Aromas include baked apples, honey and almond notes. Medium in body with a round profile; slightly floral with apricot and orange peel flavors and touches of lanolin on the finish. This lower-acid white makes a nice alternative to Viognier or Chardonnay.

This orange wine immediately greets the nose with a ton of complexity and goes through many changes in its time being open. This estate-grown Cayuga Lake Pinot Gris begins with aromas of stone fruits, both fresh and baked.  The palate is medium to full in weight, creamy and rich with ripe orchard fruits like pear, apple and apricot. The wine is just barely dry with bright acidity to balance it.

This very aromatic wine offers lightly bitter ginger skin and lychee. It smells as though it might be too much of a good thing, but it isn’t. Lovely flavors of citrus, ginger, lychee, and orange blossom join clean acidity in this medium-bodied wine with a longer finish.

This is medium plus to full bodied with loads of orchard fruits -- apricot, apple and ripe pear, along with hints of flowers, chalk and chamomile, ending with glazed apple notes. The texture is roundish with plenty of juicy acidity and a touch of salty minerality.

You’ll find this unoaked Chardonnay to be fresh and clean with bright aromas of golden apple, pear and lemon citrus. From the producer: Pale yellow colour. The nose shows the strong limestone influence: mineral, stone driven, citrus fruits and some white fruits (peach) after some aeration. The wine fermented in a large recent oak cask (foudre) and was on full lees until bottling. The palate is quite strict, bone dry, with a racy sapid acidity that gives a juicy texture on the finish. The wine has a nice concentration, but because it is bone dry with a ripe acidity, it feels elegant and delicate.

Each grape (Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Friulano) shines quite nicely in this Friuli white, aromas of melon, citrus, and apples are followed on the palate with citrus pith and a hint of lemon. Medium in body, this wine is fresh and clean, a lovely spring sipper!

This sparkler from Argentina seems ever-so-lightly sweet due to its fruitiness. There are notes of pear, lychee and light tropical notes, along with vanilla. It is clean, fresh and not overly bubbly in the mouth.
