, plum, and dried cranberry, with a touch of spice and white pepper. The berry notes continue on the palate with more herbal and earthy notes joining in as well as savory hints of smoked meats. This wine is well balanced and fresh with medium acidity, some density, and fine tannins.

Iron and smoke unfold from the glass with oak-spiced plum and dark berry aromas. The palate boasts smoke, black currants, dried cherries, bittersweet chocolate and vanilla. The tannin structure is balanced by long lasting acidity with a finish offering smokey tobacco notes, a good amount of lingering fruit.

This wine excites us in every vintage; it offers black raspberry, tart cherry, and brambly fruits supported by a distinctive iron-like minerality and forest floor. It’s medium in weight and acidity and is complex while still very approachable.

Concentrated aromas of blackberry and blueberry with flavors echoing on the palate supported by sleek texture and baking spice notes. This is medium plus in body with black pepper and minerality on the finish.

A lovely and enticing nose from this Schioppettino, bursting with aromatics like sandalwood, wood spice, dark cherry, and smoke. The palate has very concentrated red fruits with that integrated spice and sandalwood. Medium bodied with a long finish, supple and rich.

A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec, this smoky and woodsy wine offers forest floor, freshly hewn cedar, bramble fruit and wildflowers on the nose. The fruit on the palate is high-toned and ripe with flavors including blackcap, wild blueberries, and a thorough wet- stone like minerality supported by integrated tannins.

This interesting blend of red and white grapes offers a nice marriage of fruit and floral aromas and flavors.  Red berries and plums are accompanied by touches of spice, dried flowers and tea notes.

Ruby red color with purplish reflections. The nose is intense , rich in flavors of red mature fruits such as cherry and blackberry blended with floral notes. The taste is harmonious with great balance; good structure with oak nuances, a fine and sweet tannic component and pleasant hints of red fruits.

Textbook aromas of black pepper, dense dark berries, wood spice and vanilla emanate from the glass.  Slightly smoky upon entry with chewy black fruit and fresh acidity to balance. Baking spice, vanilla, and black pepper linger on the finish of this fuller-bodied wine.

This starts with classic Riesling aromas, including pear, apricot and light minerality. The palate is rich, creamy and well-balanced. Flavors of green apple, pear, and light florality come together on the off dry palate, leading to a long finish.

Clean, invigorating notes of silex on the nose showcase the limestone soils of the Rouanne vineyard. The aromas and flavors develop as the wines opens to reveal wild strawberry and fresh thyme – a complex and flavorful sparkling rosé.

This Cremant is very mineral and clean with a lovely, vibrant frothiness. The fruit is subtle with hints of blood orange and lemon confit, with notes of toasted hazelnut enhanced by a leesiness from aging 20 months in bottle.

Gorgeous pink color with a nose of raspberry, ripe strawberry and cherry aromas. The perfume is gorgeous and yet, has a delicacy to it. This wine is ultra-elegant with pinpoint bubbles and finesse. The fruit is ripe and red fruited--raspberry, cherry, pomegranate, strawberry, cranberry--all the reds!  It is dry and minerally, yet generous with its fruit. Such balance means that your bottle will quickly disappear!

This super fun 'local Lambrusco' is brimming with mulberries and blueberries on the nose, the palate follows with lots of berries, cranberry, raspberry, and black cherry. It's a touch savory and briny, it's extraordinarily clean and crisp, medium bodied with a long finish. A fun local sparkling for spring, summer, and beyond.

A subtle and soft sake but with complex rounded flavors. A wonderful one for sipping by itself. The nose on this flavorful Daiginjo is a collection of cherry, mango, tropical fruit, powder sugar and Marigold elements. It is supremely smooth and soft in a Kyoto water kind of way, and there is a very sublime flavor of pear, apple, and powdered sugar. 

A fruity nose of lime and melon with bold hints of fennel, white pepper and allspice. The flavors gravitate to ripe cantaloupe and anise while the minerality from the soft water is evident in the finish. This vibrant showstopper is beautifully soft and feminine, brewed by one of Japan's only female brewery owners and tojis. Brewed in Hiroshima, the birthplace of Ginjo sake, which is known for remarkably soft water that requires expert skill to use in sake production. Once mastered, it enables a highly controlled, precise fermentation, resulting in vibrant fruit aromas. This Junmai Ginjo is bottled immediately without charcoal filtering.

From the producer: "On the nose: ripe, ripe wild plums, coconut, and honeysuckle. In the mouth, bright acid and dense, salty minerals. The finish is lemon water, wet stone and wild strawberries."

This Normandy perry presents lovely caramelized aromas of burnt sugar, apple butter, apple tarte, and creme brulee. The palate is slightly oxidized and off dry with pear creme brulee, cooked pears, apple sauce, and beautiful acidity. Sherry and keeved cider lovers will adore!

The primary flavors of Cardamaro are cardoon and blessed thistle, with a short repose in oak for spice and and texture. Notes of brown baking spices of cardamom and cloves, ginger and sassafras. Sweet with an herby bitterness from the cardoons. Drink as a digestif. In cocktails, outstanding with cider, whiskey, or use in place of vermouth.

This intriguing rum is from the tiny Denominacion de Origen of Charanda in Michoacan, Mexico. It is a 50/50 blend of molasses distilled on a column still and fresh cane juice from a copper pot still. The sugar cane varietal, Saccharum Officinarum, is grown at 4180 feet above sea level in the red-colored volcanic soils of Uruapan, the village most associated with Charanda rums. This is wonderfully smooth, rich, and a touch funky with hints of mint and almond. A delicious alternative to Rum from the Caribbean!

This delicious rum is fragrant with coffee bean and white chocolate notes. On the palate, it gives white flavors like white chocolate, vanilla, custard cream and white pepper. This is soft and rounded, has a creamy sweetness and is a terrific value for its fragrance and flavor. Try it with a pina colada or mojito or just sip on its own.

This lovely gin has attractive aromatics of lemongrass, citrus and freesia. On the palate is offers lemon zest, lemon, cardamom, spice and green olive notes with a light ginger-herbal tone. Very fresh and bright, this is a delicious value!

The aromas make you think of Norway -- clean and fresh with juniper and spruce, hints of citrus. On the palate, it is pure and brings nature to the fore -- herbs, spearmint, pine, cedar and white pepper along with a hint of sweet vanilla make this the perfect gin for a martini. The alcohol is present, but soft, and there is a roundness to the texture. This feels like it comes from somewhere cold, with pure, fresh air and wondrous beauty.

From the Producer: From the Producer: Among the herbs and the aromatizing spices, Artemisia and citrus are the protagonists with their balanced bitter and citrusy notes which characterize Cocchi style. A rich taste with vibrant notes of cocoa and bitter orange. From the infusion of some noble and balsamic woods, we have in the end light aromas of camphor and rosemary notes. Among the minor ingredients, herbs and woods with unique perfumes such as sandal, musk, myrrh and nutmeg.

Dried fig and raisin, birch beer, and red wine aromas with sumptuous fruit on the palate and very slight bitter notes.

This very dry wine shows some structure and unique flavors such as parmesan cheese rind, chamomile, orange zest and roasted nuts. The palate has some deeper fruit like peach, cantaloup, smoke and burnt orange. The finish is creamy and almost leesy with a nutty finish.
