Fruity, floral aromas and flavors of opal apples, cherry blossoms and apricot, with a supple, tangy, medium body and a polished and engaging long finish with shades of golden kiwi, ripe peach, pineapple, sultry with a long finish. This estate-grown Cayuga Lake Pinot Gris begins with aromas of stone fruits, both fresh and baked.  The palate is medium to full in weight, creamy and rich with ripe orchard fruits like pear, apple and apricot. The wine is just barely dry with bright acidity to balance it.

The nose gives aromas of apricot, white flowers and light touches of honey and stone. On the palate, this is an elegant, subtle version of Viognier with flavors that match the aromas. Acacia flowers, peaches and apricots integrate with moderate, well-rounded acidity providing a nice balance between flavors and texture.

Elegant aromas of melon, grapefruit, pears and green apples with a hint of elderflower. There is a nice roundness and creaminess as it warms up, along with apple, gooseberry and pear fruit. The acidity is perfectly balanced, offering a well structured and long lasting, clean finish.

The aromas begin soft and subtle, but then opens up with pure white flowers and citrus fruits, especially pink grapefruit. The palate is concentrated with citrus, poached pear and gooseberry and has profound notes of minerality and brisk acidity with touches of salt. This is an incredibly complex, rich and aromatic white that smells like jasmine, marzipan, nectarine and peaches. It tastes like ripe oranges, orange zest, flint and starfruit. Rounded texture with enough acidity to balance leads to a silky finish.

This appassimento wine uses dried grapes to concentrate the flavors. It is soft and supple in texture with velvety tannins on a medium frame. On the nose, one finds clove, black pepper, dark, concentrated berry pie fruits and subtle smokiness. This wine is full bodied and full flavored with hearty winter notes of baked berries, cherry pie, kirsch, mulling spices, toast and spiced fruit preserves. Aromas of macerated black fruits are spiced with coffee and white pepper notes. Mathieu Lapierre says this is the wine you drink in the shower; it’s that smooth and easy going. Red and black fruits are intertwined with minerality, crushed stones and herbs. Touches of blood orange keep the edge fresh. This juicy wine is ripe, crisp and joyful.

Aromas of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and light earth unfold from the glass. On the palate, fruit flavors of cherry, raspberry and red plum mingle with a light herbal note. The wine is medium-bodied, nicely ripe and slightly rounded, yet clean, pure and fresh. It’s particularly refreshing for summer sipping!

Raspberry, red cherry, warm earth, bay leaf and worn leather are apparent on the nose. This is medium in body with juicy red fruits such as currants, plums, raspberry-cranberry and pomegranate with some dehydrated floral, cedar, bay leaf and rosemary flavors joining in. There is a mineral note as well. The wine is well structured with moderate tannins and fresh acidity. It finishes with purple fruits of blueberries and black plums. This is aged in 2/3 amphora and 1/3 used oak.

This aromatic, aged wine offers delicious and complex aromas of ripe black cap raspberries, plums, cassis, dark chocolate, espresso, woodsiness and earth. The palate gives some tertiary flavors of balsamic, fall fruit compote, prunes, espresso, black pepper, tobacco, forest floor, black trumpets, worn leather, and pastry crust; dusty tannins provide structure.

Aromatic with early summer fruit like strawberry and red cherry with a bit of minerality and black pepper. The palate has similar tones with red fruit, but delivers some roasted red pepper, licorice and cinnamon with some light earthy and smoky flavors.

This is a pretty wine with pink grapefruit, grapefruit pith and tart red currants. Done in a pet nat style this is crisp and refreshing.

This cava is pretty, delicate and very pear forward. The palate is clean and refreshing with light florality, stone fruits, lime zest and citrus pith with some nectarine and herbal notes.

Gorgeous pink color with a nose of raspberry, ripe strawberry and cherry aromas. The perfume is gorgeous and yet, has a delicacy to it. This wine is ultra-elegant with pinpoint bubbles and finesse. The fruit is ripe and red fruited--raspberry, cherry, pomegranate, strawberry, cranberry--all the reds!  It is dry and minerally, yet generous with its fruit. Such balance means that your bottle will quickly disappear!

This fun and tasty sparkling wine is a good mix between sweeter Aperol and Campari with a natural infusion of oranges and bitters. There are ten added herbal extracts including gentian and rhubarb. It is slightly bitter with soaked oranges and grilled blood orange.

Fresh ripe dark fruit such as black cherry, blackcap, and black currants with subtle violets and black peppercorns. It is not complex but is worthy of drinking all day because of fun this is. The flavors are similar to the nose with extra dried herbs, juicy raspberry and red pepper.

What an aromatic cider with golden apple, pear, and plum. The palate is soft and round with great texture and flavors that echo the aromas. This cider is delicious!

A champagne method style cider with  a moderate bouquet of blueberry and blackcurrant and blackcap notes, yellow soft baked apple and some lime zest. The palate is semi-dry and crisp with soft tannin structure there is some ripe peach flavor and cherry pit. There is a distinctive crab apple grip to the finish and is tart and approachable.
