From the producer: Clear and brilliant in the glass, the 2023 Riesling opens with notes of lemongrass and a touch of petrol (a hallmark of quality fruit driven by mineral rich soils). On the palate the wine is lush and juicy with topical flavors of mango and pineapple that follow through with a clean finish with hints of citrus and peach.

Ripe and round with stone fruits including peach, apricot, and marmalade. Zippy and clean with tropical pineapple notes and a kiss of sweetness to balance.

This Late Harvest Riesling is crafted in the traditional German Spätlese style, with natural sweetness balanced by lively acidity. The outcome is a wine with an elegant yet luscious nose, followed by a generous palate of crisp ripe stone fruit and floral notes, lingering into a long, naturally sweet finish. 4.3% residual sugar.

A very fragrant Rose this vintage, rich with cherries, it's bright and clean. Medium bodied on the palate, some suggestion of cab franc and zweigelt in the fruit, fruit forward and flavorful!

This wine smells floral, with rosewater and jasmine but exotic and fun fruit like watermelon and bubblegum. The palate is fresh with medium acidity and texture with crushed rock minerality, and candied red fruit. Crisp, soft, off dry, and rich, this cider is cofermented with Riesling skins. This blend is has the lovely perfume of peach, honeycomb, and loads of sweet basil. The palate follows with ginger, apricot, sweet basil, and stone fruit. This is a great intro wine for people aren't (yet) fans of cider, it's fruity and complex, wonderfully complemented by the Riesling skins.

Richly herbal, with excited notes of star anise sitting beneath simmering spiced notes of cardamom and pepper. Decidedly green (and not just from the historical connection between Pastis liqueurs and Absinthe) with fresh, roughly chopped herbs, warming spices and, of course, the distinctive notes of wormwood. Slightly creamy texture with a long anise finish.
