A very fresh and lifted aperitif wine. Honeysuckle and candied lemon on the nose, medium body and rounded texture, with light tropical notes of mango, passion fruit and some melon.

This wine begins with notes of fennel mixed with apple and pear. It is medium weight on the palate, crystal-clear, fresh and clean with subtle fruitiness of pear, nectarine, and apple (both green and yellos). This white blend offers plenty of minerality and some leesiness which gives it a slightly rounded texture despite its high acidity. Delicious with cheese or as an aperitif or partner with light foods.

Crowd pleasing aromas include nectarine, pear, and lemon juice highlighted with orchard blossom and preserved lemon. The palate is flavorful with green tea, sour apple, and fresh warm peaches. It is medium-bodied and finishes with refreshing bitterness.

Refreshing, vibrant aromas include lemon/lime, melon and wet stone. The palate offers candied lime, sun jewel melon, starfruit, kumquat and elderflower notes. It is nicely dense and a touch savory with fresh cut grass and medium acidity.

A bigger and rounder style for a wine from the Basque Country. Clean aromatics that smell like the ocean with citrus, apricot, beeswax, and fresh herbs. The palate is like fresh lime juice, parsley from the garden and a rounder mouthfeel that reminds you of stonefruit and minerality. This could be drunk by itself or with food.

Maison Louis Jadot Pouilly- Fuisse 1er Cru 2021 There is a level of purity and cleanliness that is vibrant and flinty and intense. Layer upon layer of apple, golden pear, fresh herbs, and a subtle creaminess. Upheld by an intense, biting, stony sensation, this hunts teeth like some do and will drink beautifully for many years.

On the nose tropical, melon rind, white grapes and fresh-cut grass. On the palate it is fresh and structured yet creamy but cut, with notes of lime blossom, key lime, melons and green pear with a medium finish. Great on its own or with food.

This is an incredibly complex, rich and aromatic white that smells like jasmine, marzipan, nectarine and peaches. It tastes like ripe oranges, orange zest, flint and starfruit. Rounded texture with enough acidity to balance leads to a silky finish.

This wine is highly aromatic with tropical starfruit, Asian pear and apple blossom. The entry is almost sweet yet balanced by refreshing tartness; flavors are complex with ripe pear, lemon, pink grapefruit, melon, and subtle herbal qualities.

This low alcohol wine has a place at your table, with tart tropical fruit, lime and grapefruit and some minerality. The palate is lightly chalky and refreshing with clean acidity and a light sparkle.

Such a pretty wine to have on your table with scents of floral, chamomile, and honeydew melon. This wine is balanced between an almost sweet honeysuckle taste to some white tea bitterness. There are additional flavors of white roses, ginger and peaches on a medium frame.

This wine is powerfully aromatic with tropical guava, passionfruit and sunjewel melon jumping from the glass. When you sip this wine it is equally powerful tasting and delivers juicy medium acidity and texture with honeysuckle and jasmine. A really bright red with blackberry and black cherry aromas and flavors, fresh sage, fresh flowers.Finely structured on the palate with wonderfully fine tannin, a beautiful thread of acidity and great juiciness finishes long.  

This wine has vibrant aromas of black fruit, licorice, dusty cocoa, mulberries and blackberries. On the palate, this rich wine offers black fruit, licorice, spicy clove, milk chocolate, black pepper and bark flavors. This is a great example of an elegant, full-bodied wine with just enough structure and a long finish.

Pretty aromas that show what cool climate pinot noir is, with ripe red cherry, sour cherry and figs that layer upon truffle, forest floor and some balsamic. Medium body but with surprising acidity for a 2020 vintage that shows off cranberry and currant notes with light smoke and savory herbs.

Raspberry, plum, red cherry and strawberry red fruits greet the taster on the nose and it is clean and inviting. The palate delivers fresh fruits with baking spice and light dried herbs on a medium frame that has drying tannins and lifted acid.

This has been aged in newer oak, dill and coconut aromas mingle with stewed mixed fruit. This smells classic; old world spice, dried rose petals, touch of earth. The palate delivers olive tapenade, black pepper, tobacco and mixed red and black berries. The structure is medium plus in body, with just right tannin structure that could age longer, but is drinking well right now.

Quite a perfumed pinot noir with cranberry, blood orange, cherry cordial, dusty earth and some herbs. The oak use is judicious making a drinkable wine with strawberries, plums and red currants that meet green peppercorns and sandalwood. This is more concentrated and continues to get deeper and darker as it breathes.

From the Winemaker: "Sabbie di Sutta Cerasuolo di Vittoria has a lively cherry-red color and an intense aroma of red fruit and floral notes. Its smooth, full and harmonious taste pairs very well with many traditional Sicilian recipes and the typical flavors of the Mediterranean cuisine. This red wine is a blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato grapes grown on sandy soils in the Vittoria area, a corner of Sicily that smells like Africa, situated just a few miles from the southernmost tip of the Italian peninsula."

Both aromas and flavors are smokey. The nose offers stewed red fruit (raspberry), black fruit Black raspberry and cherry), and cured meat. The attack is juicy, with black fruits, meaty spices, black pepper and a slightly rustic note. Tannins are fairly fine, the body is medium to plus, and the finish long. This is a good grilling wine.

Aromas of smoke, coffee, and black fruits lead to concentrated flavors of mocha, baking spice, black currants, and smoke. There’s a touch of dried herbal savoriness, along with fine tannins and juicy acidity.

A typical profile for cabernet sauvignon yet enticingly rich and complex with blackcap, raspberry, and blueberry, cured meat, toast, and vanilla. The texture has lifted acidity, nice integrated tannins with flavors of cassis, elderberry, black cherry and older oak woodiness with baking spices.

Big, bold, black fruit and cured meat make you think this wine is brooding. When tasted you realize it's elegance and overall well made style. It is medium plus in body with light smoke, light earth and dark juicy blackberry.

Deep ruby red color with purplish flashes. The bouquet on the nose is very intense, fruity and flowery, with typical aromas of red fruits, juniper berries, plum, blackberry, and tea leaves. The enjoyable aromas of mature fruits are also fully and intensely felt on the palate. The alcohol gives a nice warm feeling; the nice acidity and the smooth tannins makes this wine extremely pleasant to drink.

Aromas of ripe black cherry and blackcurrant aromas are dominant but there is the essence of smoke. There are flavors of fleshy, juicy blackberry and overripe carnelian cherry with some notes of dried prune. The aftertaste is juicy and round, with firm and ripe but dry tannin at the end.

The aromatic intensity is medium plus with blueberry, wild blackcap and dark cocoa with some blackberry seed note. This wine changes and gets more complex with more air. The palate is slightly warming with tree bark, plum, dark chocolate and dried herbs. As a package this is a savory and earthy wine with dark fruit and good typicity.

This unique wine that is 100% local Piedirosso variety is ruby red in color color with purple reflections, that smell like violets, wild flowers, spices, black pepper and flint. This well integrated wine is juicy, balanced and elegant on the palate, with a savory finish earth, tobacco and inky. The fruit that develops is black cherry and cassis with singed spices. This wine is unique and staff favorite.

Surprisingly subtle aromas of blueberry for a blueberry wine, it smells pretty with cassis, wild blackcaps, and floral notes. The texture is medium across the palate but is serious with dark earth, black olives, minerality and forest floor. It is very structured and interesting as a beverage.

This is a savory style of rose with fresh oregano and rosemary but with balanced fruit like smashed strawberry and raspberry with mineral notes. The palate is interesting succulent with great weight. There are dried herbs, baked raspberry, and well structured to the point where we can tell it clearly well farmed. An excellent value.

This wine is floral because of its base of Agiorgitiko with aromatic Moscofilero. There is rose and violets with citrus peel, bitter Spanish orange and nectarine. The palate is mineral, clean and dry with peach, raspberry and energetic zippy acidity.

This biodynamic rosy-hued bottle smells muted at first and would be exceptional with food, with aromas of strawberry and cranberry. It is savory and mineral enough for enjoying on it's own but would be heightened by pairing with fresh herbs or vegetables. 

Apple juice, orange zest, and a sherry like quality greet the taster with some apricot notes as well. The flavor is ripe, refreshing with some lees qualities like baked bread. The finish delivers honey, pecans and orange.

Fresh ripe dark fruit such as black cherry, blackcap, and black currants with subtle violets and black peppercorns. It is not complex but is worthy of drinking all day because of fun this is. The flavors are similar to the nose with extra dried herbs, juicy raspberry and red pepper.

This fun and tasty sparkling wine is a good mix between sweeter Aperol and Campari with a natural infusion of oranges and bitters. There are ten added herbal extracts including gentian and rhubarb. It is slightly bitter with soaked oranges and grilled blood orange.

Toasty, yeasty aromas lead to flavors of ripe apple and pear, with vanilla, toast and yeast notes. Medium in body with a medium level of effervescence.

Mineral-driven aromas with notes of apple, biscuit and kiwi on the nose. Creamy on the palate with toast and pear flavors, the acidity is fresh and clean supported by a fine bead.  Refreshing, chalky minerality lingers on the apple-laden finish.

Quite savory both aromatically as well as on the palate. Aromas are on the natural side in style with ginger, funk, walnut and touches of shale stone. The palate is surprisingly creamy with dehydrated apple, peach, meadow or hay like notes. This is reminiscent of a disgorged pet nat with wild yeast fermentation and nice concentration of flavors.

Pleasant aromas of maple and red cherry. As expected the flavors are black pepper, red cherry, forest floor with warming alcohol, add a splash of water or an ice cube to this ready to go cocktail.

Ginseng, gentian, all the citrus fruits, orange zest, lemon, grapefruit and lime pith and juice with white floral notes. It smells juicy and tastes bitter and sweet at the same time. It is balanced with a sweet entry on the palate and bitterness on the finish.

Infused with at least 14 ingredients this hails from Germany to deliver spearmint, white pepper, dill and apricot with subtle floral notes. Explosiveness on the palate with poise and balance, clean and almost viscous with some heat like white pepper, the complexity of the flavors makes this more a moderator to cocktails than a sipping digestif.

Obvious pink grapefruit aromas and flavors with honeysuckle. It tastes sweet but has enough acidity to follow through with juicy citrus and grapefruit peel bitterness.

This has such interesting sweetness aromatically that it reminds you of banana bread, malt and cold butter. The palate delivers dried apricot and fresh pear with baking spice and vanilla all on a round palate. The grain all comes from Wyoming and is a blend of wheat, barley and corn.

This gin is slick and well made with classic scents of coriander, peppermint, lemon zest and juniper. The flavors are high toned and refreshing; this gin is different from any other London style that we carry.

Bright raspberry, blackberry, plum and red cherry notes, spices, gentian bitterness and hints of burdock, bergamot, blood orange, cinnamon and red licorice are well blended. There's a pleasant sweetness (hint of cherry cola) that's balanced by an amaro note. Good viscosity lends itself to light dilution.

Tangerine, orange oil and savory notes greet you, following with with baked and spiced apples, cantaloupe melon, Mandarin orange and light florality. Toasted walnut and clove flavors provide complexity in this medium weight wine which is overall, clean, bright, and zippy finishing with an herbal touch.
