Raspberry, red cherry, warm earth, bay leaf and worn leather are apparent on the nose. This is medium in body with juicy red fruits such as currants, plums, raspberry-cranberry and pomegranate with some dehydrated floral, cedar, bay leaf and rosemary flavors joining in. There is a mineral note as well. The wine is well structured with moderate tannins and fresh acidity. It finishes with purple fruits of blueberries and black plums. This is aged in 2/3 amphora and 1/3 used oak.
