Sharp aromas of fleshy fruits (acid pineapple, apricot and peach) with a light vegetable background. Significant volume in the mouth, unctuous, saline, contained acidity and subtle finish.

Aromas of pear and apple continue through onto the palate, joining with flint, minerality, citrus and quince. This is medium weight with integrated acidity, succulence and freshness.

Rich and sappy aromas include grilled stone fruit, poached pears, honey and touches of florality.  The palate is creamy and succulent with concentrated, mouth-coating baked apple and apricot preserves. This is full-bodied and the finish is long with touches of vanilla and almond skin.

This white Burgundy is dry, but the fruit is ripe and gives richness, offering flavors of candied apple, sweet apple and peach.  There is a touch of smoke and lemon pith balancing the orchard notes. The texture is round and dense. 

Medium aromatics of lemon/lime, talc-like minerality and starfruit begin the nose of this refreshing white.  It's ripe on entry with juicy peach and lemon flavors supported by refreshing acidity and a long, round apricot and pear tinged finish.

On the nose, this refreshing white shows Meyer lemon, green apple and pear balanced with wet stone minerality. On the palate, this zesty and fresh wine shows lemon, quince and some chalkiness with this being medium in body, acidity and length with the slightest amount of zippy carbonation.

The wine presents aromas of peach, citrus, apricot pit, petrol and wet stone. On the palate, honeyed pear, peach and citrus combine with citrus and wet slate for a dry, minerally finish.

Wet stone and citrus join ripe grapefruit, lime pith and starfruit aromas. These continue on the palate along with gooseberry, melon and lemon notes. The wine is nicely balanced with gentle acidity and a round, leesy creaminess. 

This delicious, textbook example of the St Aubin appellation is concentrated and offers good intensity of minerality and stone fruits. The wine begins with aromas of apple, wet stone, light baking spice/vanilla/toast notes. It is full bodied with notes of white pepper and flint joining apple and pear skin. Excellent quality, density and complexity to go with white meats, rich seafood and hearty vegetable casseroles.

This perfumed white gives aromas of white truffle, jasmine, apricot and nectarine. These continue on the medium-plus bodied palate. Although dry, it is generous with perfume of lily and texture of apricot oil contributing to yellow-orange stone fruits (peach, nectarine, apricot) with a rounded yet sleek mouthfeel. Clean and fresh, this wine is an excellent match with highly seasoned foods like Indian, Asian, and Moroccan.

Apple, nectarine, pineapple, and tea berry. The palate has darker notes like rustic cider, nuts, poached pear and honey, with a bit of peach and cream.

Aromas of nectarine, white peach and fresh orchard melange greet you in the glass. They're vibrant and bright and so is the wine on the palate. It's succulent, juicy and densely packed with yellow fruits with light notes of honey, herb and almond. The texture is creamy, supple and stays energetic at the same time. A wonderful wine for seafood and white meats. It can also take bold seasonings.

A rich and lovely nose brimming with honeysuckle, white tea, peaches, and apricots. The palate follows with apricots, peach skin, and a touch of refreshing white tea bitterness. This wine is bright and vibrant, with sleek acidity and good density. A delicious value!

Classic Viognier aromas include peach skin, apricot blossom, and orange peel. The ripeness of the nose translates to the palate as passionfruit, guava, pineapple and citrus pith. The wine is round and rich with hints of vanilla, making it feel opulent and full. The long finish includes a pleasant bitterness that provides interest and lift.

Medium aromatics include chamomile and lanolin.  The palate is medium weight with light floral notes such as honeysuckle. Fresh, clean and minerally with white peach and melon flavors. This is precise and focused; it's a wonderful aperitif or food wine.

Aromas of lemon, lime, and grapefruit alongside peach and light grassy or boxwood notes. On the palate, the citrus notes are soft but refreshing, with peach and passion fruit flavors combined with a mineral undertone. Medium in body this wine is crisp, elegant, and well-balanced.

This estate-grown Cayuga Lake Pinot Gris begins with aromas of stone fruits, both fresh and baked.  The palate is medium to full in weight, creamy and rich with ripe orchard fruits like pear, apple and apricot. The wine is just barely dry with bright acidity to balance it.

Aromas include melon rind, orange and a touch of vanilla confection. The wine has a round, waxy mouthfeel supported by apple, citrus and a clean chalky-minerality.

rom the producer: This is 2021 Napa Valley Chardonnay is bright and lively with fresh notes of lemon verbena, orange blossom, Golden Delicious apple, and Asian pear, with Tarte Tatin and brioche toast. Mouthwatering and crisp, the palate is focused with a lean backbone of acidity balanced by layers of honeysuckle, hazelnut, and white peach, all supported by a round, creamy mouthfeel. The long, persistent finish offers a slight flintiness that is inviting and intriguing, encouraging sip after sip. Elegant and graceful, it’s an exemplary Chardonnay sure to please many a discriminating palate.

Freshly grated lime zest greet the taster with pear, apple and wet stone minerality. The magic occurs on the palate with almost off-dry flavors of ripe peach, apricot, sundew melon, marzipan and yellow plum. The acidity is medium plus with a medium bodied frame that tastes riper than the aromas suggest.

Stone, honeydew melon, citrus and white pepper aromas lead to kiwi and citrus peel with touches of white pepper along with classic Finger Lakes minerality and more melon notes. Clean with moderate acidity and nice roundness, lemon-lime flavors persist on the finish.

From the producer: Pale yellow colour. The nose shows the strong limestone influence: mineral, stone driven, citrus fruits and some white fruits (peach) after some aeration. The wine fermented in a large recent oak cask (foudre) and was on full lees until bottling. The palate is quite strict, bone dry, with a racy sapid acidity that gives a juicy texture on the finish. The wine has a nice concentration, but because it is bone dry with a ripe acidity, it feels elegant and delicate.

Aromas of cherry, crushed raspberries, minerals and flowers, show good typicity for Pinot. The dry palate is elegant, with more cherry fruit, a bit of toast, tea leaves, smoke and meatiness. Smooth and medium-bodied, the wine has moderate acidity that complements rather than obscures the abundant cherry and black currant fruit.

Enticing aromas include apple skin, grapefruit, and brioche. The palate is soft and creamy with a nice fine bead; flavors include apple, pear, citrus and touches of vanilla on the clean finish.

Medium plus aromatics of brioche, lemon curd, fennel/anise, light hay notes with lees, oatmeal, orchard cider. The palate is dry with a soft bead, with baked lemon pastry and apple. A touch of pear and melon mingle with stone and mineral notes, freshened by pinpoint bubbles on the finish.

The wine spends around a year on its lees before disgorgement with the result being a more youthful and fresh wine than Champagne which is lively and strikingly aromatic. Tropical fruits are more prevalent here with pineapple, glazed stone fruits and mango flavours. Hints of hazelnuts and sweet spice conclude beautifully on the palate.

Generously aromatic for a sparkling wine with peach, melon and lemon curd with a hint of cream and minerality. The palate is crisp and slightly sweet with salty minerality and flavors of orange, tangerine and apricot.
