From the producer: This wine symbolizes our love for white Châteauneuf-du-Pape. We find delicate floral notes, a fresh texture and crisp, juicy fruit with a saline finish. Just like a walk in our a Provençal garden.

 The nose is clean with light orchard fruits, especially pear, along with lemon. On the palate, this medium weight wine offers ripe apples, peach, and fleshy pear flavors. It is concentrated and creamy, but at the same time, it has enough lift to balance the sweetness of the fruit, even giving a touch of spritz and hints of steel. 

Aromas are oak-influenced with apple butter, poached pear, baking spice and buttered popcorn. The flavors are concentrated with classic flavors that echo the nose. The texture is silky with slightly warming baking spice, more apple, caramel and vanilla.

Ripe and fragrant on the nose with white peach and juicy pear aromas.  The palate is concentrated and fresh with loads of stone fruit, especially apricot, while touches of lemon linger on the finish.

An alluring wine with aromas of lemon zest, nectarine, and apple. The palate has slight creaminess that is in balance with ripe apricot, baking spice and citrus flavors. This wine has lots of personality, just enough acidity and is medium-plus in weight.

A luminous, rich and off dry classic style of Pinot Gris with mango, tropical pineapple, peach and confectionery notes. The flavors are juicy yellow plum and pineapple that are enveloped in a rich, round mouthfeel while remaining clean and bright.

Clean tree fruit-dominated aromas (apple, pear, and lemon) and a touch of herbal notes on the nose. Ripe on the palate, with moderate acidity to balance; flavors include baked apple, peach, and chalky mineral notes.

From the Producer, "Smokey lemon and lime aromas explode from the glass, with passionfruit and tropical undertones. This leads to a dry and structured midpalate that overlays grapefruit pith with creme brulee richness before a long and mineral finish of meyer lemon."

The 2023 Gewurztraminer is from the Sunrise Hill Vineyard, located in Interlaken on western Cayuga Lake, is one of our longstanding grower partnerships which sits on Lima silt loam soils, a soil series unique in our cellar. The Lima series are moderately drained soils nearly level to moderately steep soils formed in glacial till that incorporates limestone and calcareous shale.

This is medium plus to full bodied with loads of orchard fruits -- apricot, apple and ripe pear, along with hints of flowers, chalk and chamomile, ending with glazed apple notes. The texture is roundish with plenty of juicy acidity and a touch of salty minerality.

Pale gold color with brilliant clarity. The nose reveals ripe orchard fruit, citrus, and subtle mineral notes. The palate shows crisp acidity with medium body, featuring flavors of Anjou pears, honeysuckle, and a distinctive grainy minerality with a zesty finish.

A zesty juicy, medium body Albariño from South Africa. An attractive floral nose with a soft palate of of lemon, lime, green pear, nectarine and green melon.

This is a solid example of Pecorino with an attractive nose. This wine is crisp, fresh, and succulent. The fruit is ripe, displaying cooked apple and poached pear, finishing with classic nuttiness. Overall, this is a balanced, tasty wine with softness and flavor.

You’ll find this unoaked Chardonnay to be fresh and clean with bright aromas of golden apple, pear and lemon citrus. The medium-bodied palate is equally refreshing with bright acidity balancing stone fruits. Lovely on its own or paired with hors d’oeuvres, seasonal vegetables, risotto, pasta or seafood salads, light fish dishes, poultry, or pesto pizza.

The aromas are intense, fruity, and spicy with ripe blackberries, wild strawberries, spice and vanilla. This classic Italian red is medium-bodied with ripe black berries, wood, spices and vanilla. It offers juicy acidity, fine tannins and a persistent finish.

Perfumed aromas that draw the drinker in with black cherry, forest floor and mulling spices. This wine is clearly developed and clean with fine tannins and integrated acidity. The flavors are similar to the aromas but a touch brighter with ripe cherry and a touch of smoke shining through.

An inviting bouquet of fresh cherries and ripe strawberries perfectly capture the fruity character of this wine. Flavors are delicious, bright and youthful with loads of fresh red fruit and mild tannins. 

This fun picnic wine is biodynamic, vegan and low in sulfites. It’s light to medium-bodied, opening with aromas of ripe black cherries, forest floor and pine resin notes on the complex nose. The wine is fun and carefree with fruits like plum, black raspberry, acai berry and boysenberry, along with floral/earthy notes and minerality. Enjoy this all summer, perhaps with a slight chill!

"La Atalaya del Camino 2022 exhibits an alluring cherry hue with a garnet rim. On the nose, it is distinguished by aromas of candied fruits such as plums and cherries, complemented by notes of green herbs that impart freshness. On the palate, it is a flavourful wine with a pleasant sweetness, feeling mature and full-bodied. Its finish is long, leaving a delightful sensation that invites continued enjoyment. A wine that combines power and smoothness in an exceptional manner."

This Umbrian Sangiovese presents cranberry, dark cherry, smoke, a bit of oak, and sandalwood on the nose. The palate follows but is lighter and slightly more oxidated than the nose suggests with cherry, plum, brown spices, and slight oxidative notes. Quite quaffable, especially considering the price point!

From the Producer, "An old-world inspired red wine, but not an old-world Cabernet Franc. Bramble fruit and kalamata olive on the nose give way to a midpalate of raspberry, violet, and savory sage notes. While the wine is a lighter color, the tannins and richness of the midpalate are anything but. This structure carries through to a long, dry finish that we are simply over the moon about." 

This Napa Cabernet Sauvignon smells of black tea, black currants, and macerated dark fruits such as black cherries and plums. The palate is elegant and medium in body, presenting more black tea, black cherries, some smoke, spice, integrated acid, and fine tannins.

Enticing aromas of black plum, baking spice, cassis, wet earth, toasted oak, violets, stewed cherries, and some wet moss. The palate is less fruit forward than the nose suggests, it is nicely balanced with minerailty, savory qualities, black fruits, nice concentration, leather, and medium tannins and acid.

Rhubarb, sour red cherry, cherry leather, brown rice, spiced cherry, underbrush, and wet forest floor greet the nose on this enticing Tempranillo. The palate follows with a lovely texture, it is soft with concentrated fruit, nicely ripe cherry, red licorice, cedar, limestone, cherry pit, a hint of sweetness, and a lively juicy finish. Without being heavy, this Tempranillo presents interesting aged flavors while staying fresh and piquant!

From the producer The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon comes from our consistently favorite sites for cabernet sauvignon: our estate Davis and Caywood Vineyards, as well as our longtime grower partner Standing Stone Vineyards. These sites have two distinctive soil types, Honeoye silt loam and Valois gravelly loam. The Honeoye series consists of very deep soils formed in loamy till that are consistent with the steep soils on till plains, ridgelines, and drumlins in the area. The Valois gravelly loam soils are also very deep, very well drained soils formed of shale, siltstone, and sandstone. 

Mirroring the Cà d'Maté blend, Munaloss is a perfectly balanced Nebbiolo (80%) Croatina (20%) wine. Shimmering, bright and delightful, it is phenomenal for its price point. It has so much verve with gorgeous, bursting red fruits, alpine herbs and a mouth-watering blood orange acidity.

Aromas of spice, stewed cherry, ripe dark fruit, light smoke, black currant, and black cherry. The palate follows with dark black fruit, crushed and stewed, this Rosso di Montalcino is a touch smokey, inky, deep, and brooding!

A red wine made by using whole-cluster bunches of Gamay grapes which underwent a semi-carbonic maceration for over a week. After, the fruit is pressed, fermented and then aged in concrete tanks. Damien's first vintage was at age 20. His step-father, Georges Descombes, has guided him well.

On the nose, this Moroccan blend of Syrah Tempranillo has dense blackberry, caramel, vanilla, butterscotch and a touch of smoke. The palate is more lifted and structured than the nose suggests, with blackberry, smoke, dried flower pedal, and rose.

A Finger Lakes Lemberger that smells of plush smoke, dense black cherry, chocolate, candied red fruits, and cola. The palate is a juicy medium weight with nice concentration, medium tannins, and flavors of smoke, black raspberry, black cherry, and black currant.

A complex Garnacha with aromas of plum, black cherry, blackberry, dark chocolate truffle and cracked black pepper. The palate is fresh, easy and fruit forward, featuring black plum, cassis and blueberry fruit. Structurally, it is medium plus in body with velvety tannins and a long, savory finish. Pair with charcuterie, duck, roasted pork, cassoulet, paella or eggplant lasagna.

For the 2021 vintage, Louis hand-selected some of his favorite Rhône barrels (or pièces), bottled and aged them at Saint Cosme, and then shipped them with utmost care to our Finger Lakes estate to share with you. These barrels came directly from Louis’ estate Château de Rouanne, and possess the intensity, complexity, and depth

This red blend is well structured with smooth, rich tannins and offers raspberry aromas along with hints of coca and cherry.

This 100% Syrah shows classic elements of black cherry, red plum, and garrigue on the nose. It is terroir-driven with sandalwood, licorice, light smoke, garrigue and amaro-esque medicinal herbs. The palate is medium weight with just-right acidity, rendering it a pleasant and easy drinking wine with nice complexity. Try with braises of root vegetables or with beans or lentils, chicken, lamb and beef dishes, or sautéed mushrooms. Add rosemary and thyme to pick up the wine’s herbal profile.

Refreshing aromas emerge from this Cabernet Franc Rose: hatch chili, green pepper, cherry skin, and plummy red fruit. The palate is fresh and clean and follows the nose with dark cherry, pomegranate, and savory herbal notes. The finish is soft but with adequate and refreshing acidity.

Ripe and concentrated with apple butter, quince paste and poached pear and a touch of toasted macadamia nut. The palate is round with golden apricot, and almond notes.

This is a flavorful and nicely structured rose champagne. It has great balance with forward notes of red fruits, citrus zest and peach. Slightly round in texture and wine-like, this dry Champagne is wonderful on its own or with food.

This Cremant Rose presents with delicate aromas of pink fruit, pomegranate, and strawberry. The palate mirrors the pink fruit and strawberries on the nose. It is clean and juicy with small bubbles and a long finish. A great value for the price!

Victor and his son Emanuel are the 3rd and 4th generations of the Ramos family to produce mezcal in the Miahuatlán District of Oaxaca. Bright citrusy nose, notes of dry cherries, herbs and earth. Balanced smoke, spice and minerality with a clean finish. Mezcal for sipping or elevated cocktails.

This NY coffee liqueur is made with fair trade organic coffee. The base spirit is fermented and distilled from yogurt whey. Earthy, choclatey, creamy and sweet. Shake over ice for the perfect espresso martini or add tonic water for a refreshing Manhattan Special style cocktail. 

Botanicals from the foothill of the Italian alps, Piedmontese wormwood, mint, thyme, juniper, yarrow, genepy, Gentiana lutea, Gentiana acaulis, and cinchona bark. Sweetened with beet sugar, notes of mint, chamomile tea, orange compote, fennel, honey and an earthy bitterness. Complex with a soft balance between sweet and bitter.  

Crimson Amaro is an herbaceous aperitivo style amaro from the Catskills. A secret blend of more than 15 botanicals, among them juniper, wormwood, sage, angelica, gentian, and orris root. Naturally colored with cochineal and naturally sweetened with honey.  Notes of rose water, pink grapefruit, cherry cordial and sage with a Campari-esque bitterness. Perfect for a Negroni or spritz. 

This grape to glass gin is distilled from Finger Lakes wine and infused with juniper, orange peel and pollinator friendly botanicals including cardamom, rosehip and milkweed. It is then proofed with Catskill mountain spring water. Notes of orange blossoms, coriander, juniper, elderberry and citrus.

Not a ton of pineapple present on the nose or palate, but that doesn't detract from this being a stellar mezcal! Just the right amount of smoke without being too much, some fruitiness, lemon, hints of caramel, and tinges of pineapple, a very clean finish without much bite. This mezcal steers clear of just being a flavored gimmick!
