Zesty notes of citrus fruit, Asian pear and lighter tropical aromas greet the taster on the nose. Hailing from South Africa, this wine is medium-bodied and riper in style with, candied citrus flavors, fig and apricot notes with a fresh, clean finish.

Floral aromas of chamomile and honeysuckle along with stone fruit and a touch of lemon peel lead to a succulent palate. Flavors are concentrated with apricot, dried papaya and more floral notes supported by juicy acidity on medium-plus bodied frame. Lemon curd and peach notes linger on the finish.

A generous red stunner from California. On the nose fragrant raspberries, damson plums and Tellicherry black peppercorns. On the palate dried cherries, chocolate, toasted baking spice, blueberry coulis, red licorice, a touch of herbs. Full bodied with a harmonious texture, soft on the palate. 

This perfumed wine exudes strawberry jam, strawberry leather, alongside rose Turkish delight demonstrating more serious aromas than carbonic maceration typically delivers. This wine is medium bodied on the palate with bright and vibrant acidity from fresh cherry, raspberry and strawberry with lively acidity and integrated tannins.

Lush ripe blackberry and red and black cherry notes on the palate, a touch stemmy and light cedar. Texture is soft with medium body & acid and soft fine tannins. Chillable!

A textural wine that offers complex aromas with strawberry fruit leather and deep black cherry supported by spicy flavors of licorice, vanilla and clove. The palate has a core of spicy sassafras, cola, vanilla and a touch of chocolate covered raisin; velvety in texture with a long finish.

From the Producer: "Grenache made in a fresh, vibrant style. Bright red fruits lead on the palate, followed by darker fruit, and a long, savory finish. Subtle hints of cured meat and spice add complexity, while fine tannins provide structure and length. We incorporated some carbonic maceration and whole berries for pretty aromatics, lifted fruit, and a soft mouthfeel."

Bright and expressive Blaufränkisch that showcases classic varietal characters from the Finger Lakes cool climate. Savory allspice and black pepper notes lead to mouthwatering tannins and an herbaceous finish. A medium-bodied expression that balances fruit, spice, and texture.

Filled with aromatics of blackberry, ripe cherry, and cedar. Medium plus body, long finish with tasting notes of juicy currants, dark fruit compote with vanilla scented toasty oak and baking spices. 

A unique wine with aromas of ocean breeze and seaweed, pine resin and smoke. The flavors include tart red currants, raspberry, cassis, and berry compote with garrigue, Mediterranean spice, and campfire smoke. The body is plush in texture with soft and rounded tannins and a savory note of nori on the finish. An incredibly interesting wine full of layered notes.

This wine exhibits oaky aromas of toast and baking spice, with roasted tomatillo and hatch chiles. These aromas continue onto the palate with fruity notes of cherry cordial, black currant, blackberry, and blackcap. There is a silky texture and lifted acidity, making it a great option with a variety of Mexican food.

An insane value-wine that entices you with mocha, clove, smoke, and an undertone of black currant aromas on the nose. Medium in body with a chocolatey core, wild berry, red currant and cherry lead to lingering clove and vanilla flavors.

A layered bouquet with black and red fruit aromas along with touches of root beer spice and dark earth. The flavors have good density with black cherry, blackcap, forest floor, garrigue and smoke. This drinks like a classic Côtes-du-Rhône with rounded texture, fresh acidity and a medium-plus body.

Aromas are of raspberry, flowers, tea and singed green branches. The palate is medium weight or more with red cherry, raspberry, light truffle and smoke. This wine has nice density with round tannins and moderate acidity. A great value for old vine Cru Beaujolais!

A refreshing new cider bursting with starfruit, pear, green olive brine, lightly funky reminiscent of Basque Sidra. A great food cider. 

This light cider highlights the red fleshed color of Redfield apples with its pinkish color, and the acidity of Wickson crab apples. Fruity tasting notes of cranberry, fresh apple and mulberries. On the palate juicy with mouth watering acidity, a bit off-dry and refreshing. Perfect picnic cider!

This lovely cider made from red fleshed apples giving it a Rosé hue and a nose bursting with cherry, red apple skin, apple fruit leather, rhubarb, and apple juice. The palate is a touch off dry but extremely clean with red cherry, candied apple, pomegranate, and more apple skin. Crushable and delicious, a staff favorite!
