This wine’s aromas range from elegant and light to concentrated and perfumed. Notes of lemon, lime, apricot preserves, freshly cut hay, vanilla and macadamia cut through a distinctive salinity. On the palate the texture is elegant with white tea, vanilla, stone fruit, a touch of petrol and light florals.

This premier cru Chablis is medium plus in body with soft acid and rounded density. It is dry and clean with notes of poached pear, lemon rind, anise, stone, steeliness and tarragon.

The nose is ripe with quince, citrus zest, orchard fruit, flint, and petrol, very rich Riesling aromas! The palate is focused and complex with nectarine, starfruit, lush peach, some gentle herbal notes, and grapefruit zest. Full bodied, ripe, rich, bright, and clean.

Clean with subtle orchard fruit notes, along with citrus and mineral flavors. Asian pear and skin, nectarine and lemon can be found on the palate which is medium weight. This is refreshing and precise, with integrated acidity and a long, mineral finish.

A fuller, more plush style of Riesling. Notes of Orange blossom and shale-driven minerality show through with striking intensity. Layers of ripe orchard fruit and tropical fruit coat the palate, supported by broad, lingering acidities.

From the get-go, you can tell this wine is full bodied. Aromas are of vanilla, brioche, apple and apricot. The palate is broad and all-encompassing, offering richness and satiety. There's a baked orchard fruit character, along with a touch of almond paste and spiced vanilla custard. Full bodied, bright and generous, this is a white for bigger foods and highly seasoned, creamy dishes. Chateauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is always a treat. Here's a wine from the Arbois (eastern France in the Jura region between Burgundy and Switzerland) that offers an enjoyable amount of oxidation and age. Medium weight and more, with some bruised apple, cooked quince, hay and dried herbs creating a wine with interest and complexity, especially with its lightly tannic texture. The finish turns slightly funky with an oxidative-cider-yeasty edge that stays in check. This is classic Arbois.

This is a great example of high quality Riesling from Alsace. It's medium plus in body, dense, slightly tropical, aromatic and creamy. Generous enough to drink today, but cellar worthy for those who are patient.

Black currants and cocoa mingle on the nose and are reflected on the palate over fine tannic structure and lifted acidity. Touches of clove and coffee linger with tobacco leaf and dill on the finish.

This is a riper more modern style of Burgundy, making it very approachable to new Burgundy drinkers, with ripe red fruited aromas, cherries, tobacco, and candied cranberries. A medium bodied and savory pinot with plum, raspberry, medium acid, and grippy tannins.

The aromas are dark and rich with black cherry, concentrated cassis and stewed black fruit with a mineral back bone and a hint of smoke. The palate is mineral and more tart red fruit with moderate acidity. Rich and plush, with concentrated cherry tart, plum pudding and dark currant flavors that are well-structured, showing cocoa powder and allspice accents on the open-textured finish. Barrel-influenced aromas of vanilla and smoke combine with blueberry, black currant, and darker fruit like plum in this aromatically intense Tuscan red blend. Flavors are full and generous, delivering dried herbs, licorice, and fruits similar to those on the nose. This tastes gorgeously Italian but also cool climate.

Rich, dark aromas of cooked cherries and forest underbrush on the nose. This fuller-bodied wine offers black currants and black cherry on the palate. The fruit is ripe to support it's richness and fine tannins with touches of minerality and dark chocolate on the finish.

The nose gives aromas of red and black cherry, baked raspberry pie, cranberry, meat, garrigue and smoke. It smells Italian! The palate is medium weight with strawberries, berry seeds, violets, mineral and camp fire. It has a softer structure than you might expect from Nebbiolo, with integrated acidity and tannins. A long, balsamic finish completes the package.

Blueberries, blackberries, and black cherries delight the nose from this red fleshed wine. The medium bodied palate follows with medium plus acid, dark berries, tart and fresh black cherries; it's savory with a long finish.

This wine gives fruit forward flavors of ripe blueberry and cherry as well as elegant oak notes.

On the nose and the palate the fruit is nicely ripe with black plum, blueberry, mixed cherry and blackberry. The palate has good intensity with plenty of lift, made more complex with notes of dried violets and a spicy finish. This medium-plus-bodied wine is complex and balanced; though it is fruit forward, it offers nice oak quality and blended spice.

This smells classic; old world spice, leather, and a touch of warm earth. The palate delivers ripe red and black berries, tobacco with a medium-plus body, just right tannic structure and mouth-watering acidity to balance.

An earthy, creamy full-bodied Tempranillo, Mourvedre, Nebbiolo & Grenache blend has a distinct, slightly salty aftertaste, with a dark berries finish. Its elegant and delicate tannins and pleasant acidity make this a wine accessible to all palates. It has a nicely balanced nose, is smooth and delicious with hints of oak and spices, chocolate and pepper, leather and sea salt.

This wine is something else all together with an inky and chewy backbone that matches the aromas with density and concentration. Perfume of grandma's home with forest floor, violets, horse stable and leather that layer aromas of blueberries and black olives. The palate is medium bodied with medium acidity and tannin structure. Flavors of black plum, dark currants, cigar paper and cured black olives.

This fabulous Cabernet Franc exhibits everything we love about the variety: beautiful dark fruits, savory earth elements and fine, supple tannins. There's a light smokiness intertwined with mineral/iron notes amid plenty of plum, black cherry, blackberry fruit and juicy acidity to lift everything. The finish is persistent and complex.

"Its firmly structured reds, made exclusively from Pinot Noir, also boast plenty of blackberry and strawberry fruit with supple tannins that benefit from about two to five years in the bottle. The robust fruit and firmness on the palate in a Givry red begs for dishes such as mixed charcuterie, braised veal, stewed poultry or roasted duck."

This wine is overall well made and tasty. It is medium-plus in body with good depth, namely black fruit, black currants, slight savory tones and integrated smoke. Due to its age, you’ll find the tannins soft and velvety.

"A rich purple in the glass. The complex nose features nuanced aromas ranging from blackberry to blueberry and currant with hints of cedar and spice. In the mouth, it’s juicy with a grippy texture and delicate, concentrated but relaxed tannins before the lengthy finish. It seems that the healthy biodynamic vineyard was able to withstand the warmth of 2020. An extremely well-made wine that handled the conditions with aplomb."

Inky with a deep garnet-hued rim, this wine reveals remarkable depth and complexity. The concentrated black fruit core is laced with aromas of red and black currant, blackberry, and blueberry, accented by subtle hints of spice, umami/savory, sage, and dark chocolate. Nicely structured and well-balanced with apple and apple skin flavors combining with minerality in this vibrant, harmonious sparkler.

100% Riesling from a blend of 2022 and 2023 vintages. Beautifully balanced and very tasty with just a touch of sweetness. Floral aromas, ripe apple, and pear combine in this clean sparkler which showcases a texture of fine mousse.

Namazake (**unpasteurized sake) is best drunk as fresh as possible, ideally in spring, immediately after its winter release. The rice is grown in the limestone rich soils in Yamaguchi, made with water that flows over the limestone creating a complex and rich sake with higher than usual acidity, fresh fruitiness, a creamy body and crisp dry finish. Notes of juicy watermelon, kaffir lime, pear and cucumber. Great food sake! **This sake is kept in our fridge on the bottom right hand shelf.

From the producer: Pale golden hue. Fresh nose redolent of rosehips and white pepper. Very lively at the attack, then fine length with lingering creamy notes.

Lovely notes of orange, apricots and marmalade with malty maple greeting you on the nose. The palate continues along these notes adding butterscotch, baking spices and a little heat. The texture is quite full but with a soft round mouthfeel.

Using a family recipe since 1897, Nonino Amaro is a careful infusion of alpine herbs, enriched today by the presence of UE grapes aged over 5 years.

Review From Master of Malt: NOSE: Cedar, toasted brown sugar, apricot-filled pastries. PALATE: Caramel and vanilla sit up front, with notes of nutmeg, milky coffee and macadamia developing in the background. FINISH: Lingering waxy fruit and a tickle of black pepper.

From Producer: Silky with a subtle sweet and spicy finish.

This bourbon is a beautiful, rose-brown color. Aromatics are of malt, citrus and light baking spice. On the palate, there are notes of apricot, apples, vanilla,cinnamon, maple, melted butter, golden brown toast and a sweet maltiness, as well as notes of flan and creme brulee topping. Very smooth with integrated alcohol.

This tequila has no additives and is a small production of grandson of Don Julio. This smells creamy, herbal spicy and clean. The palate is filling, with clean cotton, vanilla, dried herbs and some coriander. The finish is clean and almost creamy.

Made from two types of arugula, or rucola, that grows on the Ischia island and the Pontine archipelago. The leaves along with citrus peel, herbs, and roots are infused in alcohol where they macerate for 40 days. Amber, with dark orange hues, the liqueur recalls notes of citrus fruit, cedar, and subtle caramel. Lively on the palate and with a pleasingly bitter aftertaste. Enjoy cold.

One of Italy's most iconic Amaro's from Bologna. Light and gentle, notes of orange, orange peel, cinnamon, sarsaparilla and honey with wonderful richness and just the right touch of bitterness in the finish. Great as a digestif or in a cocktail.

Mahón gin is made by using the traditional one-wine using the same grapes for making Cava. Handcrafted on the island of Menorca, Baléares, Spain. Notes of juniper and citrus with a touch of salinity, undertones of black pepper, spice and citrus zest. A super refreshing gin, and perfect for G&T’s.

This pretty gin from Mallorca shows good lift and a range of flavors from spice, lemon zest, and orange peel supported by creamy texture and nice density.

New York Distilling Company Take a walk on the wild side of rye. Jaywalk Straight Rye, distilled in New York, is a combination of Horton Heirloom Rye and our original organic Field Race Rye, both grown in the Finger Lakes region of New York. A blend of spirits barrel-aged for six-, seven-, and eight-years, this 92-proof rye brims with New York attitude, ready to mix it up. Flavor beyond the generic ‘spice’ commonly associated with rye whiskey. Dark, caramelized, floral sugars. A range of tropical fruits, from candied pineapple and mango on the palate, and honeyed notes of ripe apricot on the nose.

Another fabulous seasonal release from Hendrick's, this gin centers on cacao and orange. The nose is aromatic and appealing with warm, sweet, white chocolate undertones mixed with talc and orange zest. The palate is round and creamy with a spicy mint note combining with vanilla, cacao and a hint of citrus. This is dangerously good -- try in all manner of cocktails, but it also makes a satisfying martini that might be just a little too quaffable!

A blend of Mars “Iwai” whisky and American straight rye whiskey distilled at an undisclosed Kentucky distillery, bridging two iconic whiskey styles. Notes of peanut brittle, cherry caramel, cocoa, balanced spice yet bold, great for cocktails.

From the Producer:  Bouquet of vanilla with spicy, citrusy and dried fruit notes of almond, raisins and cloves. – Palate: well-rounded, rich vanilla taste that picks up the aromas from the nose. Combines well with the bitter orange, dates, cocoa beans and saffron flavours. 

Inferno Rosso Vermouth is made with a blend of Dolcetto & Cortese grapes and 27 botanicals. A ruby red color and fruity nose with hints of red berries, cherry and orange, cardamom and a slightly bitter finish. Enjoy it over ice with a twist of orange or try it in your Negroni or Manhattan.
