Crisp, soft, off dry, and rich, this cider is cofermented with Riesling skins. This blend is has the lovely perfume of peach, honeycomb, and loads of sweet basil. The palate follows with ginger, apricot, sweet basil, and stone fruit. This is a great intro wine for people aren't (yet) fans of cider, it's fruity and complex, wonderfully complemented by the Riesling skins.
