This wine is very aromatic with rosewater, jasmine, some talc/mineral notes, and stone fruits, along with lime and lime blossom.  The palate offers more vibrant citrus (lime, grapefruit) and lingering apricot, white tea and grape notes. Subtle aromas of dried meadow, yellow plum, and nectarine on the nose. The wine features a lovely creamy/waxy texture with balanced acidity, highlighted by ripe apricot and touches of herbs on the palate.

From the producer: Delicate at first then tropically ripe, brimming with apricot, nectarine and a touch of pineapple. Lemon citrus and acacia blossom balance the sweetness effortlessly.

The wine presents aromas of peach, citrus, apricot pit, petrol and wet stone. On the palate, honeyed pear, peach and citrus combine with citrus and wet slate for a dry, minerally finish.

Clean with subtle orchard fruit notes, along with citrus and mineral flavors. Asian pear and skin, nectarine and lemon can be found on the palate which is medium weight. This is refreshing and precise, with integrated acidity and a long, mineral finish.

Classic Muscat aromas include jasmine, white peach and pink grapefruit.  Ripe stone-fruit, rosewater and lime-aid flavors on the palate are supported by a pleasant and balanced sweetness.

Aromas of apricot and marzipan are joined by a kiss of floral character on the nose. The palate is nicely concentrated with stone fruits, especially pear, and touches of dried herbs. It’s medium-bodied with a pleasant creaminess, soft finish and lingering salinity.

Apples, apricots, and white peach on the nose. The palate follows with white stone fruits, some barrel and lees but not oak, white flowers and lilacs, finishing with fresh lemon zest.

Lovely floral aromas, mineral, and touches of applewood emerge on the nose of this richer-style Gruner. It’s lightly spritzy on the palate and the jasmine stands out, supported by ripe apricot and tree fruit.

Aromas include baked apricot, yellow apple and meadow/hay notes. Complex and elegant, the wine’s roundness is matched with fresh peach and apple flavors with touches of lanolin and almond. The finish reveals subtle notes of aniseed.

This is a very clean, focused and lean wine. The aromas and flavors offer a lot of terroir driven minerality, with wet stone, precise acidity and lemon pith. The palate has medium plus acid and a light body with honeysuckle, grapefruit and shale.

Freshly grated lime zest greet the taster with pear, apple and wet stone minerality. The magic occurs on the palate with almost off-dry flavors of ripe peach, apricot, sundew melon, marzipan and yellow plum. The acidity is medium plus with a medium bodied frame that tastes riper than the aromas suggest.

This lovely Gewurztraminer gives aromas of lychee, ginger skin, rosewater and honeysuckle following on to a bright and flavorful palate where lychee, jasmine, ginger, pear, and lime zest add complexity. It is medium plus in body, with good ripeness, integrated acidity and a round texture, finishing with citrusy notes.

Fruity, floral aromas and flavors of opal apples, cherry blossoms and apricot, with a supple, tangy, medium body and a polished and engaging long finish with shades of golden kiwi, ripe peach, pineapple, sultry with a long finish. The flavors seem honeyed with ugly fruit, cantaloupe and starfruit that is juicy sweet and very drinkable.

Bursting with tropical fruit, citrus, and floral notes of honeysuckle, this wine has a hint of sweetness that makes it so refreshing.

From the Producer: Founded in 1982, Au Bon Climat (which means "a well-exposed vineyard") produces internationally-recognized Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc wine from grapes grown in California's Santa Barbara County.

Approachable but thorough tannins support ripe cherry and raspberry notes. The acidity is fresh and balanced by earthier floral, cocoa and smoke flavors.

Aromas of cherry, crushed raspberries, minerals and flowers, show good typicity for Pinot. The dry palate is elegant, with more cherry fruit, a bit of toast, tea leaves, smoke and meatiness. This beautiful Otago Pinot Noir is blossoming with aromas of leather, tobacco, some smoke, earth, dried cranberries and prunes, and blackberries. The palate is soft and savory with dried flowers, cola, black tea, medium acidity, and velvety tannins. Silky and complex, fresh and rich, it keeps improving hours after opening!

Honeyed and floral aromas bloom from this dry crisp mead. Lightly weighted but with good density holding it up, this mead has a very long finish, leaving chamomile, spring flowers, citrus fruit, and a piquant honey taste on the palate.
