100% Central Coast Chardonnay that's seen 80% of it in stainless steel, with the remaining 20% being barrel fermented. After fermentation there's 10 months of rest in oak barrels. What you have here in the bottle is a medium to full bodied Chardonnay with balanced flavors of vanilla, orange blossom, pear and apple. Toasty oak adds to the long, silky finish.

This unoaked Chardonnay offers fresh flavors of pineapple and grilled peaches with nice acidity to keep the palate lifted. The texture is attractive with both freshness and a broad mouthfeel. It finishes with glazed citrus and sweet snap pea.

Aromas include lemon, lemon zest, honeydew melon and Anjou pear. The wine is well-balanced on the palate with tree fruit flavors structured in a crisp, fresh style that's slightly leesy and slightly creamy. Overall, this is more of a stainless steel than oaky style. Try it with creamy soups, crab cakes, scallops, salmon carbonara, chicken or turkey dishes. Vegetarian casseroles with cheese are excellent matches.

The aromas in this wine are elegant with sweet oak, butter, vanilla, apple, pear and a whiff of smoke. This is the creamy buttery style of chardonnay with a medium plus palate that shows some oak use but is integrated with acidity. There are flavors of baked apple, butter and caramel that has a creamy finish.

Golden straw in color with aromas of pear, honey and baked apple. It's medium plus in body with round and creamy texture supported by lifted acidity. Apple pie flavors linger on the longer finish.

 2023 is an exceptional, high-quality, memorable vintage for Napa; winemakers describe the wines as having freshness, purity, and elegance overall. On the nose, aromas of stone fruit and lychee with a delicate honeysuckle fragrance. The palate is refined and elegant, with a round mouthfeel that is complemented by a pop of brightness. From the Producer: Founded in 1982, Au Bon Climat (which means "a well-exposed vineyard") produces internationally-recognized Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc wine from grapes grown in California's Santa Barbara County.

Aromas reminiscent of the Old World with a fresh spin; think tart red fruit, minerality, forest floor, wood spice and a savory character. On the palate it has more New World flavors: blackberry, vanilla, baking spice, and bittersweet cocoa. It is complex, supple, and tasty.

Complex mixed berry aromas with spice: blackberry, damson plum, Bing cherry are intense and concentrated but quite fresh. There’s a touch of allspice and white pepper as well. The flavors continue the aromatic profile, both fruity and spicy.  This delicious wine is nicely ripe, yet restrained: it has fruit (blackberry, raspberry), spice and structuring elements; all well balanced. It is medium-plus in body with a very long finish.

This wine has medium aromatics of cola spice and black cherry. The palate shows great complexity with black licorice, clove, pepper and smoke, sassafras layering with black cherry, chocolate and caramel. The tannins are soft and well integrated with medium plus body and medium acidity. Nicely wrapped flavors weave with the texture for a very well made wine. Aromas of mulling spices and Moroccan souk spices combine with dark berries, tar and smoke to entice you to this Pinot Noir. It is between medium and full bodied with considerable concentration, yet it is not heavy. Macerated red and black cherries join pressed rose, mulling spices, bittersweet cacao nibs and a note of tar. The tannins are velvety and acid is integrated. With air, spiced black currants and smoke evolve on the long finish.

From the producer: Dark ruby-purple, this wine has deep, alluring aromas of blackcurrant and black plum that are layered with expressive notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and perfume of lavender. Supple, concentrated, and seamless, the palate displays vibrant fruit with undertones of tilled earth and sea salt. Firm, integrated tannins provide a structured backbone to the opulence of the wine, finishing with a lasting, powerful impression.

The nose of red cherry, truffle, rose and light earth is very enticing. The wine is medium weight with both black and red cherries intertwined with earth, steeped strawberries, wild raspberries and a touch of darjeeling tea. This has beautiful texture and though it is very flavorful, it remains elegant.

The aromas are dark and rich with black cherry, concentrated cassis and stewed black fruit with a mineral back bone and a hint of smoke. The palate is mineral and more tart red fruit with moderate acidity. Rich and plush, with concentrated cherry tart, plum pudding and dark currant flavors that are well-structured, showing cocoa powder and allspice accents on the open-textured finish. On the nose, one finds clove, black pepper, dark, concentrated berry pie fruits and subtle smokiness. This wine is full bodied and full flavored with hearty winter notes of baked berries, cherry pie, kirsch, mulling spices, toast and spiced fruit preserves. It is rich and concentrated, yet easy to drink due to its round texture and balanced acidity.

Attractive red jam fruits are still dry in this Zinfandel-based wine which has nice purity and finesse, as well as velvety tannins. It has medium acidity or even more, giving it good balance. There's plenty of flavor here, including a little brambly note.

This plush and saturated wine gives a range of purple fruits such as plums, black cap raspberries, cherries and mulberries. The fruit is joined with some baking spice, cinnamon, bramble and black tea. Structuring acidity provides framework for this medium-plus bodied wine. It ends with a cherry note on the finish.

This wine is saturated and ripe with rounded texture and sophisticated tannins. The flavors are kirsch, raspberry and light black pepper.

On the nose and the palate the fruit is nicely ripe with black plum, blueberry, mixed cherry and blackberry. The palate has good intensity with plenty of lift, made more complex with notes of dried violets and a spicy finish. This medium-plus-bodied wine is complex and balanced; though it is fruit forward, it offers nice oak quality and blended spice.

A typical profile for cabernet sauvignon yet enticingly rich and complex with blackcap, raspberry, and blueberry, cured meat, toast, and vanilla. The texture has lifted acidity, nice integrated tannins with flavors of cassis, elderberry, black cherry and older oak woodiness with baking spices.

Exquisite dark fruit aromas gracefully emanate from the glass, carrying hints of baking spice and potpourri notes. The palate gives luscious blackberry, vibrant black raspberry, and succulent boysenberry flavors heightened by nuances of vanilla and baker's chocolate. The finish is supple and beautifully rounded. Perfect for beef dishes like steak au poivre, braised brisket with onions, Guinness beef stew or shepherd’s pie. Vegetarians can opt for pasta with tomato sauce, stewed vegetables, vegetarian chili or roasted beets.

Ripe black and red fruit including plum and raspberry on the palate. Tannins are medium plus but well integrated, showing aging potential. Fruit, bramble, and spice notes mingle to create a well-balanced wine.

This Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara has a floral nose, with loads of raspberries and a touch of alcohol. The body is medium to medium plus, nicely ripe with a lot of density and depth. Rich with flavors of black cherries, blackberries, and light smoke; finishing with medium acidity and lingering fruit.

There are aromas of plums, red cherries, and black cherries from this Mendocino Pinot Noir. The body is fruitier with berries, raspberries, cherries, and plums, with touches of minerality, medium acid and tannins.. No oak or savory flavors are present in this medium bodied Pinot.

From the producer: A bowl of summer fruits including sweet blackberries, raspberries, black olives and pomegranates which are highlighted by black pepper, violets and fresh green olive scents that develop and evolve with air. Vivacious and bright in the mouth with real density of flavor and concentration from the long cool growing season.

Fruit for this wine come from young vines and you can tell it is ripe red cherry, spiced plum, truffle mushroom, and slightly earthy. The palate delivers medium plus acidity making this wine refreshing to drink, with black pepper, black cherry, black tea like tannins and satisfying with it's medium structure.

Beautiful nose with such ripe and fruity notes of dark berries, sweeter blueberry compote and cocoa. The bit of Zinfandel adds to the flavors with smoke on the finish, black pepper and some cigar. This wine is smooth with soft tannins and balanced acidity.
